PBA fan files raps vs Arboleda, Yee

MANILA, Philippines - Businessman Alain Katigbac yesterday filed physical injuries charges against PBA players Wynne Arboleda and Mark Yee of Burger King for beating him up during the Burger King-Smart Gilas game last Friday.

In his nine-page affidavit-complaint before Quezon City assistant prosecutor Rafael Villordon, Katigbac charged that Arboleda and Yee repeatedly beat him during the second quarter of the game.

Heckled by Katigbac after Arboleda committed a flagrant foul on Macmac Baracael, Burger King guard attacked the Gilas fan in his front row seat. The victim suffered a lump on his face as he took a kick and series of blows from Arboleda while Yee allegedly hit him with his knees.

here's the picture of arboleda mauling the hapless mr. alain katigbak.


i did not like what arboleda did to mr. katigbak while at the same time hated what mr. yee did when kneed katigbak, taunted him and hurled some invictives before being pacified when he's not supposed to that. the question here is will GAB heed to some requests to revoke arboleda's license as a pro player? he's known to be a dirty and rough player but it seems this is only his first major offense in the PBA as I haven't recalled any brawl he had participated in nor he had been suspended for infractions involving flagrant fouls.

will mr. yee be sanctioned for what he did now that he's part of the complaint filed by mr. katigbak?

from basketball to ufc ;D
it is normal to be rough/intimidating on the court....but attacking a spectator out of the court is inexcusable. this guy should be penalized heavily.

it is normal to be rough/intimidating on the court....but attacking a spectator out of the court is inexcusable. this guy should be penalized heavily.
that's why he's suspended for a year. unya ang musonod sa iyang buhat lifetime ban na matud sa commissioner sa PBA nga si sonny barrios.

Dapat nag concentrate ni siya ug dula dili maminaw sa singgit sa mga tao diba.Da katilaw hinuon sija anig suspension ron.
