where are based now? Here in Germany...yesterday Sunday, it was a very sunny day about 12 degrees....exposed to sunsrays it was quite hot but very cold in shadows......nighttime,  we have only 1 degree, i'm afraid in 3 hours  when work  is over at 6:00 a.m. we must have to remove icy car windows might be frozen already.

Very interesting if we can meet there personally short before Christmas and I hope with some other TB members too. Was even expecting to see Mike there based from our previous posts..but sorry to say, life happenings change too rush our future plans.  I feel his present stand for I've been repeatedly experiencing the same problem 4x since year 2000 and last year, I didn't dare to come over there again for we had just stayed 6 mos after our last visit and then...it was a fight of 4,000 Euro illness (thanks God my sister in London sponsored the biggest portion out of it).I had save but it seems..".mao ni giingon way swerteng madato! "  Even until now, i don't have even " nipa hut" lang sa ato bisan tigols nag tinarbaho Day.  Well, Mama is getting older but not really better enough from all those several attacks. But her presence makes us feel complete and younger forgetting our daily aguroy.
When you will be exactly home? For how long you will stay there?  We will be visiting our supported child from Leyte short after Christmas then and i am expecting that you can share time meeting all TB members on location.  God bless you!

This is not applicable for me......i am assigned to work 2nd and 3rd shifting (nighttime), my day started at about 2:00 p.m where i took my pamahaw,paniudto ug panihapon with a cup of coffee.  Only Tubag Bohol makes me awake most of the time.

What this "PreciousNpolite" in Expat site elaborated in general pointed all Filipinas as a whole  is a big impertinence!
It took me to wait for 6 yrs after visiting my parents,relatives and friends left behind.  Immediately after a short stay after  acquiring a permanent visa  had landed here a good office job but must have to support my jobless first husband...bought all appiances for a small apartment. Again times lapsed another 6 years for an emergency home visit due to my Papas sudden death after a long time of illness (stroke), thanks God had saved a bit normally it was for driving license planned.
Dili baya sayon.....receiving a telegram, and then arrived two days later unya lungon na imong abtan sa sala! It is hard to remember this happenings....had saved too long but sayang everything was too late. In the period of 12 years 2x home with my own "singgot ug kahago" and i am very proud of this, paying my own driving license, bought an old car for work purposes. Now, i don't care i have no money- as long as i will be home yearly for life is too short and for what money for?

Sorry.....i have no exact proof.......
I just feel and noticed it because since the year 2000 I was every year home for a period of 4 weeks every visit due to  my mother's situation, she is now very old and sickly. Could also be the reason, feeling it more unbearable for I've been almost 28 years residing in a colder place.  But you have nothing to worry Sir...if you will stay longer you will be used to of it.  How often you were already visited Philippines? What part that makes you more fascinated? It is not really too fear alarming but just apply enough skin/sun protection.  The sea breezes relieves you and the beauty of the nature and ladies charm and beauty is quite admiring.

Yes, absolutely correct what you had cited about the Chinese and what the Indian people contributed to make the climate changes more efficient to the worst. It is sad.....however, the 10 strong countries.....U.S-A. Germany, Japan, China and the rest - who are on power when it comes to industrialization, more economic profits never think how bad price effectivity resulted out of it, it is only the poor countries must have to suffer and feel the imposition...of course, Philippines is also much affected to the climate warming ...it is getting more hot and the extreme humidity is sometimes  unbearable to weak/old people.

Politicians are just discussing how to solve our global problems but they are not a good examples for this aim. It did remains blah...blah.....and  blah... wanting  every individual  to participate how to find a solution by way of every households  power reduction (energize)  while they are free traveling alone with private jets. What a useless extravagance! The media reports centered to this problem,  but there could be no exact  solution for this serious climate warming, in fact, it is getting worser.

"Honeyninikad" - it is a kind of a shell. it is big, looks very nice and pretty and na-ay dako nga mohila ug gawas....Bayat!

I was 11 years old when the dog attacked my small left legs, got two holes on it....and then the dog lost his life after we were both  were seriously ill. i thought, my young days will be over on that time.

I am not sure whether we had meet here in TB already.
Welcome back home!  TB members miss you a lot.  Able to see your photo with El Mundo and your Family during your Bohol vacation.  How is Tagbilaran,  by the way?  I will be there a week before Christmas with my husband- in about 8 week, will stay one week in Manila first.  I guess, everything is getting very expensive now, Nov. 2005 was our last visit and it was quite costly compared when we were there last July 2004 for a period of four weeks. I really noticed how prices almost to be doubled then. Last vacation, my sister invited us for a farewell dinner there in Bohol Bee Farm in Dauis, the food was good but they have a very high price too.
