it doesn't really matter what shoes you are going to wear.. It is how you negotiate the trail that matters.. However, having the appropriate footwear makes negotiating the trail easier. :)
Most of the trails are foot trails.. Some may be slippery because they are seldomly used, thats why we always recommend outdoor footwear.. It's a big investment but it makes negotiating the trail easier thus will make your hike more enjoyable.ü

I recommend some mountains in Duero or Anda. Once you reached the summit, makita nimo ang panagminyo sa dagat ug langit. Ang Mindanao sea nga dark blue, mi sumpay sa sky nga dark blue ug walay boundary imong makita.

A pair of hiking shoes is necessary to protect your feet and it must be waterproof, too. I have tried the rugged terrrain in Davao ( Mt Apo). You need to physically condition yourself or see a doctor if you are healthy enough to do some trekking. This means your blood pressure, heart efficiency and the like.

I like wearing that with a khaki shorts Manay!

I have one like that para hiking ra jud kay ang hiking prone man ta matakelpo. mo hold man na hangtud sa ankle dapit! mao nga mag suot jud ka ana. Pero ug wa pwede raman kana inyung rubber shoes bah. Basta just bring water with you kay naa jud panahon nga uhawon mo sa dapit nga walay tubig! Most hiking areas diri sa Merika naa may tubig sa tunga-tunga sa wilderness! shalan!

Anyhow, go girls!!!

But anyway, it gets colder man sad when you go higher.. Some gals kay magleggings, then magshorts.. Para maflaunt japun ang shape sa legs.. Hehe! But they still bring along jogging pants ky tugnaw na sa campsite.. But on major climbs, we wear leggings then jogging pants.. Dual purpose na sha.. To protect us from the cold and to protect us from the blood leeches or alimatok sa atong dialect.. Minor climbs ra man mostly ang mga bukid sa cebu and bohol.. Sa negros, ang mt. Canlaon and mt. Talinis are considered major climbs..

Sir enzo, ngiga gud ninjo wui.. Winter time man magtrek.. Dili hadluk mag-avalanche?

Easy,

That was taken sometime last January. The best cure for a nice hike in winter is warm attire. And afterwards, enjoying a fire in a log cabin with nice cognac and woman's warmth by your arms.

:)

Ah pero that is my own recipe. LOL

Mountain hiking is not easy as that Kiams. Dili na sha baklay2x lang but if you love adventures in the nature you would love it!

You must do something diffrent from your peers dear! and that is one i could advice! But if you dont like it dont push yourself.

sir enzo, sa march pa mi muclimb wui.. Bz pa kaau mi, but will take pictures for you..

mam kiams, sakto si mam da binsi.. Medyo lisud jud ang trekking.. It needs stamina, endurance, strong willpower and a sense of adventure.. Kanang dili mokurog imong tuhod nga mag-agi ug pang2x.. sometimes you scramble at steep ascents or climb cliffs literally so that you can reach your objective.. The weather may be fine or stormy but you are still there, moving on.. Kaya dapat, strong jud imong willpower para determined jud ka mopush on..

But anyway, ana ra man sad na nimo makita imong strength when you're there.. Anyway, i wouldn't bring you to difficult climbs sad.. Pasulayun sa ka nako ug mga easy ones para mafeel ug ma-experience sad nimo.. Hehe!

Ang by da way, you shouldnt mind being a cowgirl.. When the time comes for you to pee.. Ngita lang ka ug bushes nga makaconceal gamay and do your thing.. Walay restroom sa bukid.. Hehe!ü
