As part of d hot pursuit operation, SHE might not knw d frst day BAI was found, she was already d SUSPECT, remember on a MURDER case last person touch is d PRIMARY SUSPECT, FYI , d day d wallet was recovered , SHE was not detained SHE was just under custody for questioning just lyk oders, SHE was arrested after warrant was served and also MURDER case was filed, it may look like she was already arrested coz she delayed all her answers during the initial interrogation, collapsed and was brought to d hospital (with police escorts) of course as she is still to answer sum questions nd if NOT, then a case can be filed againts her if m not mistaken since m not a law student (OBSTRUCTION of JUSTICE)..........................

no matter hw bad or gud d person s, there r still people who r more than willing to testify where were they (or she) when BAI was murdered, she could have been released by now... If u were to consider guys, during the arraignment, the lawyer was focussing on the technicalities and LEGALITIES? rather than defense of his clients involvement??

Y wud a lawyer claimed on INVASION of PRIVACY??? when the boarding house is not privately owned by his client and 1 mor thing, the owner herself confessed that the said boarder had not rented d place for months already and yet, she is still in d place???

many were invited but only few showed UP ... m not even surprised I was 1 of those who were invited, and since I dont mind police investigating me and any1 not GUILTY wont be scared to any questions nor to d family , I went to the station, was interrogated for hours and still M NOT BEHIND BARS... Dats hw an innocent person should take it .... Any 1 can be a suspect but those of course GUILTY will hide and will think for an ALIBI....

wel, I dnt wanna jump into conclusion but I've just checked google using her last name mn gud nd I found out, der was a murder case in Samar involving same family name, Samar s wer jonelle came from nd moved to Tacloban as wat I've heard (correct me f m wrong)......

ds s my frst tym to join .... been reading ds thread snce last wik as ds also gve me sum info nd update on d case ... m also a gud friend of d victim.... sum ive read wer true bt most of d post wud jst mislead d investigation ..... I respect  evry comment n ds thread wether offensive or NOT bt mst of ol, I respect the feelings of d victim esp. d family.....  guyz, d closest friend nor d family of d victim dont knw yet wat reli happened... so, 4 now, ders no pt. of arguing ... I ENCOURAGED ds thread to continue for 1 purpose..... to support d FAMILY !!!
