Good enough for a first true mall ever established in Bohol...
Hope more concessrionaires could be added at the food court to expand choices.
Comfort room are well maintained.

I agree. But what turns me off a bit is their policy that you can't bring in food-snacks unless they are purchased at the cinema foodstall-- and the price there is monstruously excessive than the price at the grocery store below.

Grrrrr! Is all I could say. Only in Bohol, indeed. However, I miss watching movies in our very own coz we can review til sawa. Out here in BKK, we have to get a seat number. We cannot even go to the powder room, else we miss a part we'll never get to see again.

To the ICM Management: Why not allow people to bring food and show the receipt that it is purchased inside the mall on the same day? What you're doing now is so much GREED. You are utterly GREEDY!

I haven't been to ICM but it seems like my family in Manga loves the place. Ginadala sa akong amahan iyang mga apo aron maka dula kay naa man daw madulaan didto sa mga kids. Good man ilang storya about ICM except for one time kay akong among youngest sister gi slash iyang bag. Maayo na lang 5 thousand pesos ra iyang kwarta kay unya mag withdraw to sya para sa hospital kay na admit si Mommy. Pirte intawon nya hilak kay mahadlok kasab-an nko but I told her wala man to nya tuyua unya maayo na lang pod kay wala sya napasakiti intawon! Sayang pod sya sa iyang bag na pinadala gikan dre.

In my personal assessment, ICM is at par with other prominent malls in terms of facilities / amenities; where in fact, ICM was an awardee as one of the Best Malls in the Visayas & Mindanao in the past years.

On the cinema...I had an encounter wherein one of the viewers was carrying a firearm inside the cinema... I don't think this is permissible for civilians...the look of the guy was suspicious for me as he's a bit chubby, wearing short... I was supposed to report to the management... but since I was on my few days of my remaining vacation period... I let this go without intervention... if he were a military watching movie, then probably this incident would not come to my attention...
