A customer is entitled to one raffle coupon for every purchase worth P250 at the Home & Fashion Department of Alturas Supermarket. The customer fills-up the smaller portion of the coupon with complete name, address, and signature and drop it at the designated drop boxes located at the store entrances. Cut-off date of dropping of entries is August 16, during store hours. Raffle draw is on August 17, 3 PM at the lobby of Alturas Supermarket.
