There is no anatomical and physiological explanation for masturbation as a causative for blindness.
Blindness, is a result of damage to the reticular cells, and or the cone and rhod cells within the optical subsystem. Any damage or deficiency in Vitamin A, will lead to a decrease amount of Rhodopsin, which is necessary for visionary adaptation in light and darkness. Prolonged deficiency in that will eventually lead to blindness, only if left unhindered by an individual.
Another cause of blindness is if a person is involved in a traumatic injury where a physical, blunt object impairs the corneal lens, and damages the optical pathway. Causing a damage to the optical arteries and veins.
Another cause would be if the vitreous humor, which is the gell-like substance that proliferates in the anterio and posterior cavity of the eye, is somehow evaporated and extracted by some manner--without the patient's knowing (which is highly unlikely, and THEREFORE, improbable).
Masturbation, is an exercise and titillating of the urogenetical region. It matters not if it is done to a male or female sex, the neurosensory response is an effect of stimulation of the affero-efferent spino-neural tract.
Because THE LORD GOD is so brilliant and supreme in His design of the human body, he made it that the body is appropriated its own set of nerves, veins and arteries. He made it so that the body is organized into regions, into plexuses of nerves, and with each plexus, there is a commune of arteries and veins to supply oxygenated blood, and deoxygenated blood. Because The LORD GOD is so wise, He made it so that each muscle in the body, particularly the optical muscles are innervated separately from the urogenital tract, so that any damage of the urogenital tract, will not affect the visionary complex. And vice versa.
So, considering there is no direct link between the visionary complex and the penile and vaginal sensory pathways, there is none.
There is no anatomical, physiological, neuroanatomical or neurophysiological explanation of masturbation causing blindness.
