First Recognised Music
With the continued research into the evolution of music, and the 20th century archaelogical discoveries of ancient musical instruments, we are now able to learn that music dates as far back as the dawn of man itself. In its earliest form of chants and percussive rhythms, music throughout the ages rapidly developed into the very essence of life itself. The discovery of musics overwhelming power of emotive expression embraced many cultures, and by the death of Christ, had evolved with the worlds first cultural inhabitants.
