We all make mistakes from time to time. Life is about learning to make our mistakes less often. In reality, we can not make progress without making mistakes. If we adjust our lives so that we won’t make many mistakes then we greatly hinder our chances and opportunities to peel away the layers of karma to reveal the perfect jewel of enlightenment. Not to mention loosing out on a lot of the joys of life out of a fear of making mistakes. But guess what â€" everyone makes mistakes and suffers pain.

Some people you least expect to hear from will become your friends.

There once was a young boy with a very bad temper. The boy's father wanted to teach him a lesson, so he gave him a bag of nails and told him that every time he lost his temper he must hammer a nail into their wooden fence.

Very gently, the father took his son by the hand and led him to the fence.

"You have done very well, my son," he smiled, "but look at the holes in the fence. The fence will never be the same."

The little boy listened carefully as his father continued to speak.

"When you say things in anger, they leave permanent scars just like these. And no matter how many times you say you're sorry, the wounds will still be there."

good thing nga maayo kaayo ang Philippine Consulate diri sa Xiamen... very accomodating kaayo. pag-renew nako sa akong passport, walay daghan storya. pagkahibaw nila nga mingbyahi pa ko og 1 hour para lang maka-adto sa Xiamen, misag 11:50 na, ila gyud ko gi-entertain og gipahuman og fill up sa forms para dli na daw ko magbalik balik pa... finally, nahuman ko og 12:30 and mao pa paglunch sa nag-assist nako
