THE IMMORAL AND SACRILEGIOUS PART 3

Bohol Times
Longcuts: By Atty Salvador Diputado
              April 11, 2010 issued

When asked to comment about his astonishing wealth in his Statement of Assets, Liabilities and Net Worth (SALN), Rev. Fr. Roberto "Ondoy" Cajes said his critics should look at his assets when he was still a member of the provincial board.

Aha! So he is saying he was already rich then.
Ok, Ok, let us see.

***

In 2001, he declared the following real properties:
1. House and Lot in Tagbilaran City
2. Unclassified lot in Tagbilaran City
3.Commercial Building in Tagbilaran City
4. Unclassified lot in Panglao

He also declared the following personal properties:
1. Furniture, appliances and computers
2. cash in bank and shares of stock
3. jewelry
4.Law books
5. motor vehicles, cars and motorcycles.

Combined, these real and personal properties have a total value of P4,197,643. He also declared a liability of 1,000,000.oo in the form of a loan with a bank. In other words, his net worth in 2001 during his term as congressman of the 2nd district was P3,197,643. this was the time he ended his term as member of the provincial board.

***

When he again filed his SALN in 2004, he declared the same properties. But in his declaration of personal properties, he gained other properties in addition to what he declared in 2001. and these are the following:
1. heavy equipment- an Isuzu 6 wheeler, an Isuzu 10 wheeler, a Land Cruiser and a grader.
2.His Cash in Bank also increased tremendously. From P1,100,000 in 2001, it grew to P3,800,000 in 2004. that means an increase of P2,700,000 in his bank deposits alone.

While in 2001, he declared no business interest. In 2004, he had two business concerns: a house for lease and a retail store.

***

Even if the good priest did not spend a single centavo from his salary and allowances (which was impossible because he was quite fertile and he was producing children fast), the total amount would never tally with his net worth when he ended his term in 2004. So pray tell, how did you become rich, Rev. Fr. Ondoy Cajes?

Anyway, we will continue with our story...Judith del Rosario got married to Alexis Lao on June 21, 1975 in Danao City. Out of this union, they begot Michael James Lao who was born on January 1, 1977 also in Danao City. Now, the story becomes interesting because this narration is taken from Rev. Fr. Roberto "Ondoy" Cajes and Judith Lao. They claimed that a little after a year of their marriage, Alexis Lao  left the conjugal dwelling to work in Saudi Arabia.

They claimed that alexis Lao had been unheard of for almost 15 years. Judith Lao had to take care of their son. Because of this, Judith Lao had no other recourse but to seek out more responsible partner for the rearing of her son. Take note of the almost 15 years, okay? Take note also, who could be more responsible partner in life than a priest?

***

What is almost 15 years from 1976? The answer is 1991. after Michael James Lao, Frances Bobbith del rosario Cajes was born next. She was born on, take note, April 18, 1986. What was the legal status of Judith Lao at the time she gave birth to her daughter Francis Bobbith?
Of course, she was still married to Alexis Lao.

We will fast forward a little. When did judith Lao file a petition to "kill" her husband Alexis Lao thru judicial process? Based on records, judith Lao filed the petition on June 24,1991. Which means she has already given birth to Frances Bobbith at the time, right? Frances Bobbith was almost 5 years old then.

And here's another question. What is the crime committed when a married woman has sexual intercourse with a man other than her husband? Answer- ADULTERY. Under the law, adultery is committed by any married woman who shall have sexual intercourse with a man other than her husband. Question, did Judith Lao commit adultery? Tubaga, padre Cajes!

***

Next to Frances Bobbith is daughter Jane Censoria. She was born on January 10, 1990. So when Judith Lao filed the petition to "kill" her husband in 1991, she had already produced 2 lovely daughters from her priest-lover Rev.Fr. Ondoy Cajes. Under the law, one sexual act is one act of adultery. Two sexual acts, two acts of adultery, 7 sexual acts mean 7 acts of adultery committed. At this point in time, how many acts of adultery have been committed? Again, tubaga, pads!

***

After Jane Censoria, daughter Robie rose followed. She was born on November 8, 1993. Based on records, RTC branch 2 presiding Judge Andres Santos granted the petition to "kill" Alexis Lao on December 6, 1991. On June 5, 1993, Judith Lao and Rev. Fr. Roberto "Ondoy" Cajes got married in Lapu-Lapu City. Which means that even before she got married to her priest-lover, Judith Lao had 3 kids with Rev. Fr. Ondoy Cajes.

And what did the two love birds say about this? they decided kuno to stick with each other (like leech, if I may add) when Alexis Lao was "unheard of " for almost 15 years. Ha, ha, ha, they have been sleeping, fondling and clawing at each other every night even before they thought of "killing" Alexis Lao and hoping that he would not bother himself with the adulterous and immoral sexual arrangement of his wife.

***

Again we will fast forward a little. When she filed her petition to "kill" her husband Alexis Lao, Judith Lao said she intended to remarry. and she said, "...this petition and petitioner's (Judith Lao) subsequent marriage shall be without prejudice to the effect of the reappearance of her absent spouse."

On December 3, 2003, the "dead" Alexis Lao executed an Affidavit of reappearance in Danao City before notary public Januario Flores in the presence of Jerry Lao and Jordan Gabod. Alexis Lao also executed on the same date an affidavit attesting that his marriage to judith Lao had not been annulled and remains valid and subsisting.

What is the effect of reappearance of the absent spouse? Article 42 of the Family Code provides that: "Art. 42. the subsequent marriage referred to in the preceding Article shall be automatically terminated by the recording of the affidavit of reappearance of the absent spouse, unless there is a judgment annulling the previous marriage or declaring it void ab initio..."

In her book "Handbook on the Family code of the Philippines," Justice alicia Sempio-Diy commented that "the automatic termination of the second marriage upon the reappearance of the absent or missing spouse is a risk that the parties to said marriage knew they were taking when they entered into such marriage, so that if it does happen, they have no reason to complain."

***

In other words, when she filed the petition to "kill" her husband Alexis Lao, she was painfully aware of the legal consequence of the reappearance of Alexis Lao. She knows that her susequent marriage to her priest-lover Rev.Fr.Ondoy cajes would be automatically terminated when Alexis Lao reappears. So, the reappearance of Alexis lao was in 2003 yet. Question, why does Judith Lao continue to use the surname "Cajes" after 2003 and up to the present?

We shall have this and more in our next episode.

The "big bang" last thursday at JJs Seafood Village was big bang indeed. Vice Governor Julius Herrera, City Mayor Dan Neri lim and governor Erico Aumentado banged big time my favorite solon Ondoy Cajes and Cong. Ed Chatto during the launching of the Grand alliance for Bohol's Sustainable Development. Even before thursday, PRs working on the event touted that it would be a big bang.

***

NP vice governatorial bet Tommy Abapo promised some sort of a "desert" in the 3rd district but he declined to elaborate because he did not want to preempt the governor. Until the end of the program, the promised "desert' was not served.

***

City Mayor Dan Lim said the alliance was formed to ensure continued access to the powers-that-be regardless of who wins in the presidential race. Methinks this consideration is merely secondary. the primary consideration for the alliance is to form a unified front against the camp of Chatto and Cajes. More on Chatto, to my mind, because there is only a very, very slim chance that Judith Cajes would beat Aumentado in the district congressional race. She is a sure loser, to my reckoning.

So the battle left watching is that in Trinidad town. The most irreverent priest is running for mayor, remember.

***

In the latest survey, Conching Lim is again at the bottom. This only illustrates one thing- many people hate her. How can you expect the young respondents to like her when she is the only candidate in my reckoning who wants to be addressed as "honorable' kuno even before she got elected?

Conching Lim is in a bind. She has opted to side with Edgar Chatto, thinking that his connect to Gibo Teodoro will still work wonders for him and for her. Remember, she is into politics to protect her business. But Gibo is also wallowing like her. Despite the infusion of funding from the admin coffers, and despite his claim that he is the most brilliant from among the presidentiables, Gibo has miserably failed to pass and promote himself from the grade level to high school and then to college.

Bright man unta, wa man gihapon kapasar!

***

Gibo resigned as party chair of Lakas-Kampi. He is now an ordinary member of Lakas-Kampi. As such, he has no more control in the disposition of party funds. He has to refer to the party chair for funding. that, plus his bitter separation from his billionaire uncle Danding Conjuangco, who could have provided him with millions in assistance, and gibo is now becoming "bigo'. these unfortunate incidents have very serious implications to the candidacy of Edgar Chatto. and of course, to Conching Lim.

Not only that, instead of going with his kumpare Erico in the 2nd district, as what she had been doing for a long time now, Conching Lim has opted to side with irreverent priest. did she think that the priest is more powerful, stronger and more influential in the 2nd district that the governor? If she does, then her advance age must have something to do with that.

***

She has also failed to consider her Bohol History 101. Did she try to examine why her kumpare Erico lost in Balilihan, right smack in the political base of Edgar Chatto at the time of the infamous 'unification'? What made her think that what happened to her kumpare Erico in balilihan would not happen to her in May 2010? Remember, Edgar Chatto is the son of Kiking Chatto.

And what did Conching Lim and her family do when Kiking Chatto went to their house in Canmanico, Valencia to borrow money? Kiking chatto went home empty-handed because Conching Lim would not allow him to borrow money. and because of that refusal, Kiking Chatto lost in that governatorial election. Kintahay, bale wala ra ni Edgar Chatto tong wa pagpabaylo ni conching? As in she's already forgiven?

***

There are talks floating in the 2nd district that Edgar chatto is now doing his own campaign. "Bahala na'g di mo mobotar ni Inday Conching Lim, seguroa lang ang ako," or talks to this effect. There are also several mayors who expressed preference to a Chatto-Jala tandem. Naturally, this is a big plus to my maninoy tommy abapo. Or to Pedio Jala. Abapo gets his share of votes from his tandem with Julius Herrera under NP, he also gets added votes from his "unofficial tandem" with Edgar Chatto under Lakas. But I haven't heard of a mayor or mayoral candidate who prefers a Herrera-Lim tandem or a Montano-Lim tandem. In other words, the only time that she gets her votes is with her tandem with Edgar Chatto.

Luoy pod. more so if she is junked

More when we return, stay tuned for more.

The constituents of Tagbilaran city are now 'reaping what they sow'. nagbutang sila'g mayor nga sugarol, so what can you expect? An immoral LCE has no moral ascendancy to lead a city whose constituents are known to be  religious and of decency. Philosopher Plato once said "we as guardians must be gentle  to our fellow  citizens but fierce to our enemies, if we cannot do that, we are preventing our enemies from destroying our city by destroying it ourselves ".
Lesson learned; avoid electing unscrupulous politicians, May 2010 is forthcoming; ITS YOUR CALL!!!

all your manifestations are easier said than done,. you should also bear in mind that crime prevention is not just the responsibility of the police,.. consider that the two major elements of crime are; desire and opportunity, of these, only the element of opportunity can and maybe addressed by the police. the desire to commit a crime can be effectively addressed by the local chief executives by upgrading the quality of lives of their people.
ang problema, most if not all of our politicians are unschooled on this aspect, and only include livelihood and crime prevention programs in their campaign during election periods...

There's no doubt that this is the handiwork of guns-for-hire, its good that the victim was able to react swiftly. As to the brain of the crime, it would be unsafe to conclude that politics has nothing to do with it, we have to consider that his case at Sandigang Bayan was politically motivated and we cannot discount the possibility that his exoneration was not taken lightly by his opponents. You would agree with me if il tell that the alleged threat to his life can be a good escape goat. This case must be looked into by the newly installed PD, PSSupt Anthony Obenza, with dispatch.

As to the comment on the cajes clan, tinuod gyod nang imong guisulti san0. wala man gud maanticipate ni Erico nga biyaan ug traydoron cya ana, ako hibalo ko nga buhaton na nya, emagine gibiyaan man gani ang Ginuo ana, si erico pa kaha ang dili. Sagdi lang na sila sano gabaan lagi nah!

its not surprising, actually! what could you expect from people who are craving for power? in politics, dog eats dog, but at the end of the day they will 'reap what they sow', gabaan lang gihapon na sila.

A staunch political supporter of President Macapagal-Arroyo was dumped by the Lakas-Kampi CMD ruling party barely an hour into the deadline of the filing of the certificates of candidacy on Tuesday, due to his alleged “disloyalty.”

Bohol Gov. Erico Aumentado was Lakas-Kampi-CMD regional chairman for Central Visayas until he was “fired” by the administration party due to his alleged association with presidential candidate, Sen. Manuel Villar of the Nacionalista Party (NP).

The national directorate of Lakas-Kampi-CMD sent to the Bohol Comelec office an hour before the 12 midnight deadline for the filing of COCs, a letter of revocation of the certificate of nomination and acceptance (CONA) issued to Governor Aumentado as the party's candidate for the second congressional district of Bohol.

Aumentado is on his third term as governor and is vying for his old House seat in Bohol's second district.

Aumentado was surprised when he was informed that Lakas-Kampi CMD president and Sarangani Gov. Miguel Dominguez and secretary general Francis Manglapus revoked his CONA, and instead, issued another CONA to Trinidad Mayor Judith Cajes as Lakas-Kampi bet for representative in the second district.

Mayor Cajes is the wife of incumbent second district Rep. Roberto Cajes, who is also on his last term.

Interviewed over a local radio station, Manglapus explained that “based on intelligence reports” Aumentado has been “covertly campaigning” for Sen. Villar, an act that was “considered contrary to the party's policy directions.”

Aumentado and Villar had been allies when both were in the House of Representatives. Aumentado served as Deputy Speaker for the Visayas and chairman of the powerful House committee on appropriations when Senator Villar was Speaker of the House.

But Aumentado denied the allegations, saying he met Villar once in Manila, recently, but he did not make any commitment with the senator.

The Bohol governor blamed the move of the national executive committee on a “conspiracy and maneuvers” made by other Lakas-Kampi stalwarts in the province, specifically Rep. Edgar Chatto and Representative Cajes, to oust him from the party for their own political survival.

why not file charges in the proper forum, to find out the people behind this scam. these unscropulous people have no doubt casted aspersions to the good name 'we've made for Bohol .

We just received a very sad report from several teachers who expressed extreme disgust over Bohol's hosting of a history-related national conference, which was concluded last Saturday, Oct. 24, 2009.

According to the neglected participants, they have a very bad impression on Bohol because of the lamentable way the conference was organized and because of the disgusting treatment they got from organizers (read: disgusting food served).

There were several serious issues raised by history teachers - all coming from various schools/colleges/universities in the Philippines. (If you are one of the participants/teachers who paid 3,000 pesos for a two-day conference at Holy Name University (HNU), please register in this site and join the discussion).

1. Registration of 3,000 pesos (good for 2 days inclusive of lunch but without lodging) is too expensive and it wasn't worth it. No usher. No guide. A total mess.
2. Participants were not treated well.
3. No assistance given for their accommodation. Some ended up sleeping in a boarding house.
4. They were served with disgusting food packed in a poor paper bag (can't afford to buy a paper plate?). The worst thing was that the juice was served through a water jug and it was not even a juice drink but a colored water disguised as fruit juice (?).
5. Many of the participants left Bohol on the first day of the conference. Disgusted.
6. Many of the participants did not receive a conference kit.
7. The venue was held in a small room at HNU. They expected it'd be held in a more convenient area (Bohol Tropics, perhaps).
8. History teachers, history instructors from various universities in the Philippines who were interviewed alleged that the conference was nothing but a money-making venture?

More than 97 percent of the participants had rated the conference as "very poor", as revealed in a feedback survey distributed to history teachers/professors after the conference.

HNU, NHI, and NCCA have a lot of explaining to do.
