This is a very interesting theme.  Here in Europe  the campaign is going on to have some interested persons to have this so called- ORGAN SPENDER registration.   My husband and I often talked about this.  One of my friend, she offered her dead body (in case of death) for Universities for medical studies...but I think this is another one.
