Here's a quick guide.

1. Windows movie maker task menu
2. Work area
3. Show story board ( Video (#3), audio (#4), and title (#4) overlay)

The general task is to collect all the still images, video clips (if any), audio/music, etc. into the work area (#2).

General guide:

1.  Open windows movie maker;
2.  Import photos and audios to the work area.  From the task menu, click Import pictures ;
3.  Import audio/music.  Click Import audio or music ;
4.  Select the sequence of the images and drag to the video storyboard overlay (#3) ;
5.  Embed an audio by dragging a music file from the work area (#2) to the audio overlay (#4) ;
6.  Adjust the length of the audio overlay (shorten or lenghten) ;
7.  Edit movie by putting titles and credits, etc. ;
8.  Fine tune your movie;
8.  Save to PC, CD or send to website.

Open an account in youtube and upload your video to the world.

Bitaw, the other day Noynoy was here in CDO with his group (Guingona, Acosta and others).  Iwas lang gamay kay didto diay si Noy sa lugar.  Nagpa picture pa jud ang akong kauban.  Naka soot pa jud me family ug popular shirt nila ni Mar Roxas.  Akong wife hard core Noy supporter ni sya.   

Bitaw, I have nothing against Noy.  He's a nice guy.  He's not that something as she thought. He gave them wristband for the group and said "sa daddy ko yan".  Until now I do believe he's running under the legacy of his parents.  Kung mo ingon ta nga si Noy ato pili-on kay bu-otan,  daghan man bo-otan ug "religious" pa gani siguro nga labaw pa sa iya.

When you're in Cagayan de Oro city, nearby Opol town is known for beach resorts.  You have the Lauremar (Apple tree), Roan, Lopez and Marvilla beach resorts.  Opol is about 15 kilometers from the city proper.   Last weekend we went to Marvilla beach resort with some friends. Diri ra mis kilid sa Lauremar kay barato ra entrance.

Here's my take.

You can apply as a group but maybe you will be interviewed separately as 3 or 4 groups for  1) your grandpa/grandma  2) your aunt/auncle's family and 3) your family and 4) You. 

For your family, you'll prolly be asked to step backward (above 18) by the officer for a separate interview from that of your mom and sister.

So what will you do?  It would be a high risk on your part to tell the officer that you're a nurse. You could tell him/her that you're a fresh grad from any course except nursing. Just say that you want to go with your mom and sister for a short vacation and that you want to visit some relatives.  When ask of any plan of applying in the US, just say no.  Of course your family will be asked about your father and you could prolly say he's an OFW in Taiwan. 

For a family vacation, your family should be able to show your financial capacity (bank statement, etc) that will support your status as a tourist.

I wish you all the luck as with the others who passed the interview with flying colors.

HDL levels below 40 mg/dL result in an increased risk of coronary atery disease, even in people whose total cholesterol and LDL cholesterol levels are normal. HDL levels between 40 and 60 mg/dL are considered "normal." However, HDL levels greater than 60 mg/dL may actually protect people from heart disease. How can We Increase Our HDL Levels?

Aerobic exercise.   Many people don't like to hear it, but regular aerobic exercise (any exercise, such as walking, jogging or bike riding, that raises your heart rate for 20 to 30 minutes at a time) may be the most effective way to increase HDL levels. Recent evidence suggests that the duration of exercise, rather than the intensity, is the more important factor in raising HDL choleserol. But any aerobic exercise helps.

Lose weight. Obesity results not only in increased LDL cholesterol, but also in reduced HDL cholesterol. If you are overweight, reducing your weight should increase your HDL levels. This is especially important if your excess weight is stored in your abdominal area; your waist-to-hip ratio is particularly important in determining whether you ought to concentrate on weight loss.

Stop smoking.   If you smoke, giving up tobacco will result in an increase in HDL levels. (This is the only advantage I can think of that smokers have over non-smokers -- it gives them something else to do that will raise their HDL.)

Cut out the trans fatty acids.  Trans fatty acids are currently present in many of your favorite prepared foods -- anything in which the nutrition label reads "partially hydrogenated vegetable oils" -- so eliminating them from the diet is not a trivial task. But trans fatty acids not only increase LDL cholesterol levels, they also reduce HDL cholesterol levels. Alcohol. With apologies to the American Heart Association, which discourages doctors from telling their patients about the advantages of alcohol: one or two drinks per day can significantly increase HDL levels. More than one or two drinks per day, one hastens to add, can lead to substantial health problems including heart failure -- and there are individuals who will develop such problems even when limiting their alcohol intake to one or two drinks per day. Increase the monounsaturated fats in your diet. Monounsaturated fats such as canola oil, avocado oil, or olive oil and in the fats found in peanut butter can increase HDL cholesterol levels without increasing the total cholesterol.

Add soluble fiber to your diet. Soluble fibers are found in oats, fruits, vegetables, and legumes, and result in both a reduction in LDL cholesterol and an increase HDL cholesterol. For best results, at least two servings a day should be used.


Other dietary means to increasing HDL. Cranberry juice has been shown to increase HDL levels. Fish and other foods containing omega-3 fatty acids can also increase HDL levels. In postmenopausal women (but not, apparently, in men or pre-menopausal women) calcium supplementation can increase HDL levels.

MANILA, Philippines - Businessman Alain Katigbac yesterday filed physical injuries charges against PBA players Wynne Arboleda and Mark Yee of Burger King for beating him up during the Burger King-Smart Gilas game last Friday.

In his nine-page affidavit-complaint before Quezon City assistant prosecutor Rafael Villordon, Katigbac charged that Arboleda and Yee repeatedly beat him during the second quarter of the game.

Heckled by Katigbac after Arboleda committed a flagrant foul on Macmac Baracael, Burger King guard attacked the Gilas fan in his front row seat. The victim suffered a lump on his face as he took a kick and series of blows from Arboleda while Yee allegedly hit him with his knees.

AN ASPIRING politician has filed a complaint before the Makati City Police after finding his wife in bed with a former popular basketball star early inside their house in Magallanes Village Thursday morning.

Paul "Bong" Alvarez, 35, known as Mr. Excitement in Philippine basketball, may soon be facing charges of adultery after the husband of his alleged lover, Sarah Lopez, 23, caught them "naked in bed."

Alvarez, however, denied having an affair with Sarah.

But according to Alfred Lopez, 26, of No. 28 Homonhon St., Barangay Magallanes, Makati City, he immediately recognized the basketball player when he checked on his wife upon arriving home with two friends around 4:30 a.m.

Lopez, who said he is a nephew of former Manila mayor Mel Lopez, said he came from a political meeting in Sampaloc, Manila, in preparation for the 2004 elections. He added that he has earlier declared his intention to run as a councilor in Manila's fourth district.

Lopez said that when he went to the master bedroom, he found his wife and Alvarez.

Lopez said his wife immediately slammed the door and poked a kitchen knife at him when he managed to pry the door open.

Lopez said Sarah accidentally stabbed one of his friends, Bernard Robles, on the left wrist while Robles was pacifying the couple.

Lopez added that when he saw his two children -- Alyssa, 4, and Brandon, 3 -- looking down at the ruckus from the second floor of the house, he decided to call the village security guard and wait outside.

But Lopez said Sarah and Alvarez managed to sneak inside the Lopezes' blue Ford Expedition (CPD-481), and escaped by crashing into the village guard's L-300 van parked outside the gate.

Lopez added that Alvarez left his silver Honda CRV (XKY-288) behind when the suspects took off with the two Lopez children.

Lopez, who owns a bar in Makati, said he has heard talks about the affair going on between Alvarez and his wife three months ago.

"But I decided to ignore the rumors because I trusted my wife and I was preoccupied with my business," Lopez told reporters.

Through his agent Danny Espiritu, Alvarez told the Inquirer in a phone interview that he and Sarah came from a party the other night.

He explained that when they reached Quiapo, he asked a friend, Bong Aragon, to take a drunk Sarah home using his vehicle.

Alvarez said he stayed at a friend's house in Quiapo while waiting for Aragon to return.

Alvarez said his family, especially wife Almira Muhlach, is also hurting because of the accusation.

"Sarah also told Bong (Alvarez) that she and her husband have been living apart in the last six months," Espiritu said.

Alvarez also said that Lopez damaged his Honda CRV out of rage.
