If we have 50,000 Boholanos here and they will unite in one voice agreeing or disagreeing to a particular issue, then that unity would be powerful enough to shake the ears of our leaders.

First, I want to welcome you in TB! Enjoy and nice having you here with us -Boholanos.
Exactly, you are right in regards to the environmental problem occurs if that so-called project push thru, but I think it is not a definite project yet. I am sure that there are some political backgrounds setting this plan (whatever it is....only the near concerned knows). In my opinion, this is useless one because Cebu International Airport is too near and the other means of transportations be effected the (Shipping Companies) for instance. The best is ....the Bohol tourism department must have first to concentrate to establish more promotions in connection with tourism and the political section must have to center more for the safety of their visitors. For what an Int'l airport for? The crimes in Bohol is quite propagating and this is one of the reasons why less foreigners are coming to visit our beautiful Bohol, isn't? Have a nice stay in Bohol!

Hi Macky,
You misinterpret the Sex education in Europe, Doy... they are not like dogs that just in every corner of the street magtapot na gjod. You might heard about "PARTNER SWAPPING" ..there are some establishments here to this kind of free sex -exchanging partners or a group sex. This is mostly run from those private persons who are also interested to this and more sexually active. But this is not every ones interest. I think, if we have it here pastilan! BIBO GJOD ang mga boys! But.....those couples who are involved to this actions -they possesses the tolerance of their relationship otherwise it will never functions. JEALOUSY is out of place.!!!
In some Europian rich countries, counting Germany, Sweden, Norway, Italy, Switzerland and some more others, the government has this program to support Families to raise more children otherwise the generations are almost to be vanished.........we are aware of this, but.....life here is not like licking icy sugar in an early morning - we must have to work in order to exist and our bills to be paid is only 99% higher than in our country. We got no maids, we must have to pay a babysitter and that is not cheap, no Lola's. aunts to take care of the kids while we are at work to support a bit our relatives left behind. And we are not doing love making for the purpose of getting 12 kids as what our countrymen doing. We are raising a Family in which we could say........it is enough and life would be great enough too.

This business plan will not of course functions in our country, during my days..........we have that Family planning centers which my friends are working - distributing free pills, condoms and having some Fam.planning seminars in urban areas. The people/couples listened, accepting the presents not applying and using those because our Churches/Holy Pope are against of this....and this is also sad to say that religion is not always the answer of finding a solution. Even here in some Europian countries (eastern part -100% religious)....also over populated, no jobs and only prayer is their hopes and they all settled in Germany or some better/rich places such as GB, and Scandinavian countries too. Too tired from work and will say: "Oh.......my God! - the answer from the western folks....God will not help you!

Lorenzo, our trust was betrayed. our kindness was betrayed.
I gave all members rights and privileges to modify posts, but even my own posts were deleted and replaced with a period. For me, it was already an insult to us, Filipinos.
Modifying a post for the sake of grammar or syntax is appreciated, but deleting it and replacing it with a period is a disrespectful act, not even thinking how many hundreds of hours I've given to manage our site 24/7. I even sacrificed sleep and rest to attend to everyone's concern.
I do not even delete a post unless it is necessary. The only time I deleted a post was when I clean up the Jokes section in which there were inappropriate postings that degrade women.

I've noticed this too, Mike. Poor gyud kaayo ang service sa atong nasud.
One thing I like about the US, you can expect really good customer service here.
Last night, we ate at a resto and our dinner was late arriving, the manager came over to our table apologetic and said that dinner was on the house. And that we could order whatever else we wanted for free. Service like that, you just don't get in the Philippines.
A few months ago, I was trying to get my passport renewed. I called the Embassy in Washington DC, and the girl who answered the phone was so rude.

The political "waters" in Valencia has been SCANDALOUS for decades, Mike ...
Its analogous to empires of olden times where governance has been misappropriated by one controlling family.
Decadence is its natural tendency and thus the emergence of subsequent scandals e.g.; sex and pollution
that now breeds the flies.
Where art thou .... Oh Noble Valencianhons !!!
