All right, Ginger, Go Go Girl! ;D  I'm excited how you will compile GEC's adventure. For one, you can start how I fell into Bambi's handbag.

Also, how I stayed out of sight while checking every now and then if Melrose has already tied the yellow ribbon around the old acacia tree  ;D

June as in the month of June? Was she born in June?

My dearest Asianfairy,

When Gemma said she's leaving TuBo, I died a little bit inside me.
Now, it's you saying goodbye for the second time and it's like going through a second painful death.

I may never know the reason for your leaving and I will keep it at that since that's what you desire.  But I will continue to look forward to seeing your name pop up again in this site as you are and will always be welcome in this site.

Take care.

There are many kinds of circumcision:

1. Circumcision of the male organ - removal of the foreskin which is a tradition we adopted from the Jews showing they are set-apart from the Gentiles; also for health reasons

2. Circumcision of the mind - which is the removal of biases and prejudgments resulting to an openness to new ideas

3. Circumcision of identity - removal of anonymity

The choice is yours, Ginger. But whatever is it that you will choose,

Introduce Yourself / Re: who am i ?
August 01, 2008, 07:05:26 PM

Dear who am i,

Welcome to Tubag Bohol.

You have come to the right place if you are searching your true identity.
So far, your journey of self-discovery has led you to be aware that you are celestial bodies and an important organ to sustain another's life.

Further on, you also discovered that you are a roller coaster of emotions.

As of this time you are a Tubag Bohol Baby with 4 posts and a rating of +0. This has already changed because I give you an applause to make your rating +1  :)

As other TuBo members start to interact with you and give you their own unique way of welcoming you into the fold, you will still discover that you are more than just who or what you think you are.

As I have written in one of my older posts, we are what we write. We reveal a little more of ourselves as we write what is in our mind.

Spread the sunshine. And you will learn more truths about yourself  ;)

I'm so impressed of the wine collection that you will be bringing here. Okay, I'll keep that No.1 Rule in mind: the wine's price is irrelevant -- it's the taste that all matters  ;D

Ah, the cheese. I love cheese! Never mind the gas that will build up later. When we are all enjoying each other's company, who cares about the "ambiance" ;D

Ginger's salabat would be excellent after we consumed all the wine and cheese. It will also keep our singing voices from faltering after hours and hours with the videoke machine.

Bring it on!

Backless Rules to Live By:

1. Make sure your back is properly scrubbed.
2. Never use powder or foundation on your back; it will stick on your partner's palm after you have broken out a sweat.
3. Leave your bra at home.
4. Make sure you don't wear your backless dress the other way around.

GEC's identity is already known by Ms Da Binsi (according to her)?

Is the GEC who is in Ms Da Binsi's mind the same GEC who is in GEC's mind? ;D

GEC is going to have a secret EB with Ginger. ;D

GEC will have a secret EB with Ginger during the Grand EB!

The big question is, will GEC be able to make it?

Will he know the Grand EB will push through with Melrose's yellow ribbon?

Gem,

I haven't met you but
I have died a little bit
Reading your final goodbye.

For me, these are Tubag Bohol's pioneer members with at least more than 50 posts (to graduate from being a "newbie") and who had been registered as members not later than June 30, 2007. I vote to make Melrose and Sigbin II as exceptions because they registered not later than July 5, 2007 and because they are so dear and sweet to the rest of the members. Anyway, give it to Mike to have the final say on the criteria.

Ms Da Binz,

Bohol's Sandugo street dancing is not the same as Cebu's Sinulog. Sandugo street dancing commemorates the historic blood compact between Sikatuna and Legaspi. So, the theme and motiff revolves around this event. Our's is historical, Sinulog is religious.

Cheers! ;D

Nagpuli na ko og keyboard kay naliki na og dinukdok.
I'd love to attend the EB...
If only Melrose will tie the yellow ribbon 'round the acacia tree

(Sigh)

I felt guilty.
Bennelynne cradled kuno a red wine for me -- all the way from Japan. I can only imagine what acrobatics he performed just to sneak in that bottle in the plane and breached security. Anyway, I suspected that if he bought it at the airport boutique, it will not be considered as as a security problem at all.

GEC,

Nope. I guess she was so drained with her performance the night before  ;D

Bohol Directory / Re: Famous Boholanos

Famous Boholanos

1. Dr. Jose Abueva, former UP President and current President of Kalayaan College
2. National Artist Napoleon Abueva (for sculpture), whose works include the UP Oblation and the Blood Compact scene at Bool, Tagbilaran

#698

I shook hands with:
- Fidel Ramos (twice)
- Gloria Macapagal Arroyo (thrice)
- Senate President Manny Villar (once in Davao City)

I once acted as tour guide for Liza Macuja (the ballerina) and her sister Gia (the soprano)

I once said a word of comfort to Cesar Montano after the 2007 elections.

There were still a few other famous persons but revealing who they are would be revealing who I am  ;D

Everybody has been dying to pursue you. But then, you're just a fairy tale, a figure of speech, aren't you? Unless you come to claim your bottle of Cabernet sauvignon next time I'm around.

I love this, Benny. I'll put this in my profile! ;D

In other words, do you mean that the spirit of Cabernet sauvignon will bring me into existence? I'll drink to that!  ;D

Some stories are not worth dying for to be pursued.
But there are stories that one will just have to lose one's life just to be able to tell them.
