Maayo bitaw na Raquel nga anaa ka kanunay sa balay to take good care of the family, di ba? If that makes you happy then go for it! My wife also stays at home to take good care of my children. I don't want to entrust my good investment in my children to the yayas.

If wives just know how to exercise tolerance to their loved ones, I bet happiness could still be maintained in every relationship. Mao nay giingon sa proverbial saying that, "To err is human, to
forgive is divine!" Forgiveness is deep rooted in the degree of tolerance you exercise to every mistake your loved ones commits.

Tu-a gitakdan sila sa economic virus sa America, perteng dimalasa kay very low man ang stock exchange didto, as low as what happened during the economic depression sa America during the 1930s. Kalooy sab sa atong mga sano ug mga sana diha sa Bohol. Hapit na ra ba ang pasko. Unsa may ilang ipang gasto pohon?

Talibon - Bohol / Re: The Collapse of Talibon Bridge
December 13, 2008, 04:15:20 PM
Safety precaution should have been put in place as warnings to vehicles loaded in excess of the desing capacity of the bridge. Besides, if the bridge is still under its finishing touches and still not opened for traffic then  there has to be in place some wooden barricades or concrete barriers to ensure overloaded vehicles are prevented entrance to that particular bridge. Another peoples' money drained into the river and the added cost to rehabilitate or reconstruct the bridge. Sayang! Good that lives are spared from the incident.

MALUNGGAY

The Malunggay (Sajina, Moringa) tree.

MORINGA, MALUNGGAY, SAJINA
Moringa is the English name. It is called Malunggay in Philippines and Sajina in Indian Subcontinent and South East Asia. It grows very wildly in hot tropical climate.

Moringa is a wonderful herb known all over the world-- but only recently in the U.S. It may provide the boost in energy, nutrition and health youíve been seeking.  This book reveals Moringaís nutritional content, medicinal properties, where to get it, the best results.

Moringa is a remarkable discovery, which can make a tremendous difference in your health and quality of life.  Mounting scientific evidence shows what has been known for thousands of years by people in the tropical parts of the world: Moringa is natureís medicine cabinet.

It is best known as an excellent source of nutrition and a natural energy booster.  Loaded with nutrients, vitamins and amino acids, it replenishes your body and provides what you need to get through a hectic weekday or active weekend.

As the candles multiply on top of your birthday cake, you may find yourself slowing down and saying, ìI just donít feel eighteen any more.î  Moringa gives back some of the energy you thought was lost.

Yet this is not a sugar-based energy.  Itís not something, which makes you hyper for some period of intense activity then leaves you drained.  In fact, Moringa is also relaxing...it helps to reduce blood pressure and assure a good nightís sleep.  How does it contribute more energy and greater relaxation at the same time?

The answer seems to be Moringaís well-documented detoxifying effect.  University laboratories around the world have studied Moringaís ability to purify water...attaching itself to harmful material and bacteria, and allowing them to be expelled as waste.  The evidence points to this same process going on inside your body.

It produces long-lasting energy without hyperactivity... a nerve system at rest... a blood system not under pressure...a gland and hormone system in balance.

Other health benefits identified by people who use Moringa continue this same pattern: immune system strengthened, skin condition restored, blood pressure controlled, headaches and migraines handled, diabetes sugar level managed, inflammations and arthritis pains reduced, tumors restricted and ulcers healed.

A body that ís not fighting damaging internal elements is better able to use the nutrients, which come into it to build healthy skin, bone and muscles, as well as the all-important hormones, which keep your body in balance.

And Moringa is loaded with nutrients.  Each ounce of Moringa contains seven times the Vitamin C found in oranges, four times the Vitamin A of carrots, three times the iron of spinach, four times as much calcium as milk and three times the potassium of bananas.

One of the best attributes of Moringa is that it is also quite tasty and a welcome addition to your kitchen.  The leaves, pods and flowers of this versatile tree are all edible, each with its own flavor.  They can be served fresh with meals, or be reduced to powder and used as a food supplement.

Ang kamunggay pwede ibuwad ug dukdokon nga pino. Unya isalgul sa mainit nga tubig sa tasa. Butangan ug kunting asukal and the preparation could now be drunk like coffee or malunggay coffee. Pwede sab puston ang ground malunggay dry leaves sa gasa bag. Then dip the malunggay bag into a cupful of hotwater. This preparation could now be drunk like a tea or tsa.

Mobalik na sab ta sa unang patotoo before ng Holy Roman Empire about Ptoleme's geocentric theory when they later on scraped off from the scriptures as a big flaw when Galileo Galilee and Johanes Kepler insisted the heleocentric theory of Nicholas Copernicus. When the Copernican theory was finally adapted by the Holy Roman Empire the Julian Calendar was also replaced by the Gregorian Calendar which is of use today. The other notable change which merits vital consideration is the geographical and climatic change over thousands of years.

Ang exchange rate niadto ranges from 1:7.5 to 14 which is now 1:50. This means that the dollar appreciates say seven times our money as compared in the late seventies and mid-eighties. If we compare the prices of prime commodities, the price before increased more or less twenty times against what it is at present. For example, taking a regular lunch in a restaurant before amounted only to Php2.50 compared to Php60.00 now. A youngstown sardine amounted Php0.90 before compared to Php10.00 now. There's the disparity!
