Darlene Nash, owner of Encore Green Environmental announced today the appointment of Mark Wilson as Director of Water to the agricultural company specializing in the transformation of oilfield by-production water into renewable, clean water for agriculture, conservation, and industrial re-use.

Wilson has spent 30 years in industrial wastewater treatment in a variety of industries. In the last 10 years his focus has been exclusively in the oil and gas sector, both upstream and downstream. With Siemens Water Solutions he worked on international projects for both reuse and discharge of produced water and oil refinery wastewater.
“Our Just Add Water Initiative takes the cleaned and tested by-product water, applies it to the land and that starts a chain reaction to create a total ecological solution. The act of adding water creates healthy soil, increased vegetation, value to the land, and active management of carbon capture.
