New York Times Real Estate Listing Modified

(1/1)

MikeLigalig.com:
The New York Times has announced that by October its real estate section will feature listings directly syndicated from the Real Estate Board of New York, changing its existing paid model. The feed, known as the RLS, includes residential listings from the five boroughs. Other sites that syndicate the feed include Realtor.com and Homes.com. Zillow’s StreetEasy platform has said it will not use the RLS feed. “As the industry has gone to a free model, we've thought long and hard about how we can provide a better customer experience,” said Andy Wright, senior vice president of advertising for the Times, who pointed out that while the Times already has most of the listings in Manhattan, the feed could provide more comprehensive listings in other boroughs. – CURBED NY
