Raquel.. dili tama nga ang Ginoo maoy nag-andam kanato ug husband ug moabot ra anytime. Iampo sa Ginoo nga hatagan ka niya ug ideal husband. Seek and you shall find, knock and shall be opened. It is said , life is what you make and God will give you
blessings.

Unsay may blessings nga ihatag sa Ginoo kon wala ka mobohat.

Tinood bitaw ni da! "Seek and you shall find, knock and you shall be opened." Pag nasa solud na mos kaminyoon, "Open and you shall be knocked."

How to make a woman happy?
If she is your wife: deposit all your earnings and yearnings.
If she is your quereda: Keep her away from home, and say, "Dear, I'm here! Please bury my boy
                                     tonight!
If she is a GRO: Let her order a lady's drink. Give her always a tip when you leave.

Gloria, George, Thaksin , and all of you who lead this world in near chaos, your time has come. Leave politics and return to the way of the Lord! The people around the world long wanted to live in harmony and peace yet you neglect to hear their voices. They were hungry, but you never feed them. They were thirsty, but you never give them water to drink. Instead, you acted like demi-gods for people to believe your false wisdom, your false hopes that never come; you abused the power entrusted to you by the people and God. Now, it's time for you to step down and carry your cross. Let the whole world be saved from evils! Let this world rotate and sustain to live in peace and harmony! Let the whole world embrace peace and properity in the name of God, our divine Creator! People of the world, lend me your ears! Bow, wow, wow!!!

30-day vacation is enough to relieve stresses from workloads. Foriegn companies even force their employees to avail of vacation leaves and sponsor group tours for that purpose. The logic behind it is increase in work productivity. That logic is nowhere applied here in Pinas. Most of us are obliged to work and work without play. Then after a year of work unused vacation leaves are gone and forfieted. This is part of the unfair labor practices here.

Aerosols and air conditioners (with hydroflouro and perflouro carbons) are also suspects to the accumulation of GHG in our athmosphere. Even the wide ranches of Australia are suspects because of the methane gas emanating from the cattle manures. Various industries using fossil fuels and natural gas are major suspects. That's why under the framework of Kyoto Protocol which was adapted sometime in Y1997, industrialized countries including US should commit to reduce GHG emissions to 5.2 % up to Y2012 based on Y1990 index. Then onward another percent reduction has to be agreed and ratified (which will now take the involvment of developing countries including the Philippines) until such time that the GHG eventually stabilizes. However, in 2001 US under president GWBush refused to ratify such an agreement for fear of slowing down US economy. Now, coincidentally US suffers the bad karma effecting that refusal. To this effect, without his signature of the Kyoto Protocol, US economy is slowing down, US major car manufacturers are now almost closing their business, US banking industry is experiencing a slump and now offering a virtual zero interest rate hoping to spur business activities in the country.

Admirably, the previous Swedish Prime Minister is right in saying that, "The growth of an economy does not always depend on using more. It could also grow by using less."

Anonymous Diary Blog / Re: Nature or Nurture?
December 17, 2008, 09:37:57 PM
I submit that intelligence of an individual is not based on genetics alone, but genetics has substantial predisposition. An individual can have all the faculties to retrieve memory and to understand complex concepts due to an active memory cortex, however, if that individual does not apply his/herself, then their given genetic gifts would be of no avail.

Environment plays a role in this by motivating or demotivating an individual. This is where environmental niche 'nurture' plays its part.
What an interesting topic! At least for now, I understand it better grim aspects having some connections with the Brain Dominance Theory. It was presumed in that theory that the two sides of the brain have each distinct character functions which determines the traits of an individual. One side is preprogramed for the creativeness of the individual while the other is for his inquisitive character. To say it in laymans language, one side of the brain is created and preprogrammed to make that person creative and industrious while the other is created and preprogrammed for inquisitiveness and relaxation just as an easy-go-lucky guy. Normally most individual tends to use always the left side of their brain because they wanted to live a life in relaxation and not thru hard work. That leaves the right side of the brain so seldom put to use. Genius and other individuals with high IQs by nurture know how to balance or cross-utilize both sides of their brains.

However, there are known cases where easy-go-lucky guys were being transformed from their lifestyles and started to discover their inherent talents thru sheer experience from the environment. Accidents are the major catalyst of character chance in a person where a means of survival is at stake. As a matter of survival, an individual has now the urge to utilize fully the creative side of his brain. Some examples that can manifest to this case are: Mozart, a blind genius of music; a blind entertainer in Quiapo underpass who eke a living from alms using his ingeniuty in playing musical instruments with developed singing voice; a double arm amputee who paints pictures using his two feet, etc.

This particular theory is also proven true in simultaneous transformations of individuals or populace thru influential proddings of leaders with strong character and determinations. Examples to this case: The Jews who experienced that thin lining of living within the genocidal character of Adolf Hitler, became successful businessmen; Japan who experienced the atomic bombings of Nagasaki and Hirosima became the first industrialized country in Asia, etc.

Lowering consumer products in just one tactic to circulate money held by the consuming public as business establishments are becoming near liquid, meaning out of cash because people are holding domestic expenditures by saving their money at home instead of the banks. This is one solution to spur back business activities that sustain the economy. Reduction of taxes is also another method of increasing the purchasing power of the consuming public by increasing their take home pay. There has to be some balancing tactic that will certainly boost business activities: Bring down prices of commodities and increase take home pays of the consuming public thru tax reductions.

Ang Office of the Ombudsman is doing their duty just like any other courts of the country. Filing of anonymous complaints is just a palliative to apeace grieving victims. But in reality this will not be acted accordingly unless the complainant will go to the open during court hearings. How could they make a strong case from this anonymous personality? Kanang programa sa atong gobyerno diri sa Pinas to reduce carbon emission of vehicles had long been implemented  without teeth but plenty of money. Yearly, locomotives for registration are required to undergo smoke emission test to ensure kuno that carbons are emitted at tolerable level. Of course for a fee! What the accredited labs are doing is certify the vehicles are belching smoke within tolerable levels without even testing the vehicle. Then the LTO and DENR keep on running after these smoke belchers for a fix with the drivers. No doubt, our urban centers get a lot of suspended particles and greenhouse gases in the air like a 'smoggy mountain'. Sa papel lang nila magawa yan in the first place kay dali ra man permahan. Secondly, when they are identified to be signatories of the Kyoto Protocol under the UN Frameworks on Climate Change (UNFCC), ang expectation sa mga kagwang na ito ay pera na naman from sponsors and foundations abroad!

The mere fact that they are offering extravagant ROI is somewhat fishy enough for a doubting Thomas. How could the bank earn with such an enticing perks they offer? Risking the depositors money in the stock exchange market? Where? In the US which currently is battered with economic tantrums? Rural banking system now is experiencing a slump. They always play the game of chance hoping to sustain their operations. Dapat sa PAGCOR na lang sila magpa affiliate.

Norman causes of weakening the strength of concrete are as follows:

1. Incorrect proportioning of concrete mixture.  Sand:course aggregates:cement: flyash:water
Quantiy of each components depends on the ultimate strength of concrete used in the design.
Mixing these components outside of the required or specified quantities will certainly alter the
strength of concrete. To check the actual compressive strength of the collapsed concrete a core
test of at least three samples has to be conducted in situ. Take the average value of the test
    results.
2. Reinforcing steel bars used might be undersized, placed at unspecified spacing, strength is of
low Grade (Grade 33 or Grade 40?), chemical composition not in accordance with standards set
forth by Philippine Standards or ASTM (American Society for Testing of Materials).
3. Poor workmanship. This includes the inefficiency of the engineers supervising or managing the
    project.
4. Human factor. It pertains to the degree of ignorance among the people involved in the project.

Although that incident seemingly beats the purpose of our Filipino pilgrims taking homage to the holyland of Mecca and Madina, they think of no other recourse to sustain a decent life here in our country. They direly wanted to land a job in Saudi throuhg TNT because nobody from the Philippine government cares for them. They don't want to be recruited by the Abbu Shayaf for unIslamic cause. Our Moslem brothers love peace and prosperity in their lands that they do not want these extremest Muslim fundamentalist to ruin their dreams.
