Last week Redi Shade, a Knoxville area No Tools installation window treatment manufacturer began providing respirator masks to local hospitals and volunteer fire departments.
After recently relocating from California, the Tennessee company saw an opportunity to support their new local community by donating masks. After initially tapping into their supply chain to purchase masks for their own employees, they were able to secure additional amounts to donate to local hospitals and volunteer fire departments.

East Tennessee Children's Hospital
Seymour Volunteer Fire Department
Karns Volunteer Fire Department
Rural Metro Volunteer Fire Department
The company’s efforts have been valuable to the Knoxville community.
“We’re appreciative of the local businesses like Redi Shade giving us the masks we needed. We have been lucky to have our local partners and businesses as they have been the ones to think of us in these times,” said Seymour Volunteer Fire Department Fire Chief John Linsenbigler.
Redi Shade has also been reaching out to first responders, healthcare providers, and other essential employees to help them get some shuteye during these difficult times. The company has been donating their Original Blackout shades to help these heroes get a better night’s sleep.
