From the owners' point of view:
location is great because it is already established as a commercial center of the area with the presence of the cogon market and terminal years before. The more crowd, the merrier; the more chance that those who come in will purchase the items on sale.
From the customer's point of view:
location is convenient, easily acessible; presence of crowd somewhat gives assurance that the stocks are new due to fast turn-over, although over crowding (especially during fiesta season) gives a bit of inconvenience.
Comfort room needs improvement... need to have a such in every floor.
