For most of us financial freedom is just a concept, or majority of population did not even heard such term.  I myself did not know that there exist such concept not until I read the book "Rich Dad, Poor Dad".  I couldn't believe myself that there are ways to be financially free, not only saving and working yourself hard to earn for a living.  Financial freedom is generally defined as state of life where you can live financially comfortable even without working for a paycheck.  This is not measured how many billions you have or how many businesses you have running or how much is your paycheck per month.  This is a measure how many passive income you have that can support you and your family without working while living in an abundant life, while doing the things that you always wanted and never worry that the boss might fire you or worrying over unpaid bills.

   Robert Kiyosaki in his book Rich Dad, Poor Dad pointed out that the best source of passive income is real estate.  Indeed, real estate can provide us enough cashflow that can lead to a financially free life.  Take it from Henry Sy, the man is known for his SM malls through out the country. Do you think he built SM malls for selling shoes or his own brand of products? His business is not his supermarkets or department stores, you may notice SM supermarkets and department stores occupies a small portion of every SM malls.  His business is Real Estate. Hundreds of SM tenants pays SM malls just to have a venue for their business, and they pay like a clockwork.. This is where Henry gets his passive income and for sure working to get a paycheck is the last thing that this man is thinking.  If you're not convinced enough that he is into real estate, just take a look of condominiums that sprung around Macapagal highway, i bet some of you don't know that these condos are owned by Henry Sy.  There are a lot of affluent people that realizes the potential income of real estate, the list is long but the most popular are the Ayala's, Manny Villar and many more.

I can't even qualify to get a loan from the bank but I was able to made this possible because I invested with knowledge that I can use for the rest of my life. 

    It is said that God created us all equally by giving us our precious brain to think creatively.  And this ladies and gentlemen is my main tool that I use for real estate investing. Not money.
