He is a columnist. Acolumnist is not a news item it is an opinion and an personal opinion at that.

Even when I writemy columns hereIam alsocautious not to mention names involved of onion skinned persons who do bad to others but hate it when bad is done to them.

My it is funny how the world works.
#803
I toally agree with this. Thank goodness for Tubag to bring me news that I other wise would not see unless I was to buy the newspaper.

I alsofeelthat foreigners should be able to buy the land here as well and put it in their names and not have to look for a wife to put it into her name like the system is now.

So many foreigners have the economics to finance such establishments as putting up new business's and creating more jobs as well.

Love Talk / Re: Women Are the Bosses?
September 23, 2008, 05:12:43 PM
please note mostley caucasian took the survey and most of us are pretty charachteristic and now how to entertain.

I do beleive as I have observed living here in Bohol when I see two people sitting at a table together one is a Filipino man and the other his flavor for god knows how long I observe the Filipino man is waiting on her hand and foot as she just sits there looking sad and is silent the whole time.

I have observed many Filipnomen loving to cook more then caucasian men as well while the woman just sits on her but watching her Filipina Drama's that she can not miss on t.v.during dinner timehours.LOL!

Its my own observation but there are older women here who know haw to kick up their heels compared to women much youngerthen them now a days.

Someof my male foreiger friends saysomeyoung women are like quiet and kill joy behaiving grandma's.

Bien-Unido - Bohol / Re: Barangay Kagawad Shot Dead
September 23, 2008, 04:38:56 PM
I just now heard about this.

This is awfull indeed.

What or why would someone want to kill an old kagawad has something wrong in they're head?

Its amazing how many people out there have loose weapons or war artillary available to them for just being civilians.

Not so sure if I was a Filipina if I would want to run in a political office and be shot at if I was doing agood job for the people.

Why did she wait so long to report this?

What I do not get about this kind of dr. exams and evaluations is the finding results after even a couple hours ar weeks in this case can be even half conceived that the so alled results were physical abuse?

Where is the semen in this matter
how about his DNA?

Sheor any other woman can say that she was raped perowalay klaro jyud and then she can get mad at him and engage herself with inflicting her own pain by self masturbation.

I have been exposed to many incidents when Boholano men are drinking and the girl is also drinking in my experience I have seen that the men in most cases will stop his drinking if a woman is drinking and make sure that the girl is okay when she notices that she is over her limit.
The Boholano is so caring to his female friend, uyab, wife, or his own male barkada's.

She should not be going to beer joints alone with out being with another companion.

Here many women dress blackless or with low cut cleavage and wear very tight fitting clothes and I know that there are men who will stare these kinds of chicks down and dream about pursuing them but they never do.

This place is very onservative even with a green joke to men here. This does not sound likewell mannered Boholano men who would do something like this.

In the mean time she was right in reporting but to make sure she should of done it before the DNA wasalready washed away and destroyed.

When I was struck at once the police had taken so long to get there where I was at and the redness had gone away so the PNP told me to hit myself or scratch my arm with a beer bottle cap!

get my point.

Wounds and infections in the vagina and external rea are fast healing in just a matter of a few days too one week.

We have agents in our female privates to cure ourselves fast in these kinds of insidents.

I was talking about this case with a local publisher this last evening and he told me that he is giving the media man a chance to make amends to the problem after he had put the media man live over radio station DYTR Cuentas Klaris program when the victims poor family had gone to the radio station to plead for help which forced the anchormen to call and put live over the radio the media personality who's children were involved.
According to the anchorman/publisher the media personality had assured everyone over the radio that he will help the victims family.
Nothing was said in any of the local newspapers.

Even though nothing was said I am sure the one involved being a media will set a good example to the public in taking care of this issue.

Everyone pray for a fair outcome in this unfortunant mishap.

September 17, 2008, 11:18:37 PM
WoW! mike buddy thank you for the news this is about two hours drive from my home town place in Washington State.

Normally since the green river murder back in the 80's there has not been much going on this is considered the emerald state and is known for its cascade mountains and many tree's.

What a shame normally if things do happen in my state it is either in Seattle or it suburban outlaying area's.

A few months ago Kit Bagaipo of Bohol Chronicle and I had been sponsored to stay at the 5 star Diamond Hotel to learn about the fatla diseas called IPED it is more worse as a killer for chidren then the denge fever that everyone thinks is a number one killer at present.
We talked more on symptoms of such a disease and how to present it to media and to the public.
There are treatments but the money factor is what makes it hard for people to medicate on time children who are infected.
The two day workshop was covered with a lot of materials and if anyone has any questions regarding this disease I have a website address I could give or post on this sight if any of you are interested.

I was just listening to Radyo Bayan this morning there is a report of three Philippine women who where aiding in the smuggling of drugs from one Asian country to another one.

So bad as they were instructed to swallow the drugs and fly with them in the stomach and then to later excrete it out via Bowel movement.

The philippines has a law always not to help those Philippine persons who are dealing and running drugs abroad.

Maybe this case should be investigated maybe this is some sort of fake front in hiring and then on the inside they are forced to do things that they can not control.

Maybe by force?

I think it is a sad case especailly when it is the Philippines who are for Human Rights.

I hope the women involved if not volluntarily imvolved can find a way to get out.

Seems like they shoud get help get safely back home and be given recovery for help.

Good for them. I know what it is like to be related to a merchant marine family especaily an ofw.
People always have rude comments about seamen who travel around the world. Accidents happen and that is just a fact and a timing in life when they do.

That storm was fast when iot whipped through here. By seamen law the boats that sie must be sent back out to sea in such cases.

In oregon coast a crew a Filipine crew ship M/V New Carissa had lost engine power during a heavy rain and wind storm and it went aground and could neer be saved.

The crew was rescues but the boat manned by Baliwag shipping in Manila had to be dynamited apart and it hauled normaly cedar chips from the west coast shores to the Japanese Islands.

Many vessel incidents happen and when families donot hear from merchant seamen loved ones you tnd to only want and hoppe for the best.

Many books have been written about the loss of all kinds of ships at sea many that are even unrecorded untill today.

Its sad news all around.

I am glad that Kit Bagaipo wrote this story with good tactics.

anyone who makes rude comments about seamen and they're lifestyles should be sensitive in what they are saying many Filipino depend on they're brea and butter coming from the shipping way of life.

look at the train accident in California the death toll is still climbing from just three days ago it was an accident for both accidents accidents do not make us bad.

My mom always tells me there is a reason for everything that happens good or bad.

May the bereaved families in all the fatal accidents all over the world not listen too much to negative garbage of others and remember the love ones they did lose always for the better of times when they were alive.

May he (Captain) rest in peace.

Ship is my wife
ship is my life
ship is where I sleep
Ship is where I will die

I have to be fair in my writing.

A Boholana woman died last Sunday from injuries sustained to her after being struck by three persons riding on a motorbike during Loays Fiesta.

Further details can be read regarding this incident coming out in this Sundays newspaper releases here in Bohol. I hope the ones who are writing about the incident use sincere kindness to both parties involved.

I am not sure about how much media release this will be given regarding this incident because it involves three very sweet children of a well known and awarded associate editor in Bohol. (Who was kind enough to give me my roots in the media here.)

Most of this persons colleauges are sensitive to talk about the incident.

I know Sunday Post Newspaper came out with the release as soon as the acident had happened.

I feel bad for everyone involved lease pray for a fair resolution and coninued good healing for those involved.

I AM SORRY TO BRING SUCH SAD NEWS AGAIN TO TUBAG.

God Bless Us!

Bohol still has murderers out on the loose running rampant the one doing what I consider are more serious crimes. are the ones not being captured here.

ThanKs Grazie girl for calling me fearless!

Its a compliment :)

I have tried my best but latley there is a crab or two or maybe 3 or more and it is hard to my pen to become exposed some media are taking my hard work and and not printing it and then later print it at their bennefit.

Iam looking for him bleive me.

Maybe he has a strong influence here and nothing will be done.

often times that ends up being the case.

so far nothing has happened to the alleged double rape incident at the public school.

The victims lost interest to slow processing seguro.
anyways sorry I amnot posting here so much.

I am busy these days concentrating on my own self.

Take care all!

I was at this forum last week. I was impressed at some of the rules for handling these dogs that do bite humans.
I know back home in my county dogs are immediatley euthenized put to sleep by the humaen soceity because once a dog bites it is considered ruined already.

Anyways Bohol untill now has many dirty stray dogs out on the prowl looking for a roll around with another dog and this forces the dog population to even become a larger problem.

It stated in the rabies leaflet that it is maybe alright to kill the dog after 14 days if proven that he is tested positive for rabies.

some symptoms of rabies are such as dogs hiding under thing, his change in diet. His growling.
there are other symptoms as well.

Those are the basic ones for now to remember.

Find them cuff them and stuff them and when you throw them in behiind the bars and throw away the key.

This is suppose to be  a Roman Cathlis peacefull Island?

I am beining to feel like I am living in "little tijuana" some times?

The law is handled so weird here as compared to back home in the states.

Here people are afraid to press charges, or either they do not have money?

thats why crime is easy here to get away with.

The German community has a big influence by this man maybe "You can not touch this!"

So Mundo if you know about this than why is it that I have not?

Filipino are doing illegal things as well but i do not see them in jail how you people want this German in jail?

Double standard.

Mundo txt me the guys name and his business's name.

Maybe it is not true any of it and the one posting this had better have some proof or back up to what is being said.

This is pretty serious allegations.

This should be told to task force or authorities and should be investigated for suspicious bases only.

There is also a German guy who has a web site about Bohol and when one of our posters from here posted about the three deaths in Panglao the story I had written about his post was stripped from the website?

Maybe some people are keeping it silent because they are  afraid that could be their own personal supplier i they are doing such activity with them?

Its not material things that I am requesting for everyone but i could not think of a nicer present than one too wish for all of you that is good.

General Topic / Re: Cellphones
August 28, 2008, 06:03:52 PM
No matter what kind of phone we may have what matters is that we always have a way to communicate.

Any tools ussed for communication is important to use and have.

What I do not like to see is a family here in Bohol sitting in the dark with out current and the parents and kids always have more loads in their phones compared to the food being put onto their tables or current to light up the house.

Phones here are dangerous bcause people here want to steal them just to make a fast money to either get drugs or support a family with.

I never have mine around my neck advertizing what type of model it is I am just inviting trouble if i do.

Many instances in Cebu karon when cell phones are being taken in hold up sittuations inside of multi-cabs.

My advise is to be humble about your assets and use them wisely.

Make good judgement calls with them as far as importance versus family nutrition and survival.

How many of you can live with out a load?
#835
Thank You for sharing the pictures of the closing event I missed it unfortunantly but I was able to watch most of the athletes comepeting through out the two weeks.

I also heard fireworks going on off in Bohol the same time in the evening that the fireworks were going off in Beijing China!?

I think the Olympics being held in Europe is going to be a neat show.
#836
Ha ha ha ha!

Has anyone been watching the DNC coming out of Denver Colorado.

(Bemocratic National Convention)

This is the convention being helfd this yearat the Pepsi centre where they just endorsed Obama by a voting over 2/3 of the percentage of total delagates in attendance at the convention.

Hillary spoke to her supporters/followers and told then Obama to vote for a new change.

I honestly had to laugh when she inroduced herself as a proud mother, proud senator, and proud to be an American but was I the only one who noticed that she did not say "Proud to be a wife!".

I can not say that I blame her.

If any of you want a chance to see a great speech watch thursday night when Obama will give the first ever historical speech of being the first black man to win the nominee for becoming president on Martin Luther kIngs bday.

I am looking forward to such a speech. As an American I am ready for new change most definitly.

Love Talk / Re: What Annoys You Most About Women?
August 28, 2008, 05:26:39 PM
Puti male enowed=10 minutes or longer.

Filipino........Polite knows how to make a lady feel like a queen.(Emotional/mentaly)

In eyes of the new world many filipina are meeting financaily secure men on the internet.
Last week in Cebu inside the American consulate I witnessed many puti men and Pinay getting capacities for marraige and when asked where did they meet the answer most often given was via internet.
When asked how long they had known each other in person most said a week or two.

I agree with Lorenzo indeed that some white "chicks!"  do have a thing for Asian men as well as hispanics, and blacks.

Often these white woman will not go after white skinned males once the have been tanned or black they neer go back!

I see some of the guys coming from other foreign countries are not considered as cream of the good looking crop types and so they are rejected or ignored in their own country so they go outside to look.

I am not trying to open a can of worms here. I did not say all men.

I could go on about story telling when white foreigners approach me and tell me stories about how certain woman are behaving here when they do date them.

I opt to keep silent as it is often considered golden.

Puti knows that if they come here it is about love for them to find a good relationship.

I often here white lady friends complain that their Pinoy buyfriend does not have the bucks and they end up trucking down the road.

I have had Pinoy friends here who borrow my things and I never get them back, or they are broken and never be replaced.

I am the one expected to pay for the time out if my friends and i go out.

Puti men in my eyes treat women often as if they are married to their mothers and we know what mothers did. Washed our laundrey, cooked our meals and help us heal our boo boos!

A Pinay is beautiful and when the white man takes her back home to his country it is as if he is bringing home a beauty queen.

Am I saying things people do not dare to say?

Am I making any sense out of things?

I am sick with earache and tired now.

Time to end my thoughts on this topic now.

#838
So lets close all business's that double charge foreigners here in the Philippines is it not the same kind of treatment.
#839
Imagine this being complete since he chopped out the later details from my write up and did not publish it with my story. I was the one who happened to email the detailed story.
He chopped it in half Mike and made it his specail report the following week on the front page!
That takes nerves Mike.
I worked hard on the write up and the tourism police investigator had only shared the info to me as well as emailed the the reports of exactly what I put in my write up as you see here.
That was wrong of Fred.
On top of it he kept the original write up with details and did not give it back to me.
To me it is unethical.
#840
Yesterday while waiting my turn at the American Consulate in Cebu I was the only one in there to get a capacity to adopt my beloved minor who has been in my care for almost eight years na.

All the other persons in there were waiting to receive they're capacities to gt married with Filipina women.
Every couple when answering the consulates question reagarding how did you meet had answered the same question in the same way.

The number one answer given; "We met on the internet" some guys do not stay here long enough before they ask to marry or is it forced to be askiing to be married?

My male foreigner friends who are already domesticated here in Bohol find that most women thry date want to be married right of way after meeting with out really giving the relationship trial time to really see if there is a chemical good enough between.

I find that when I ask polls with men who I do not know other than by chatting on the PC often times they end up being weirdo's.

Many foreign men when they get here are blind to the real culture here that ladies are not to engage in pre marital sex.
Often foreigners not living here who are just here for a visit do not know that woman due to poverty are trained by they're families to take on marraige with an older foreigner man (Almost about to die).
So he can provide for the family. I was talking with a few of the couples at the consulate yesterday and one man had suggested that it should made into a law that there  be a law against young persons marrying old foreigners.

Anyways I was simply impressed at how these persons even though they had been together in person for a weeks time or less were given capacities as if as fast as a snap of the finger.

For me internet dating does nothing for me.

I would need to know the real person in person maybe for a minimum of 6 months or more before i would marry.

Please anyone meeting on line should always know what they are getting into before they take the final major step.

Be aware of the Anti Trafficking in Persons Act.

Know your man like a good book from front cover to the back cover!

Hey did you happen to see the most beautiful woman.....The lyrics go to a song that is very ancient already.

It is a legendary song and still plays on the roll back era archives in many radio stations today.

Not many songs are written about hunky men most often men are made as comical satire in songs. He he he he!

Elmundo my dear friend next time I see you I swear you are going to get it! He he he! I will have to bite off your nose because I want that you and Benjie can get along as reps from this country and work out your problems in a civil way.

No one likes to think negative about two people who are known to be very nice people. Just be good to one another and talk together and be both a good listener and speaker and come together with good reasoning and problem solving together.

Your both from Bohol and your both representing the youth here.

You must show the example to the youth what and how are the right ways to settle issues.

I pray for both you to do what is the right thing or I will keep my promise to bite your nose off if you do not! he he he!

I am sure the Philippine Republic will come and help her out. Maybe even Chatto or some one like that.

Many times Philippine OFW's are advised to go with POEA work sites abroad for reasons such as these.

My books are nearly 1,000 - personal collection. They're kept in Dampas at the house that I rented before. I couldn't transport them to Thailand. Now I have hundreds of ebooks. Smiley

I have been intending to read Stephen Covey's book but I was always sidetracked by other pursuits. Management consultants would always recommend this book.

Um? I could use some of those books to enlighten me Mike. Are those the books you were going to give to me before? I love books they are great for character building.

Now I am reading about Trans formative Communication. It is very positive!
#847
"OH GOD ARE YOU THERE IT IS ME MARGERAT"

This book I highly recommend to young girls just about to go into puberty.

The book will enlighten you through the puberty stage and you will not feel alone with reading about Margerats first time to get her menstruation and body changes while at that stage in life as far as being a woman.
#848
Thanks everyone and so far Mike must still be snoozing as I am still logged in! He he he he!

Now let the fat white lady sing!

I know both of these guys and they are both my friends. I have never heard Benjie say mean things about Leo but one day I admit I was surprised when Leo had come up to me during a protest rally in Bohol recently and shouted out loud that i was a good friend of Benjie!

I thought that he was referring too another Benjie that we have in media. I had read some of the high lights in Leo's statements.

I had also read the rebuttal statement from Benjie as well. The following morning I text to Benjie and wanted to hear it straight from the horses mouth?

Benjie stayed really positive in his text remaks and did not want Leo to be upset when Leo has traveled and represented the Philippines as well in the past.

I like the two guys and during times of crisis you guys should do your best and be patriotic about your country and show the real true and sweet pride that Filipino are suppose to have.

Bickering is just a waste of what could be positive energy.

Oh by the way Leo Buddy! :)

Climb every mountain......Search high and Low.....

It is the not the qualifications that hinder you it is the disqualifications.

I want to see the two of you apologizing to one another as God as your witness and you should spend energy instead encouraging one another to do better always in life. :D

Love from Tita Precious!

I have said it once I will say it again!

Anyone of you who knows the Dualuan familylike mewill know that they are a close knit family.

The kids I have taken care of are blood related to him as they are cousins.
I know the family is sick and tired of being called and teased as rapist be cause of their name.
I talk with a nepthew the other dayof DR. Dumaluan who had told me him self. (Obing)
His Attorneys who happen to work on his case are good honest and hard working people.
They are not into doing things such as mentioned in one media outlet paper as bribery in a court case sittuation.
Dr. Dumaluan has always been kind to me.

Thank You everyone for your support and interest in my writings.

I know why my write up taken apart by my associated editor last week as he took out the details and when slicing and splicing he did not make it smooth and left out the key phrase that said the diver Korean national who had drowned was forced to go into the swimming pool at Boho Diver's to save his female companion.
Last week being the one of the two paers that I write for the SB had held a floor session and dicussed my write up and want to have further investigation especaily on behalf of the female Japanese woman who drowned.
My editer also asked me to email him the investigational records from a very reliable member in the tourism police force and when he ran my story it was about five pages inside chopped up and imagine yesterdays paper is the part he cutt out of mine and made into his specail report on the front page.
Sometimes I really hate media.
I was proud that the Chronicle had also written about my report from last week and the SB matter regarding the issue.

I want that my relation and friendships with the other outlets remain but I want to be treated in kindness as I had paid over P500 to travel round trp to get the news and the reports and the interveiws and then when it was chopped and to find it under another name on the front page has me irrate!
I already informed my publisher it was unethical.

When I had writeen it in its full context je put reports by Priscilla....
instead by ........ Walay klaro!

anyways I think this weekend chronicle and standard came out with thewrite up after seeing mine had gotten attention as I was the exclusive one last week in the media to have the news.
#856
wow where did you get this info?

It was just one newspaper who printed such a story it was not mentioned in other Bohol newspapers?

Whome ever wrote this should have submitted this info onto POST or TIMES or THE BOHOL CHRONICLE.

This is a more informative write up that the one in the Standard.
#857
This info was according to the investigation team and police record.

The two deaths are still being assessed/determined.

The tanks at the dive shop had been mixed up and it was hard to determine which tankit was that the victim actually used?

No it was the Bohol Standard og JAPHIL Bantay Balita that was able to publish my write ups on the issue.

Other newspapers in the area are considered as white washing (covering up)due to probably losing maybe advertisement finances with resorts or tourism.

We have had several deaths with Nationals happen this year and not all have been published.

In fact one foreigner approached me knowing that I am in media and he scowled at me
because he was not aware of his other friend fatal accident neither was he able to attend the funeral because none of the media outlets had mentioned his death.

Its important too let people know what is going on and to who and how and why it happened and it is also important so that others can be made aware.

I feel bad for the hundreds of homes being burned down as welll from the ravaging California fires.
Its been a bad few years for Califrnians all around as they have experienced job loss's, floods and fires and have had their fair share of bad weather!
#859
Beneylyne, Itwas so farto be found as the scuba diver shop where they hapen to get the equipment for the  dive tanks there was something sort of gas that she was affixiated with.

Talk of the Town / June Blanco Hot Flavor of the Week!
August 01, 2008, 07:20:21 PM
 :o
This week started out on PULSO Radyo show hosted by Batchoy Alba and Professor Fred.
That one woman living somewhere near Loay had gone into the office of the governor seeking a work application and according to the crying woman she was not treated in any way of kindness by June Blance (Private Secretary of the Governor of Bohol.)
What's new according to many texters and call ins  regarding June blanco's public service personality.
The popular hard hitting show for the past week had drones of people who know Blanco personaly and not one of them had positive supporting words to say.
Blanco is popular for her ways towards people, but she is strict and she is a good worker.
It's just her attitude that has many people angry with her in her treatment to the lady and also with their own personal run ins with her.

I had gone into the capitol office and some of the capitol staff workers said that June was not paying any attention to what was being said on the radio this week and her reactions when she was paying attention were that she was laughing out loud!

I said hello to her this morning after the governors report and she smiled back to me with a nice "Hi!" also.

In public service it is in the best interest to keep kind at all times.

Many texters and phone calls into the PULSO show over dyRD want June to aske for her resignation as she is a representative to the governor.

This morning during the normally schelduled Governors report Chito Vissara had hinted around to governer during the portion of answer and question time that issue regarding with Blanco being the "Hot topic of the week" but governor did not entertain the matter.
He entertained another matter of chito's.

Mayor Lim says it is not for a crying woman to make it a community issue for how she was treated by Ms. Blanco.

Other media anchor men have said enough is enough it's an overkill already.

More post to follow!

Stay Tuned.

garage? or garbage?......lol! I do not fel so bad whe my editor gets a tired eye from pulverizing my write ups in one of the newspaper's that I write in.

As far as fizxxers go we have the problem here simply because the fixxers have a livelhood and habit of being there for a long time.

Often police will say that they try to warn and give citations but the people here have bad habits of being corrupt in making a living and will say that how could you do this to us?

They will not back down from doing it even though they are warned from the highest of authorities at time.

Some top cheifs in the area will say that there is maybe some sort of agreement in between the employees and the fixxers as they are aware that the fixxers are out there.

Its also hard to give traffic sittations unless you are specifically qualifeid for the job as deputy to do such work.

When the help arived the Korean victim was already 9 feet below the pools surface.
They administered cpr but when taken to Ramiro Community Hospital he was announced DOA on arrival.

The victim was given aide by the resorts clinic nurse but was taken to Ramiro Community Hospital. He died shortly after being examined.

I am sorry if this was not able to be posted. It should have been in the web but the associate editors son is the one who decides what stories are to be put on the web.
Sorry again for any inconveinance.

The bodies from the two women who were found are from poblacion Pilar.

one whas a graduate of HNU Nursing last March.

The other victim was a graduate from Pilar.

No when I try to think about such a horrific event I try to stop myself from doing such!

Last night I had a dream I was the one being attacked and awakend straight out of my bed.

When I realized that I was home and safe I went back to sleep.
After reading it on Sunday I was not in any mode to go out with the eye ball group you know how it is Mike on Sundays after writing all Saturday and being up late for the paper untill the early hours.

It happened in Cebu but it was our girls and still too close to home!

Just pray that we ourselves and our own loved  and friends we dearly love never end up in that way.

Or is anyway that is bad.

No No No!

It is not a Rice shortage there is plenty rice to go around it is everywhere.

Its these people in Manila who are setting such high prices at the national level.

It's really awfull a top grade of commercail rice is running at a total price of P120.00 around that area just two months ago.

Now that same bag of rice cost P200.00 for 5 kilos! (toinks!)

grabe ang jyud kayo!

Pilay is what itis now it is mahal so there fore pushes all the other rice to be more ezspensive as well.
Pilay is the rice seedling itself when planting the rice.

Sad up date its for you to make what you can on this?

I received a very upsetting text from my dear friend Cleofe today who has been keeping me up to date with her case that is being handled by my publisher Atty. Alexander Lim, of the Bohol standard Newspaper.

She told me that the provincail hospital is not able to come up with the log book registry of the guard or any records of the victim before they transferd his live body to Ramiro where he eventually had end up passed away at?

If you recall earlier in the blog i mentioned that i had an interveiw with the investigating traffic cop who sais to me that the driver Blanco should have been the one to yeild on the dominating road.

Now he is a liar in the courts going back on his word to protect himself from the mayor.

Sad but oh so true.

Tommorow I plan to go to the provincail hospital and ask around and come up with some answers as to how can the records of such a  case be not around?
This was an international was it not?
#876
never thought about it in that way?

I know that certain hormones in beef made for rapid growth of the beef cow is enough to make me and dad have many lou lou dreams after eating a steak dinner.

I have also known of several cases when a student will court a foreigner man and ask him to pay her tuiton and he does if he is kind and caring enough.

I have also had Filipino/pina friends who ask me 3/3 this past week alone for a cell phone?

Why should I and other foreigners be asked of alms always?

What is the governent doing to help people be granted continued education for those who want to get a head in life?

I see many pro issues with girls and how they are used as we know non marital sex is not for free is it?

Many things done here are out of poverty.

Look at the government Nationaly prices are soaring and people surrounding me at my sides in this internet cafe are hailing to talk with foreigner men in chat by hopes of going abroad on a fianci visa?

People daily ask me how they can get the hell out of this country and make a better life outside?

It's not their fault that they are the girls of today in how it truly is now a days.

I am not saying it is right I am just supporting the writer of the column on this topic.

I survived Hurrican Frank 2008!

In Bohol Philippines

I survivrd a 72 hour (3 days) brown out Sa Sta, Mesa Luzon 1999 including a 7.3 earthquake during month of December,

Both of the natural events took place late into the night.

I was rocked out of my bed during the 7.3 earthquake and was way too much scared to go back to sleep.

The strong winds and brownouts caused by Hurrican Frank had me up alll night and praying for everyones safety as I was caught off guard by no advance warning that the storm was a coming.

It was as if suddenly it was there.

When I had heard news that the eye was in Leyte I knew Bohol would be getting hit hard as well.

I think of all the people who were left behind in dissaster while the Philippines President went to America with a couple hundred of her political officails and a handfull of helpers.

I say if this happens let it be as Philippine persons despite trials and triumphs manage to always stay strong no matter whast gets dished out to them!

Yea Philippines may we live through trails and learn from them and become better as we manage to continue on surviving!

Please let me stand corrected; Provincail Chairman on Tourism.

The up above statement gave the postion but not the full title of position.

Thank you! :)
#882
I submitted this information to the two outlets that I write in Mike and was able to get a write up in one of them on my personal attendance of the Bohanos for Trueth meeting with Professioner of Economics Pernia.
I have only seen paid ads in Chronicle but no write ups by any of its own staff.
The three media persons who attended were Kit Bagaipo (Print), Chito Visarra (Radio).
and I of course.

I wonder why they attend when the owner of their outlet is the provincail chairman for Bohol and has his biases to push all the business to his wives Travel Business here in tagbilaran?

When at the same time other travel agenceis owners in Bohol are kibitzing about this role?

I was told this by a media patronizer on this day who is discusted in many of the media's irresponsible reporters in both radio and print broadcasting here in Bohol.

He says he was not able to feel that he could say anything about anything as he is not a name and neither does he have any money to say what he feels makes nonsense.

You know Mike this topic leads in to more cans of already opened worms and I will just rest my fingers here. :-\

Recently I had an interview with PD Inking our beloved police director and he got a hold of my cell phone and deleted my interview with him?

My interview had to do with Dumaluan rape and murder case.

I asked him directly if he was working for Anos Fronicair owner of the BBC who is rumored to have paid now present mayor of Panglao 40 million pesos to oust Dumaluan out of the post.

When I had told my publisher and editor what took place we did a photo expose of Inking with him being shown deleting my cell phone.

The next day when the paper wasout on mother's day Inking harrased me all day long and keep ringing my cell phone and then he sent me a really sweet text message. NOT!

I did save the message on my phone if anyone ever wants to read it.

Inking is a friend of mine and should be a gentleman. what does he have to hide?

Asian after I had mentioned it in Bantay balita newspaper the following week the chronicle came out with the news.

It is the name of media and that is why you see many newspapers always balik balik in the news.

I have friends at chronicle who monitor what i write about in other newspapers that i write for as i try not to go after the same news that they will be writing about.

I find it very complimenting that they are interested to support me and media needs to get all the support it can from services LGU NGO anything of the sort and the support of the community.

Asian, always a big thank you for all your interest and research as well, it is always great to read things from people who have a pure heart such as you do.

#887
I attended the event last night it was packed and a great time spent by all.

It was funny, and the players on both sides of the fence busted gut and did great.

The money is to go into the dyrd fund that helps indigent persons but medicines that they could not otherwise get.

So what and bid deal if this is a political climb up the ladder for Montano.
its good to have nice credit to look back on for reference.

Governor was a writer for the Chronicle before he ran for office.

Montano has always been so good to me as a friend and in person always has a hug and a kiss or an offer for a cup of coffee and always says to me "Its is always nice to see you!

He always pays a courtesy visit to most places he is familiar with when he comes into town.

Can anyone say anything positive for a good cause?

I was also able to obtain the personal cell phone numbers to abs/cbn stars who also said i am pretty sweet and they mentioned about inviting me to manila to visit the sets on their shows.

I am glad to see everyone getting out to enjoy instead of at home doing nothing but getting old fast with a lack of nothing to do!

Hello Rquel, thank you for all the very kinds words. i had such a fun time getting to know you.

Your niece made a very beautiful bride and the wedding was so speacail in your heart as you explained she is very dear to you.

She has the neatest auntie in the world and that is you for making her wedding very enjoyable as can be.

Thank you also for the pasalabom!

Today because of you my family was able to eat American flavored pancakes made from Bisquick.

I have gone into the cookie business and will begin by next June.
I call it "Big Mama's Cookies!". ICM mall is the first make a purchase order I am also going to be able to teach my daughter first hands on exsperience in business. You know she is a slow learner.

Making these cookies with the American recipe makes her very happy.

I got sick when i went to Cebu and I never was able to meet my blood cousin for the first time as they flew back to the states early into the morning.

I tried to get in touch with you but you were sick according to your neice ior to your flight back to Chicago.

I will always stay in touch and plan to visit you once i am back in America.

Take care!

sure is amazing how fast news spreads like wild fire after my column in JAPPHIL BANTAY BALITA after the fiesta certainly sparked officials to start looking into matters and how it has caught the attention of our local officails here to look at why things such as unexcused deaths are happening there.

Let's face it the place is so understaffed all of the nurses are going overseas these days and the babies being born are abundant and take up resources that are available.

People here need to populate when they have earned the right and that right is when they have money to support and have babies.

People here need family planning as again it is just way over populated for the resources we do have here which are nil or or next to nothing.

Sorry to inform you according to Cebu Su star Lopez says before the cabinet meeting was to convene that he would not meet up with in Panglao with the president.

Asd for the power food we the media were stuck eating all meats no seafoods and no fruits or vegtables for us.

our bellies were aching for such grassy foods as lettuce or even a cucumber.

anyways I am sure they dines on all kinds of great foods at the luauu as it sure smelled great!
#892
This pisses me off!

If at anytime some one says they have a hurt stomach and have vomiting this is serious in most cases.

They should have done more testing with or with out a referal. In the states it is so different or it was when I was home they treat you immediatley and ask questions to you regarding insurance and such while your having temp and BP checked and so forth.
If you can not afford any payment and you fall in a low income bracket then you qualify for catholic asistance baptized or not in the catholic board controled hospitals which most in the states are run by the Catholic churches.

She could of been also suffering appendix she should of been ommited.

I speak from experience I have had hormonal sittuations leading up to raspa's and appendix ruptures and it hurts and at first i was not admitted either I was told I had a std because they had tested my blood and it was contaminated already and just because I had stomach pains they said it was a std no way they were wrong 6 hours later I went back to the hospital in the hallway on a roll away bed I had a temperature of 105 degreez.
I was given an iv and given a room and when i had an ultra sound 2 hours later my appendix had busted it could not be found and I was in surgery very fast after that ultra sound.

How could I get an std good lord i was still a virgin and yes I am mad untill this day as they wanted to rip out my uteras and ovaries as they could not determine what was wrong going on inside of me?

Some times no let me re phaze my words, Most of the time I cry when i am the one to go inside of any medical facility because of my past experience.

I feel really bad about this girl.

We have great OBGYN here in Bohol Dr. Redulla. and many others.

This is addressed to Priscilla: Are there American officials who observe the spending of USaid funds in Bohol? Or is it based on an 'Honor Code Policy' in which one side is expected to spend the fund for proper and intended purposes with hope and trust by the other side?

This so called 'Kick-back' concept is shameful. Absolutely shameful. Those who engage in it, may you be discovered and reprimanded! Have you no shame? Shame! Walay Batasan!

:( Lorenzo first of all congradulations on your graduation!

I was sort of confussed when you addressed me in the blog statement up above are you lamenting at me all those bisayan words?

I did not reply to this post to make anyone upset I just wanted to inform persons that yes tey went into the feild and they talked to people but they wanted to talk with the working class such as the ones who make a livelyhood from weaving crafts, and fishing and what not.

They were offended when the municipal workers cutt in on them during the answering process.
As if the fisherman could not speak and had to say that all things are great!

You and I both know how it works here the people with out money here are afraid to say whats on their mind for fear o trouble or possibly for fear of what others might think of them if they did speak their minds.

People here know things are bad lagi pero but they do nothing about it, the rich eat prawns and the lower echelon class of persons eat fish or chicken or scrape seashells out from the murky low tides.

I am pretty sure those organizations who are bright know that they must hatag the money via in projects.

I am not so sure myself who is the one to bantay such funds or what ever is being donated is really being put to use for its entirety and cause.

Lorenzo I was not negative or did i undermind the millinium when they were here. I was good in what I told them.

In my opinion education itself needs to be worked on. The teachers always complain that the students are not behaiving very good and it is hard to teach when they are always pressured to scold the makulit students who are not doing as told.

I wish I could write a book on what are the real going ons here.

Por vida if i do I will just be cursed for saying the honest to goodness truth.

AW.. now you know that was a joke as i am not afraid to ask questions such as the one I do when i give interveiws and they are questions other media will not ask.

Lorenzo again "Congtrats!"

Yesterday I was one of the few media who was able to attend and the only one to represent my media outfit respectfully during the ground breaking and capsule laying for the new Panglao airport to be.

I hope this airport is successful and does not become a ghost project such as the dust in being created from her landing here via helicopter as her chopper pounded the dust into our eyes and faces like a tornado ripping through Panglao!

she was dressed in blue sky two peice outfit and did her capsule laying and walked through the NAIA display and headed straight for the podium afterwards.

First to speak was Governor Erico Aumentado and then President Gloria Macapagal Arroyo.
During the presidents speech she says she was proud that only the Philippines was strong enough to fund the project and that no other funds were coming in so far.
She also mentioned that Philippines is a one stop destination and has allot of beautiful places to come and visit and see.
She went on to commend that all the cabinet members were present for the meeting that was held at Panglao Nature Resort where the president had partied and bedded during the week when the she stayed here an extra two days to do some diving.

President says she is strong and beleives in this project to be able to be good for all Boholanos and that it will also create more jobs for people here.

The cabinet meeting was to be shut out to media but you know how it goes media breaks the rules and some of us do not break the rules long story.

I had a nice time with the media who did happen to follow the rules that were given during the prior days briefing at the Chatto Hall.

NAIA reps spoke to us during a press conference held after lunch about the questions asked from the local media members.

Chito Visara, Kit Bagaipo, Dave Responte, Edward Guyano, I and others asked questions that were vaguely answered by the representative.

The reception put on by Governor was mingaw as about 40 place settings remained to be taken up and the Luauu was not attended by as many as 25 persons who were given specail invitations to attend.

Your all very wellcome. i wish we could start a fund to help pie and baby go to and from manila to do the embassy work that is still required the attorney helping her is so good but yet still busy.

The news is hard to get as it is sensitive for the victims remaining behind so i am sorry if some times i am slow in giving out more info.

PLease let me know on what we can do to help with this sittuation since the city still has not done anything regarding this matter to assist.

Take care and thanks everyone for the compliments.

This afternoon we had our press breifing for tommorows activities with the presidents arrival.
We are not allowed to attend the cabinet meeting after the prayer or the wellcoming message.
They have a luauu dinner and no media is invited except for editors and publishers.

I hope i am the only representing my outfit that way I can go to the luauu.

Joke jioke joke!

Good evening all! I know long time and no speak but speak now! I have been busy with media affairs and of them being invited media to help assist and entertain the American specail visitors from the Million Organization.
We had a press breifing at Chatto hall held in the Provincail Capitol, and affter headed to eat lunch in ICM's prawn farm.
Then on our way to Inabanga to have a meeting with Municipal persons there. we were given a talk on weaving , Mangroves, and fishing.
We also walked down to the coastline in Inabanga and heard a talk on fishing and mangoves.
In on our way to Loboc via Sabayan we planted trees at a scrince center in the town of lar and had a choir performance from the LOboc youth choir and went on the riverboat we where we were served a buffet dinner and kicked up our heels along the newly lit up Loboc River and they had a good time.
The Millinium asked me if I would keep in touch with regarding sittuations here.
I told them I would do my best.
Darius Teter tried askiing directly too the community and not the municipality workers about education fishing, and weaving livelyhood but he complained that the municpalkity would but in and not let the people answer for themselves.
Other than that it was a good time.

Mayor Manuel R. Molina receives a check in the amount of PP500.000.00 from China's own Chin Kiong or Priscilla Rinhy or Sheraleen during Governor's report Last may 9, 2008.

Mayor told this writer that he plans to use it for the road signage and also for the Public PA system.

We also talked about the dangerous leaps up into air being asked by a trick photographer to appear as if person are flying on gadgets over the chocolate hills.

Tourists are asked to go past the railing fence at the top of the veiwpoint and to take synchronized leaps into the air and then later via pc are made to appear as if flying over the hills via witches broom skate board or other.

Mayor plans to put up another boundary fence to stop such dangerous activity from continuing.

This week more evidence was submitted on both attorneys from both sides.

Another court hearing will take pace on May 15th.

American Embassy has ordered DNA samples from both the parents of Zackery and also the baby and her beautiful Boholana mother Cleofe Tutor.

The embassy has seeen pictures with Cleofe pregnant with her daughter but says it is not enough yet to satisfy them that it is her natral mother and he is the natural dad.

DNA samples are no longer attainable from the father as he was cremated in Cebu first week of Janurary before being flown back to the parents home town in United States.

Cleofe Fe was able to open up with more media personalities this week as well for the first time.

Untill now despite what very small monies she is receiving for her and baby she looks terrific and beautifull as always.

Okay negative people I helped judge during the Darling of the Press and I found maybe a couple of the girls walay Kalaro gyud but not all were bobo as many of you are saying in this blog site and Gatal's Blog site as well.
I think the girls need to stay with they're real hair, real make up, and not be decorated so much like as if inside of a coffin and need ease up on the compound face base as well.

I thought the girls were darling and they looked pretty in they're gowns desifned by local people here in Bohol.

The girls had a hectic schedule for the entire week and i imagine at the end of the week and on pageant wek when everythng has been rush rush I would not be looking so fresh as well.

I was impressed that they were so busy but yet kept up they're good sportsmanship through out the entire week of they're activities.

Not many persons attended the pageant and I do not think even Leo was there during the pageant night?

I sure did not see one glimpse of him anywhere.

Earlier in the week he told me he has alweaysd been one to critique the pageants in the past and up to present.

It's not like the girls had much time to get ready as it was.

The organizer of the pageant had just arrived fromAmerica with his wife and we started right that same day when he returned and then his wife was present during some of the ladies events including the talent portoin and then the next day she had past away.

I felt bad for the pageants luck from the get go as they had exstended the deadline for entries and were pulling candidates at random to join the contest for the screening portion.

For all the bad luck associted with the pageant it was okay, they did the best that they could do.
Often wringers are entered into many pageants.

It is not the first time it happened and it will not be the last!
