On your query about hotel near a beach... this depends to your budget...from low-end to high-end.

We have Flushing Meadows, Bohol Beach Club for up-end, Bohol Tropics is by the sea but no beach, there is Bohol Plaza at the top of the hill with swimming pool.  There is Panglao Island Resort - paying in Dollars.

If you go farther... most ideal are resorts in Anda, Bohol.

About the tour... should the attendees would not be accommodated in the tour bus ( I believe it would be more fun altogether di ba ) then we have to utilize some other vehicles of smaller size depending the availability... however, there are some coasters and family vans of relatives and friends that could be hired.  That is why, confirmation of attendance is a must for the preparation.

Yes I knew about them, my nephew was called by the John Hopkins and University of Pensylvannia's schools of medicine last September/October and left for the USA last November 2007.  But before he returned last November, he was in the USA for interviews with various schools...No doubt with his intelligence, he graduated Magna Cum Laude at the University of the Phils., I even told him that he surpassed probably my record... hehehe (among the clan)...  When he was in the US for the interviews, he stayed with my mom and sis in Union City, a long trip then.  Will try to get his contact number so I could pass it on to you...

Yes I know Rene Zulueta, he is from Calape di ba?  We were officemates while I was still working with Saudi American Bank. I was ahead of him, he is based in Riyadh where I started and moved to the Eastern Part.  He is with PhoneBanking and I was with the Transaction Banking and at times with Corporate Banking.

As I spent half of my life in Saudi, I would rather enjoy some years in the Philippines as am embarking on an entrepreneurial activity... of my passion.  As am in the Mideast, had spent my travels more in Europe, Middle East and Asian countries... considering of the petition arrangement..

Yes, it's fulfilling and elating when people acknowledge the kind of difference from your contemporaries... what i mean duna silay nakita nga kalahian... the secret.... I gave up smoking 18 years ago, eat fish and vegetables (less red meat), less soda or carbonated drinks (means more mineral water), be happy (regardless of some problems, dili gyod kalikayan but dont take seriously).. go to parties and gatherings...have positive outlook, goes with style...

Karon ang mga batan-on nga completo ug gamit would excel gyod in school compared from those coming from the countryside without any.  I just remember that when I went to college at the USC thru scholarship medyo I was not so competitive with those coming from the exclusive schools because molding a student at a younger stage is very essential in ones upbringing and exposure to the surroundings, environment and so on.  Though some are gifted but providing them the basic needs is the best solution... Hence, this library project prevails.

Am appealing everyone to donate books and magazines ( old and/or new ) to the Holy Infant Academy, Anda, Bohol ( high school ) library.

Kon duna moy mga libro or magazines (any type) nga wala ninyo gamita or diba nanobra sa inyong collection, I would appreciate on behalf of the school nga i-donate ninyo.  Dako gyod kini ug tabang in enhancing the education of the less priveleged students in this part of the world.

Sayang lang wala ko kakuyog mobisita nila ni Amor sa Mandaue last October when I was on a business trip, kay nibisita man sila akong manghod.... that was the only time when I learned that Nang Vic passed away...
