Batangas Governor Vilma Santos bagged the Best Actress award at the Dhaka International Film Festival held in Bangladesh for her performance in the acclaimed indie film “Ekstra.â€
According to Bangladesh-based newspaper Dhaka Tribune, Santos’ “fabulous acting†helped her earn the award.
