wow...til now, nothing. it's soon gonna be a year since bai died. 

checked back to see how things are going...looks like wa japon balita about sa kaso? naunsa nagud ni...i'm just presuming of course, having met bai's cousin yesterday kay she said wala gihapon balita...does anybody know if naa na ba date para sa kaso? or is this case gonna take forever?

last i checked, the family is saying that the case is already set for a hearing. i'll check back with them and see if anything's gonna happen. sigh. this is one of the setbacks to living in the philippines. justice is gonna come to you like snail mail.

yeah...it was her bday last monday. i got too caught up in work and in my cousin-in-law's debut. i was the m.c for her party and i had to wear a cocktail dress. one of the dresses i considered was one that i lent to bai during her sister's oathtaking or graduation? i can't really remember ...but it broke my heart to wear it. i miss her so much.

i watched penelope - played by c. ricci  on starmovies last night....and i can't get over how christina ricci looks so much like lynn vi!! so pretty!! i don't mean the part where penelope had a pig's nose but at the end of the movie when the curse was broken and penelope became a lovely woman...bai looks so much like her!!! i got teary-eyed when i watched the movie coz i got reminded of my friend's beautiful face. ;(

anyways, i finally got good new to share! i got an email from bai's bro where he said," fecs ,, naa na daw hearing na jud .. hapit na fecs . i dont know whats the exact day jud .. pero mao na ingon nila ni papa kay nag tok sila sa fiscal lately ." well, if that's the case then i guess, naa najud development ang kaso!

gud am! I had quite a laugh last saturday, my bestfriend  bumped into bai's cousin who said nga jonelle's lifelong dream has come true na daw. Lol. Turns out nga nahimo lagi nga muse sa ila sports fest si jonelle. Finally, natinuod najud iyang damgo to become center of attraction---in jail! ^^

thanks grazie7y! i personally know a lot of posters here...some are even closely related to lynn vi. they are getting exhausted na kay ang mga police sad gud uban...not generalizing but yeah, some police won't help the case along unless you slip them some cash. pagkaluoy na lang jud sa pamilya ni bai...it's so frustrating when we want justice but the people who have sworn to help and protect won't budge kung wa kay ihatag nga nanampiling! 

my sentiments exactly! i hope jud nga dili unta usa sa mga poster diri nga forum ang notorious and inhumane killer! i really feel bad jud about this case. is there any hope at all?? why can't our law enforcement think up of ways to get rid of these murderers!!?? cebu is turning out to be an unsafe place jud. 

you know what? i'm not gonna give up on this case! we just can't! i know the justice system in the philippines sucks but if we just let it go like that...then we're no better than the incompetent people in the government. bai deserves a lot more than all these red-tape. right??!!

i feel the same way...it's taking aeons for bai's case to be solved. and the police are doing a poor job from what i heard...they don't even know what a freaking ip address is. bai's brother even had to explaaaaaaiiiiiiinnn to them what it means! i wish i was a hacker or something.

I wished there was more that we could all do..But as Friendster has put it, they can't reinstate the account because they need to preserve all the data and this action is needed for the ongoing investigation of lynn vi's murder case. We all feel sad about this, but I hope we can see this in perspective. Anyway, I won't discontinue the petition site because it shows that  people care for Lynn Vi. How even after her death we still continue to love her and how we still continue to fight for the justice due her.

friendster.com finally replied to my email and...well...i guess we tried...here's what they said

hi pipol...sakit au akong heart...bai's friendster profile was suspended by friendster...and sh*t i feel guilty coz i had something to do with it...i emailed friendster regarding one funny character who goes by the name of justpartee, this person was spreading hate in bai's profile. omg!!! i really hate haters..hehehe...i'm sure some of you guys know about him or her or it..hehehe...what happened was that i pmd bai's brother. i asked him if he could get a legal subpoena for that crazy character justpartee coz friendster was asking for it in exchange for their help with the investigation. . anyways, to make the long story short...he got the legal subpoena, friendster kept their part of the deal and they have already sent the needed info to the local police and the investigators but unfortunately friendster took it upon themselves to "forget the whole episode" and they unceremoniously suspended her acct. bai's fiance is soooo sad coz of this and i hope friendster would reconsider. just wanna ask if i could get email signatures from kind people who would want bai's friendster profile to be put back as it was before...i feel that her friends and family would still want to look at her beautiful pictures, her funny blog and etc.. her passing was just so sudden and until now, we are still grappling with the fact that she's gone!!  http://i255.photobucket.com/albums/hh131/pinkgoddesspcai/ilovefriendsterxoXXooXXOoo.jpg
