The Birmingham corporate campus for Diversified Maintenance underwent large-scale expansion to facilitate the company’s future growth plans in the region. As a growing company, Diversified Maintenance focused on expanding the Birmingham office to meet its goals for space utilization optimization. The office now incorporates more private workspaces for individual-focused work, conference rooms to facilitate collaborative work and meetings, and formal meeting rooms with necessary facilities and equipment. In addition to the variety of workspaces incorporated in the office layout, separate areas are dedicated for new employee recruitment and selection process.
The company’s footprint in Alabama is spread across four locations – Huntsville, Montgomery, Mobile, and Birmingham. However, the Birmingham office serves as the Commercial & Industrial (C&I) Division Headquarters with a versatile set of responsibilities.
