Doctor Decapitated when Elevator Malfunctions
     

Hitoshi Nikaidoh, 35, was a surgical resident at a hospital in San Antonio, Texas when he stepped onto an elevator in the hospital and the doors closed on his shoulders. The elevator moved up and "severed" his head.

There was a female hospital worker in the elevator at the time and she saw the entire event. She was stuck inside the elevator for 15-20 minutes before firefighters were able to get her out.

Houston Police Sgt. Kenneth Perkins said maintenance crews had been performing work on the elevators for the past week.

Ang peligro sa bus kung naay laing bus nga kahinagbo o kalit ni-overtake ug nipidpid.
Diha toy hubog sa amo sauna nga gahanday-handay sa iyang bukton sa bintana sa St. Jude bus kay hubog lagi. Pag-tagbo sa laing bus, nabali ang bukton sa hubog.
