Documentary “20 Miles A Glass” being distributed by national PBS content provider NETA
Documentary film 20 Miles A Glass from director Colter Johnson will feed to ALL PBS member stations across the country this Saturday, March 7, 2020. The documentary follows students from two high schools as they organize annual walk-a-thons at their respective locations in an effort to raise money and bring attention to the water crisis.
The film is directed by Colter Johnson and follows two groups of high school aged volunteer groups; one in Leesberg, VA and one in Laguna Beach, CA led by Susan Hough and the late Sobonfu Somé as they bring awareness to and raise money for Wisdom Spring - a non-profit raising money and awareness for the current water crisis with indigenous people all over the world. Beginning in West Africa and expanding its support to indigenous cultures where water is most needed.
