Pancoat's tumor:
- a carcinoma that occurs in the apex of the lung and may affect the cervical sympathetic plexus, causing Horner's Syndrome.
Horner's syndrome has the following clinical symptoms: ptosis (deviation of the eyes), miosis (constriction of the eyes) and anhidrosis (lacking of sweat).
