Now if this is also locked just go to face book and we will start to show poeple what is really going on. I can assure everyone we will not give up. Its madness we have never critised the people or the county. We just have some stuck up Phillipean people who think its about them. Have you not realised its only ever been about justice. Thegirlnext door, we have done are homework and i do hope the philippean and British authorities are listerning to us, we have been to them with our evidence and i do hope they act with what we have taken to them. I do also believe, but am not as yet 100% sure, but i have good information that one of the policemen arrested for that shooting is an uncle of Mhargie, Martins williams wife. Its probably the reason why they have gone quite in this blog and no answers to our questions have been answered.

Lets all ignore the above, this is not about getting into a slanging match about a particular country, Do you want to go and wirte on another blog about some prostitution emprie because basically your comments are not wanted or needed. Welcome and thankyou, ive just read about Evelyn Bohol Davis, it took some years for the wife to be convicted it turned out one of the 3 murderers turned state witness. As you say  she was no where near the murder scene but she paid for the dirty work to be carried out. Lets hope Gulle will turn state witness.

I dont understand what you are saying there are plenty of facts most printed on this site, some not,as it wouldnt be wise to do so. Both countiries authorities are aware of facts and evidence, its just extremly difficult to get a bit of action, but we will, and there is also a lawer involved. I personally will keep moaning.

Kiris of course no-one is saying there isnt crimes all over the world just as grusome if not worse. The thing is when a crime like this is not investigated properly, when evidence goes missing, storys dont add up, forensic evidence isnt dealt with in the correct manner and there is obviously police corruption and cover ups and lets not forget the other attempts on his life - And the person murdered is a friend or your family you cant help but get as passionate as we are about getting justice for them. This feeling isnt something everyone will feel in there lifetime and i hope it doesnt happen to many,i wouldnt wish it on anyone, but i can assure you if it does you can not rest until you get your justice. We all know Gulle will serve a long time behind bars but we also know there are others who should be with him, so we will fight until that day comes.

It goes to show crusader that anyone reading this can also see the wife is behind his murder, as you said once before she may not have held the knife but she certainly knows about it and is an accessary to his murder. Theres far too many flaws in the whole story, even Gulles story isnt true, he was obviously one of the murderers, but he knows who the others are and he knows who the person is who was paying for Martins murder. The problem now is Gulle will fear for his own familys lives if he talks,so we will have to hope the police can come up with more evidence to convict others aswel.

His will was either on him and stolen when he was murdered or in his safe which shes ransacked it within hours of his death.

I wouldnt be asking questions if i knew the answers, Durr !! Lets face it, we all know for a fact it was his wife that paid someone to shoot at him, Martin found that out while still alive, we also know for a fact she offered the money for someone to poison him and we also know for a fact it was her friends who where paid money to come up with the rape alligations. Now those questions ive not asked, cos they are questions i know the answers to. So the reason why people think the wife is behind the stabbing is mainly because of the other attempts on his life which she was behind. So its hard to believe she wasnt behind that fatal day when he was grusomly murdered. Shes not helped in any way, all she has done is blacken his name, talked as if he deserved it, lied about being friends with his family, happily moved into his house, opened his bar and got everything she wanted, which she could only get if he was dead before his marriage was annulled. Now you tell me if it was your friend and the shoe was on the other foot would you not think the same as we all do ?. Weve tried to give her the chance to answer the questions connected to the stabbing which she refuses to do and in my eyes and everyone elses it just makes her look more and more guilty. So if she is innocent i dont understand why most of those questions cant be answered, but thats up to her but until she does she will get the blame.

The court case due was to annulle the marriage and why on earth should she of got HIS house that he built with his money, he paid his child maintence and she recieved British child benefit. And if she wanted the house so much, why is she selling it now she has it.?

The British embassy will not say the wife is innocent as they will not comment to anyone, anyone can check that out, the reason being the case is not closed.

Chona..Why on earth do i want to come there, would that be to face the same fate as Martin ? You say we know everything already so whats the purpose of answering the questions . So what your applying is that we are right and the wife is guilty. You have just said it all and so therefore answered quite well. You also say shes guilty.

Ok Chona, seeing as you are the wife or the family, answer these questions the best you can, if shes so innocent help her by proving it. Clear her name.

1. Where was the wife during Martins homicide attempts.?

2. What time was she informed of his murder ?

3. Who informed her ?

4. How did this person know how to inform her ?

5. Why would she text to Martin 15 mins before the shooting attempt "GOODNIGHT" when not on speaking terms ?

6.Why go and visit Gulle as soon as he was arrested and be able to be left alone with him and talk about anything they wanted ?

7. Why want Martins mobile phone, why not leave it with the police, when it could of had possible evidence on it ?

8. Why take girls after his death to the police with more rape alligations ?

9. Why put the house up for sale at half its market value ? ( thats maybe because its now haunted. )

Just for the record if any one reading this wants to take up the offer of any reward, it is very easily arranged through an attorney over there. It would be paid upon the conviction of other partys involved and not just hear say or rumours.

Well said, i agree with what you say, at the end of the day the only people who would fight against us are the people who have something to hide. Who in the right mind would want a murderer walking freely. ? So what if  i offer double the reward of what the killers have been paid ? Would that help bring justice ? Bob, no-one disagrees that one of the murderers has been caught,pleaded guilty and will be sentenced accordingly. What is everyones concern is that there was more than one murderer, which is a known fact, so tell me why you think any other murderer should walk free? There is also connections with the other attempts on Martins life,these are the reasons why this story is not at an end.
With regards to Amys welfare, dont you agree it would be wrong to allow other murderers of her father to be able to walk the streets freely? It is in his daughters interest and well being, that they are all caught.

There are other murderers there are people who have paid for this to be done and we will fight till justice is served, i can state all the facts again for you if you wish, but i am presuming you have read everything that has been said here. So NO, it is not the end of the story. Infact it is very far from the end of the story.

Thanks for the update, it goes without saying that there is a lot more sinister to this than just the capture of Gulle commiting the murder. This has to be investigated properly to bring peace to your province and justice for Martin. The others murderers and the peole who paid for the job to be done must be brought to justice also.

Chona, i never said you or your sister is it, has deported on the passport as i dont know, ive not seen it, correction, i said she has to apply for a special visa to re enter the uk now, which according to my friend in the foreign office is a fact, the case is still an unsolved murder as all the killers are not yet apprehended, Gulle did not commit this murder on his own which is also a fact and as i said common knowledge. Rald is obviously an educated man, he also has no interest to side with either Martin or his wife. Its common Knowledge theres more to this than just Gulle commiting the crime, so all he is intersested in is finding out the truth and bringing justice. The reason being for the love of his country and the people. I dont understand the mentality of some people on this site, This is a horrific murder the poor man was attacked by many people stabbed numerous times and you seem to think its ok for that to happen. I sat with Martin many nights at his bar he fed the girls every night, he treated them extremley well and there are staff that would vouch for that, hasnt any one noticed that the only bad things said about Martin are by his estranged wife or her friends.

I can assure you Martin will not be resting in peace at this moment in time, the poor man will be turning in his grave.. Just because one of the people who stabbed him is behind bars and he is buried, believe me, no-one will rest untill real justice is served. Ive just been listerning to a liverpool radio station and theres so many poor familys still to this day fighting for justice for the 96 people who died at Hillsborough,20 years ago tomorrow. It goes to show that the family of anyone who dies and justice is not served cannot ever rest and i am sure Martin Williams Hawthornes family will not ever rest until true justice is served no matter how long that takes.

People like myself reading this and who know how the british justice sytem works all know that the arrest of the killers wont be the end of this matter. The phillapeans may think this case is closed but i do believe the british authorities will be doing their own investigations, it will be a long hard slog, but if i know the british people they will find the true killers, its so obvious to everyone who is behind this, it will take time, but the british dont give up.

I have been reading this story with much interest, as i am also a wealthy person who was planning on buliding a hotel near to the new airport thats planned to be built in bohol. After many days contemplating i have decided against any investment in the area. We feel safe in most counties around the world we abide by the laws, but there a few people in this county who  think they are above the law and take it into ther own hands.
