In the beginning was the Word and the Word was with God, and the Word was God. He was with God in the beginning. Through him all things were made; without him nothing was made that had been made. In him was life, and that life was the light of men. The light shines in the darkness, but the darkness has not understood it.

Well said Mr Daray,

Our bodies are not completely ours. Within us, each and every single one of us in the world, the Holy Spirit abides in. We are His temple. God works through us, the good that we do and say is mandated by the Grace we recieve (even if we dont know it) through the Holy Spirit.

As it is said in scripture,
Our Bodies are His Temple

Do you not know that your body is a temple of the Holy Spirit, who is in you, whom you have received from God? You are not your own; you were bought at a price. Therefore honor God with your body,"
1 Cor. 6:19-20
