Edu Manzano has denied rumors that he got married to his ex-girlfriend, broadcast journalist
Pinky Webb, in a secret ceremony abroad, reports ABS-CBNNews.com. "Although I just arrived from my Asian trip last night, it doesn't mean I got married," he said on Tuesday.
According to ABS-CBNNews.com, earlier reports said the former couple tied the knot abroad to prevent the wedding from turning into a carnival-like ceremony.
Manzano told ABS-CBNNews.com that his friendship with Webb has grown after their separation. Earlier, he said they split up after he decided to run for vice president in the recent elections. (He lost to Jejomar Binay.) Manzano said he did not tell Webb about his bid for VP, and it was one of the reasons they broke up. They were together for five years. - ABS-CBN
