Drunk man takes scooter on a bike to get around drink-drive laws
A man in China thought of a novel way to bypass local drink-drive laws after tying his scooter to the back of his bicycle in order to get home after a boozing session.
'He looked pretty wobbly,' added one pedestrian (Picture: CEN)
Despite his good intentions he's bound to have broken a few laws, including overloading and dangerous driving.
