but here in tubagbohol, the off topics(irrelevant sentences) for as long as these are not nasty as ms da bins said,i guess,make the friendship of some people here deeper.

off topics here are always accepted.

this issue is at times the cause of an argument between me and my husband esp if makanumdom sya kung kumusta na daw ang title.

sayang naman sad gud ang amo nabayad na niya,musiclover. we paid P35thou na.

on aug 30 last year, my husband and i bought an 842 sq. meter lot in manga from our relative. we hired a lawyer to process the titling of the said lot since by that time, we still had to go back to belgium to process some paperworks for my husband regarding his permanent stay in the phils.

it will be a year this month,but we havent got hold of the title yet. the owner passed away months ago so our lawyer asked for the extrajudicial thing since she said it's a requirement. the lawyer's secretary went to the BIR to ask for a computation of the estate tax of the owner and found out that the other co-owners of the lot who already passed away years ago didn't pay their own taxes. my cousin, who is in-charge of paying because she was the one who handled the money we paid, asked me to pay the taxes instead. common sense would tell me why do i have to pay for the taxes of the co-owners?

dapat ba na i-channel pa sa akoa if the lawyer wants to talk to our cousin? i was even suggesting to send a demand letter if our cousin would not continue to cooperate in the pertinent papers.

any advice?
