Over the years, Pete has seen the industry change and evolve, with advents in technology effecting almost every area of the business. Through improvements in systems and adoptions of new processes, technology has drastically reduced the paperwork in the loan origination process. Zenith is at the forefront of technology and regularly attends conference and seminars; always looking for ways to improve the borrower process. “As technological benefits continue to increase in both scope and use the industry will benefit from less paperwork while decreasing the overall time to manufacture a residential loan,” says Pete.
Dave has big plans for the growth of Zenith in Colorado, while maintaining an exemplary environment for the success of their employees.
