This is really shocking. I had no idea Bohol has a bunch of depraved, amoral criminals living amongst the peace-seeking people... people who haven't been punished for their evil 
. Precious life can never be equated to money. I was so used to Bohol being safe and peaceful, the fact that there has been a lot of crimes like this is very unsettling and disturbing. Bohol is supposed to be my haven. I havent been living in Bohol for at least 2 years now, but my family is in Bohol. Everyone must be vigilant. This is really sad. Condolence to the Arat family.
