Benefits of Coffee

Over the past few decades, numerous scientific studies have linked moderate coffee consumption to a host of beneficial effects, ranging from decreased risk of cancer, to improving memory, boosting cognition, and preventing the onset of neurodegenerative conditions such as Alzheimer's and Parkinson's. A recent investigation demonstrates in clear-cut terms that consuming coffee actually hinders the development of cancer in the mouth and throat, LiveScience  reports.

In the experiments, it was demonstrated that people who consume more than 4 cups of coffee each day had a 39 percent lower chance of developing cancer later on in life, the investigators behind the research say. These results were drawn by comparing a study sample of coffee drinkers with a group of persons that did not consume the stuff. Details of the recent study are published in the latest issue of the esteemed scientific journal Cancer Epidemiology, Biomarkers & Prevention.

“Coffee contains more than a thousand chemicals, some of which have antioxidant and antimutagenic activities. Further research is necessary to identify which ingredients in coffee are responsible for the results we observed in our study,” told Life's Little Mysteries University of Utah assistant professor of medicine Mia Hashibe. She was also the lead researcher on the investigation. Kapoy na jamo ning mga research nga ingon ani. If we think of effect on life expectancy, what's a year or two? Quality of life is still what matters. These studies are important only to those who need to hope that they live longer to give themselves a sporting chance that somehow the quality of their life will improve.

gamiton nako ang coffee para pawala sa duka ug para pakatulog.  ambot ngano, but this works both ways for me.  4 or 5 times in one day akong inimnan ug capuccino pero japanese teacup akong gigamit, mao nga morag 1/4 ra kadak-a sa regular western coffee cup.  kun makaayo, salamat.  kun dili kay gimmick ra ni sa mga coffee manufacturers, salamat gihapon.  i'm not about to take in 1 full bottle of nescafe espresso just because of these medical benefits.

Hi Lolla! basta kape gani ahong imnon...magsigi kog kangihi (and the co-workmates think nga pasumangil lang aron makapahuway)...Coke is not ideal for the "bil-bil" but the only solution! :D
