Rabeha Kamaluddin has joined global law firm Greenberg Traurig, LLP’s Washington, D.C. officeas a shareholder in the firm’s Energy & Natural Resources and Global Litigation practices. Kamaluddin focuses her practice on energy regulation, compliance, and enforcement matters, regularly representing clients before the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission (FERC) and various state public utility commissions. She joins from Dorsey & Whitney LLP, where she was a partner.

Kamaluddin represents energy clients, including interstate oil and natural gas pipelines and storage providers and developers, liquefied natural gas (LNG) exporters, public utilities, transmission owners, independent power producers, and state power authorities, in virtually all stages of the regulatory process and government investigations. She assists clients in oil/natural gas pipeline and electric utility infrastructure development.

Kamaluddin has been listed in Super Lawyers Magazine since 2015. She is a member of the Energy Bar Association, having served as chair of the Compliance and Enforcement Committee, 2016-2017; a member of the South Asian Bar Association of North America, currently serving as co-chair of the Law Partners Section; a member of the South Asian Bar Association of Washington, D.C., serving as a mentor for South Asian lawyers; a member of the National Asian Pacific American Bar Association, serving on its Energy and Natural Resources Committee; and a member of the Capital Area Muslim Bar Association.
Kamaluddin received her J.D. in 2005 from the University of Michigan Law School, where she was Senior Notes Editor of the Michigan Journal of International Law. In 2000, she received a B.A. from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor. She is admitted to practice in the District of Columbia and in California.
