I tried a lot to loose my weight but I couldn't. I am going for regular jogging and controlling in my daily food though I couldn't reduce my weight. From few days I am planning to join fitness center but I couldn't able to get it. I hope if I join fitness center than I can maintain my weight. To be healthy, fitness is so essential which I realize now. I came to know through my friends some Fitness center are close from my apartment, so I plan to join one of them to make me fit and healthy. If you guys are getting problem from your weight than why not you join fitness center.
