I had hearBoy Guing mention that a texter had asked for the tape of Batchoy's program so that it could be turned over to the KBP office I had to laugh and think the same back at you DYTR for allowing Mayor Lim to be on air with a licensed KBP'r and he is bad mouthing and putting people down which is also a form of abuse of KBP priveladges when the KBP'r on board knows he should cool down the mayor when he goes into tyrants during Mayor's Report's every Saturday morning.

Well anyways I have been very busy as a concerned citizen and expat looking out for others same as me to warn them to be very carefull now a days.

Unfortunantly with this case in particular if you know the background of it you would find this action from the police and the investigators a slap in the face towrd foreigners such as us.

Not only do foreigners end up getting murdered they end up robbed and in this case the victim was not only robbed and murdered but the wife who inherits the whole bonanza continues to take women to the local police trying to make him look like some serial rapist that he is honestly not.

This woman should be mourning in my thinking.

You should of seen the contents of her text messages that she would send to him and he would show us his freinds and send to his family in England.

Martin kept in touch with his freinds and aslo his family in england.

Many foreigners knew Martin here as well as business owners and they described him as kind.

If you are from the states we some of the expats sort of think about Tawala Panglao in the same way that we think about Guerro Mexico or little Tuajana Mexico close to the border of California.

Martin also sent us text messages about things before he was murdered but the problem was is that the investigator would not entertain the other side of the story he would entertain the widow's side only.

Keep in mind her realtives are a former mayor of Dahohoy and a officer police man here.

I am n honestly not saying much because the case in some ways is not closed by no means. According to the local police even they told me they are afraid to comment about the case the exact words were "We can not want comment about it because the case is very dangerous"

Makes one wonder what they mean by it is dangerous when the one behind bars is the one who admitted to being the only one one who had stabbed Martin to death 14 times.

In the opinion of Martin's freinds, family, and the educated Filipino citizens who knew Martin as a good person that he was they  would like to request  that the local polce to dig deeper into this investigation.

I am with holding those persons names in order to protect them.

Martin was a very open and honest person, freind and son and was not a serial rapist in any way shape or form.  With Martin you had to earn his trust in you.





Martin always was a gentlman to me and everyone around him.

In the final days before Martins was murdered he kept us his freinds and family posted on his thoughts and feelings and often said he was not sure what would happen next to him or if he would end up being murdered before the next coming week


I as his feind find this case sickining and find myself crying  twice a day because I never imagined that as nice as he was to know that he would really end up as he had predicted his life to be and that was  of ending up murdered  and it was looking at him straight in the face everyday for the past year or maybe more.

I spent time havinig bed rest with the kids.

I received a text message from a colleague friend working for Chronicle and had text me this latest news regarding this case.

"I'm following up on d killing right now. Col. Inking has left for Ubay to personaly investigate. He's with SOCO im interviewing live right now."

SOCO is a more intense group of investigators who do a more intense sweeping of details on crimes committed.

I think I was told that 2-3 SOCO and two came from Cebu.

When I called Ubay police I told them to check phone messages and anything suspicious on the live ins and the British's cell phone.

I also reminded the police not to sloppily handle the case same as Martins was botched up.

The police man in Ubay who handled my call was very kind and very cordial.

The 21 year old live in sweetheart is in custody at the police station.

This morning when I had called Ubay for the details after receiving an annynoumas text message from a number not found in my cellular phonebook it had said "Another british national murdered right at his very own home in barangay Fatima, Panglao Bohol. Please call kit Bagaipo of dyRD chronicle for details.

+639277154866 was the number that I had received message from on my cell phone at 7:48 AM. today.

I also replied back asking who was the texter they did not reply.

I am proud of Batchoy airing his veiws regarding what he chooses as it is his right.

Local Ubay Police Looking at Robbery Homicide case of British National


Easter night around 7:30 PM as said by one Ubay PNP member that a Charles Clark Maxwell age 61, divorced with British Nationality had lived in Ubay Bohol for just three months.

Maxwell was found dead with bullet holes to his body, three alleged robbery suspects.

Charles has a live in girlfreind name is Charito Delarosario aged 21 years old.

PNP members said this might be an inside job and plan to investigate the live in girlfreind as they think she may also have a motive to rob and kill her British partner. The police also said  they will do follow up work in a neighboring town of Pilar as there is a known organized robbery group there.

Steve, as you probably have been reading was one of two persons present sitting at the bar when the two bullets were fired at Martin.

As for knowing Martin if Martin could trust you he would tell you openly what were the things going on around him and happening to him.

7.4     Fourth, this Ludy Vanessa Galo was even one who volunteered information to me as the identity of the hired gun man who shot me last January 11, 2009 and also to the mastermind of said shooting. In fact, she told the tourist police in Panglao during her interview that she knows the suspect and that the suspect told her that it was my wife who was the one who had hired the said suspect to kill me, she even executed in an Affidavit dated February 5, 2009 to support the criminal complaint for Attempted Murder filed against the suspect before the Provincial prosecution Office of Bohol.  It is just unfortunate that the contents of her Affidavit submitted to said Office by the tourist police of Panglao were already different from what she actually told the police at the time she was interviewed.  So why would she do all theseâ€"help me know and find the suspect and mastermind of the shooting and even help me prosecute them, if I allegedly raped her? And

7.5     Fifth, and most importantly, when this Ludy Vanessa Galo was interviewed by the tourist police, she never told them that she was raped by me, and in fact after the said interview, she even stayed and slept in my house together with other employees since they were also scared of the shooting incident. Again, if she was indeed raped last December 15, 2008, why would she stay and sleep in the house of the man who she has accused of raping her and in the place where she was allegedly raped?  Clearly, the above actions and behavior of Ludy Vanessa Galo are not inconsistent with human nature but are also inconsistent with that of an alleged rape victim;

8 .    That moreover, this Ludy Vanessa Galo, aside from being over friendly with foreigners, is also known for making up stories and/or lying. In fact, when she was still working at the SHE BAR, she kept on telling the other employees and even some guests that she is my girlfriend and that we have been together for six (6) months already. She even also told them that I would give her my house and lot in Tawala Panglao.  She also claimed that she has been working at the SHE BAR for two (2) months already and that she was already nineteen years old. All these are obviously not true. But we (the following other employees and I) just did not mind what Ludy Vanessa Galo was saying because she already has a reputation of making up stories and even lying. That is why I am not actually surprised that she agreed to be used in the filing of these fabricated, incredible, baseless and malicious criminal complaints for rape against me considering that fabricating and concocting stories like the instant complaints would not be easy for Ludy Vanessa Galo but it would be natural for her reputation;
9.    That furthermore, the Medical Certificate attached to the complaint should not be given any evidentiary value or weight considering that the date of the examination considering that the date of the examination of Ludy Vanessa Galo was conducted only on February 1, 2009 while the date of the alleged incidents was on December 15, 2008. Besides, it cannot also be discounted that this Ludy Vanessa Galo no longer a virgin considering that she is very accommodating to the foreigners in Panglao and is known to actively pursue them. In fact, she could have very well engaged in sexual activities prior to said examination. And lastly, the said certificate does not even indicate that she was a victim of rape;

10.    That it is very clear from the foregoing that all allegations of Ludy Vanessa Galo as narrated in her affidavit are not only fabricated and trumped up but are also tonally absurd, illogical, ridiculous, incredible and downright preposterous. Hence, there is no legal and factual basis to charge me for two (2) counts of RAPE IN RELATION TO R.A. 7610, and therefore, humbly prays for the dismissal of these instant Complaints filed against me;

11.    That I am executing this Counter-Affidavit to attest the facts above-stated and to prove my innocence to the fabricated, ridiculous, incredible, baseless and malicious charges leveled against me.

In the following reply i will paste up some of the counter affadavit of Martin in his recent double cased alleged rape case that was already dismissed last week and will be signed today in court.

The dismissal was in favor of Martin because that girl Vanessa Galo complaint is so fabricated and ridiculous so you see Martins wife is prooved wrong in making him out to waste his time in defending himself as an alleged rapist!

Maybe this was some sort of tactic in order to stall for time to get all the ducks properly lined up in a row in order to throw him off track to get more important matter's done.

Parents of such underaged drinkers also had hey're names published so people could read who were the parents not doing good with they're kids.

Parents also took the pennalty for they're kids who were caught drinking by police authoriteis or the liquer board.

I have lost a kind friend in Martin and will always keep his ideals for handling business in my head.

Martin was like an English uncle to me.

Not even near to being a rapist.

That's obscured to consider him even doing such a thing!

I know many persons are reading this. If you really love your country as you say you do and from what you know it would be nice to hear what some of you are speculating about this matter?

Silence or being scared does not make sense when Bohol is refered to as a peacefull place,nor will  those two words help improve matters it just only encourages more bad things for people to do to get away with.

If you do not speak out or have a voice when it comes to bad thngs happening it is like .........turning your head in the other direction and you do not really care?

Witnesses are like that here they would rather remain silent  no seak mode if they see somethin wrongg so thats why people know they can get away with things and then you just continue having crimes that escalate.

in other countries witnesses are many because they know they are trying to make a better environment by getting scum off the streets.




If our own local law enforcement is not knoweledgable enough to solve such crimes then thats when citizens need to cooperate and help out and not take the words alone of alleged suspects involved with the crime because no one else will speak out.

Martin's wife Margie Gamuyot age 25 years now widowed the outlaw of the inlaws that she once told to SPO4 Silvan Palacio was on good terms with her English in laws.
SPO4 Palacio told me that they are beleiving the wife now because she is the next of kin and she called her inlaws and they are getting along fine.

SPO4 Palacio told me that they had dropped Margie as a suspect after they beleived in her as getting along with Martin's family in England'
Little do they know she was hung up on when she had called to England.

She had even text steve that she planned to put everything in the babies name so that way Martin's parents would not possibly have a chance to fight for they're half of their sons property.

She had text this to Steve around two days after Her husband was murdered. Steve had forwarded the two text messages to me.

Yes it was blottered and when I had gone to that outpost to copy down the blotter for my write up last Jan, i was certainly given the run around one of the tourist police had moved the empty shells as they hadsaid it was at the other tourism outpost but when i went there and told them the Tawala outpost tourist police had told me the empty shells were there at Dumaluan the Dumaluan outpost said not at there place they even looked through the files in front of me.

Tawala tourism police did not even bother to look for the empty slugs. I had leave my phone niumber accused them of sloppy evidence handling and gave them my phone number and that I am in the media and that they had better come up with the shells so I can get a picture of them

They called me 430pm the following day telling me the empty shells were at Tawala.

Now the slugs are being held for exhibit to last janurary's shooting.

Speculation and assumption is not evidence. someone from England should tell the British authorities that they really are not on good terms, and have the message sent here.


Why would someone who gets along with they're inlaws be disobedient toward her inlaws then take them to court. I know Martin would not be happy being burreid in the countreis soil that murdered him!

According to Bohol chronicle writers in they're paper they had interveiwed the Atty. of Martin and Martin's atty. said that more than one person had to been stabbing martin as there were stabs taken at different angles.
He said Gulle was just to little of a guy to take on Martin alone.

When i had given Atty. Lim the affidavits of Borja and Martin's widow he had read that the girl was still at large because she is in custody of her mother not locked up as she is a minor.

This Sunday'snewspaper releases will be about the dismissed alleged raped charges against Martin in his favor judge beleives the complaintives as very far fetched.

I think they will pursue the case regarding the alleged hired hit man firing bullets at Martin.

Steve you and your freind need to write statements as in affidavits  saying what happened since you were present sitting at his bar when the bullets were fired.

There are people working on this case, and the NBI autopsy is still to be released from what they will find.

Let's just let England and Philipppines handle the investigations.

That is right to an exstent.

They were marreid and together when martin built the home worth over 10 million pesos in panglao.

Martin paid it with his own money as the wife did not work she was 22-23 years old at the time.

So his parents in England can contest for the other half inwhich they are planning to do but at present they want they're son back so that they can greive in the proper way as martin is not a permanent resident here neither is he having a double citizenship that I am aware of?

His passport as well as the baby daughter of they'res is British passport both are the the propert of Great britain and should be returned back since they were seperated and she did file the protection order on him. That's my opinion.

I am sure the parents will be fighting for they're half since it was all his money put into it while they were marreid.

So it would make it 50/50 also by court of law after being contested.

Wed ,around 1600 hrs i had taken one power of atty to give to the Tagbilaran City police Station.

The power of the Atty. was signed by martins parents and brother in England and sent to the Atty. of Martin to exume his remains out of Vicotoria memorial Garden cemetary.

SPO4 Silvan Palacio had handed me back the power of Atty. and looked at it and would not follow the parents and the Families request to send the sons cremated remains to England.
He told me Martin's widow wants to take the matter up in court.

The investigator told me that he is relying on words of the widow of Martin, Gulle's  and the alleged accomplice borja and the alleged rapist Gulle.

I was not in any way outl of  line telling SPO4 Palacio that i persopnally find his type of investigation as very biased and to much eager to close the book and way to shallow.

Other imporortant matters to consider is how was the wife towards the husband? How was he to her as well also?
If you recall the couple is documented as seperated.

She is in province of Leyte supposedly living with someone over there.

The house in Panglao should of been sealed by investigationlal tape to keep her out and anyone else.

SPO4 Palacio was also telling me that his wife was wanting his personal property given to her right a way.
In that personal property in the affidavit is one included item of a Samsung Cellular phone and on in that phone contained a sim card shown by Martin to his freinds and I and his Atty. regarding text messages of  threats by a very well known number in his phones contact book.

In my opinion those personal belongings should of been held as evidence but do to the wifes hurreid request to retreive his items it was all returned back to her.

The good news regarding Martin"s case is that he was after all dismissed for allegations of rape due to fabricated  storeis given by the complaintants according to the judges findings.

the Tagbilaran Police have been saying all along that Martin's wife is often at the police station. Even was there to talk with the alleged suspect after he was booked incarcerated at the city jail. (also stated in affidavit of Margie Hawthorn widow of the victim Martin Williams.).


She is related to a policeman here and the former mayor of Dagahoy here Bohol.

During the first week of Martin being found murdererd she had brought several girls in the Tagbilaran police station and claiming that they were all raped by the late Martin Williams.

This was said by PNP member Daraman of the Tagbilaran City police station last Tuesday night April 7, 2009

i have come up with some constructive ways in how to use TB it can be ussed for many things such as workshops for improving weaknesses and how to strengthen weaknesses into positives.

The opinions of you may not be the opinions of others we are unique and we are not cloned as if by having push button personalities all on the same wave length especailly during events or things that are sad or things that happen that are a tragedy.

Anything happening prior to Martin in the past was not considered as the alleged murder suspect is already in custody.

Investigation is still on going.

The alleged Murder suspect is already awaiting a court hearing at Cabawan prison located in Tagbilaran City.

I have some news that is good about Martin I will release it by this weekend.

It was something Martin would of been very happy about as he had known it all along that he was innocent.

When I asked about the minor alleged accomplices DNA her couselor Butchie Zamora who is an officer of the court told me the the victim did not request DNA to be taken from the remains of Martin or from the girl who allegedly claims that she was raped.

That girl is 17 not 19 as stated by her Atty.

If it was my daughter I would want to have her be examined and tell the truth and make sure she knew the consequences in telling a story and that she had rights and to stay to her facts.

I do beleive the word is pre-meditated murder.

Any woman can say here in the Philippines that she was raped due to not having to take DNA samplings as we do in the states.

Most and I have seen this happen here several times (Pooor gullable foreign men falling into sexxual devious traps) that the woman here hang on his arms wears sexxy clothes and dines together with the foreigner victim to be and after he beds her and decides not to Wed her she creis rape.

Why does it happen more to foriegners and not to Filipino men?

Well Filipino man on the average here does not have money and the foreigner does. Could this be done out of proverty?

I think it is pretty thoughtfull of the hotel management to do such a thing.

Mansa the place where he was murdererd is very high in crime theses days.

The other night the police say they accidently shot at a victim in Mansasa dist. who is now recovering from the bullet wounds

Last night the police were out in the street trying to tell kids to go home during late hours of the night as they tried to enforce the curfew for minors last night.

The Borja family lives in Mansasa dist. she was the one accomplice of Gulle who yelled for hope supposedly.

It is said by relatives on her moms side that she is known for beating up her mother and is reportedly also by family members as being associated in a gang known as the "Bloods".

I have seen cases whenFilipina women run away from fianci or husbands and end up having permanant legal stay ad then I have watched them legally petition for a Filipino man to court her and marry here in America also.

People here who are natives even as civilians reaally need to work on not being afraid to make this place an environment that does not make people afraid to go out into like how it has turned into now.
This country sometimes relies on old beaurocratic international laws that were made years ago and handled less severe crimes in the days when it was made.

I heard one young Filipino man say recently that its nicer to live in America because there you do not have discrimination and people encourage each other to do better.

The problem here is really not about culture. It is about lack of resources and doing things out of poverty here.

In a recent jail interveiw with alleged criminals here they asked me "Are you scared when you see people like us on the street?"

I repleid "No I am not scared I believe that if you are nice to people that they are nice to you in return, and sometimes we are forced at times to do things we do not want to it does not make us bad it is what we choice to do is bad."

Also so many in here are Roman Catholic, it would be nice to see the churches here in the Philippines helping more in the community even the church could afford to assist in buying equipments for the police here and working together with the police to help maintain peace here for the sake of God's children to maintain safety among ourselves.

Food Baskets, clothes, assisting families in need with alight or water bill as they do back home. As a preist you take a sacrifice and are not to live in a lap of luxury while your church followers are living in a land of poverty.
God would want that we help one another and here you see many persons stepping on others just to get to get to the top.

Back home wat I miss is the people are always complimenting each other to do good and keep up the good work.
Positive atitude really makes a world of difference as well as a setting up good examples of manners for others to see.

This is absolutley awfull but where was this news fond inside back pages or front page news.

I think the two brothers and the father should be labled as known child sex offenders. Maybe if things were handled somewhat how things are handled back in the states then these Filipino would not have so much crud going on here all the time. Do not just adopt our fads and fashoins people adopt ideals from sucessfull countereis when it comes to handling law and punishment.

Methods here regarding laws are very lax its so very easy to get away with everything.

"Kid for hire to kill!" what a great money maker as the kid does not have to do the time for his crime and neither does the one paying him to do it.

Im almost too freaked out to keep on living here.

Last night it was seen there were trucks along side of CPG Ave. that were being captured along the streets.

Now that the vendors bar-b que vendors that is are no longer down town in the city at night the dogs do not have much goodies remainingto feast on.

I think all in all Bohol has had about 1-3 cases of rabies deaths in the past reported three years that has happend here.

My helpers father living in Corella was in Manila when he had an open wound a small scratch and he allowed the puupy infected with rabies to lick his hands with the wound he was not aware at the time the puppy was infected with rabies soon after he died.

In recent interveiws with Bojol crew workers who served Martin his beverage and foods on the night of hiis murder have said that he was eating alone and was being watched closely by the two minor alleged suspects Guile and Borja.

In earlier testimony Guile said that the victim Martins Hawthorn (Williams) had invited them to sit at his table and join him for dinner and drinking. and that Martins disposition was freindly?

According to the roaming guard that was on duty that night he also said that Martin ate by himself. and that he went in alone and out of the establishment alone. No one was riding on his bike with him.

Many of my girlfreinds in America had babies with Mexicans and then the dads of their babies were jailed from being captured in drug raids.

Deported and never heard from again. I have known Filipino seamen whoo jumped ship in the 80's and have held wonderfull jobs working at Boeing Co.

Many illegal visitor's come for the work and work hard is what they do. Mexicans are laborous workers and Philippinos are medical workers and other various professional positions.

If you are in a country make yourself legal and do not do anything that would physically harm someone or kill them and do not get involved with drugs and stay away from wrong assocation. And enjoy the law and the protection that you have in the country where I am from.
I miss not being able to see flashing police car lights and a car being pulled over on every block where they enforce the law and impliment it as well for everyone with out exemptions.

Regarding number 3) I interveiwed one security guard working at Bojol's the place were the alleged murderer said that he and the girl had sat and had drinks with Martin are false according to the guard. Martin entered that establishment alone and ate at his own table.
He also went away on his motor alone. The family name of the guard I am withholding s as not to louse of the case.

In any opinion when making any statements about anything I find it best that you seen the incident or heard about it from those who were involved actively and as witnesses.

If you make an assumption of someone it is generally not advised if you do not know the  person personally.

The people vote for mayor there fore the majority he represents is that not the way it works?

You vote for him that means you stand by him and his ideals and coneptions whether poor or precise as they maybe.

He is a leader of the community. Is he not and Filipinos like to follow the leader to avoid trouble or rukas or even follow the leader to avoid having people think bad about them.

Your country relies on an old beaurocratic internastional law as Juvenile Justice Law.

Your people can knowingly hire minor's to do your dirty work. It's truly pathetic in my eyes.

So far persons from other various counteries I have talked to are opposed to beaurocratic socailism international laws and many counteries have a way of treating and rehabilitating mionors who knowingly do heinnious crimes.

Yes we know crime happens everywhere as well as murders not just single murders but murders in the masses.

Martins brothers, sisters and freinds grew up or worked with him back home. I am sure they know better then the rest of us.

I have also heard the Filipno chika chika that Martin was even gay? What? come on guys that's getting just stupid.

The chronicle printed the wrong news regarding the case last friday and it has caused pandamoniam amongst Filipine persons and makes them think bad of Martin.

The case last Friday was for Williams Vs Williams for a restraining order filed by his wife.

Not rape as mentioned by the chronicle.

I have told my colleauge repeatedly and co-workers to apologize and correct what they have printed. Also they called it the SEA BAR and it is the SHE BAR.

Regarding number two she admitted at the funeral parlor that she went to the jail to see and talk and explain the bent back finger of the Alleged murderer now in police cusody the day after he was captured and admitted to 14 times of stabbing him to the police and to the media.
When i interveiwed him on Friday night late he said he did not know her? What?

He also said he had dinner with Martin and drank with Martin? What?

The guard on duty that night said he was sitting alone and not with anyone or talking to anyone.

Confussing is it not?

I would like to bring it to attention that steve and his company were at Martins Bar in Alona when the gun shots were fired and were intended for Martin.

They had already gone home by the time that I and Martin had our first interveiw. Tony another one of his freinds was with martin and I when Martin asked me where we could meet and he could keep me up to date on how he was feeling and what were the latest happenings with him as far as what Panglao police were doing to him and the the threats coming from a particular person in his telephone book.

There have been affidavits of witnesess already in the court waiting for raffle against Junrey Polinosa from Paadian City. the Gunman ((HITMAN) whose name was released in The Bohol Standard last week. The gun man was allegedly hired by his wife Margie Gamoyot according to witnesses who have filed already in the and the is pending for the time when it will be raffled in the court.

I have also heard from various people who have waited on Martin explaining that they were in shock when they found it was Martin who was the victim. They say he always greeted them and was so pleasant. He was here with his English freinds always or they had seen us drinking coffe together as well late into the night.
I question that guard untill now in mansasa was he paid to say what he said in saying that he has seen Martin checking in with Several girls?

One freind of mine had paid respects at the funeral home for Martin, he even went to the hotel room of Martin and sat in there thinking about how he remembered Martin.

He was able to talk with Martins wife at the funeral home for a few hours and she told him that she went to the jail cell of the alleged murderer the day of his arrest and how odd I find this as he the alleged told me he had never met or knew the wife of Martin?

I had seen him three days after the arrest with PNP Torrejos from the Tagbilaran City Police Station.

I am not yet clear or understand where his present remains lay at rest I heard Martins body was in a white casket and had been taken to rest in his house in Panglai one final time before she wanted to burry him in Victoria Memorial Park.

The British Embassy called Atty. lim Martins Atty. and asked him if he has notifeid Martins family yet? Atty told them that I have contacted Martins family and freinds and asked me to pass on the numbers of those who I have been in contact with.

Since I was a freind of Martin and was the one who started writing and reporting this incident back in Jan, 2009, the office of Atty. lim asked me to be the one to please email his freinds and family.

I also put up this blog up so if anyone reads it with any helpfull tips or information could further assist with this case. This Blog also serves as a memorial for Martin and his family and his freinds who love him very much.

Yesterday, I was not on line as there was a microsoft virus threat and did not want to take any chances.

What I mean by that is show people who are mean and insulting the opposite prove them wrong let them be insulted mnot you.

Here in Philippines I am so funny I make everyone laugh because laughter feels so good all over and its music to the ears.

People insult the states always we are not blacklisting them because in states we are free to speak and say what we want just so long as there are no threats.

California is a very expensive place to live, and is also a very crowded place to live. It has been a really horrible thing to open up my internet and find such crimes being commited.

California has made the news several times in the past weks regarding killings such as these.
What's wrong with people these days? Not enough paxill or zyprexa in their lives?

I think it is a fair thing to say that as members of TB we always appreciate honesty, the freedom of expression, and being able to be good listeners and good talkers in order that we be heard so that we can have a much better environment around us.

IN here we have many members who have the potentual to set the right example and the best example for others to see that can make this world a better place.

Last week when the murderer had already confessed to the stabbing I had put myself in the investigating room with Investigator Chan.

He seemed like a pleasant man and was happy the one who did the physicall aspect of the crime was in custody. I was also in the room when he told me about the alleged murderers accomplice Borja, and had instructed his men to go to Sierra Boulinas and et her.

I was showing Chan messages I received about the threats sent and being done to Martin and how he was feeling during my time when I was a reporter for this event, Investigator Chan told me that it was my right to think what I wanted and that they already have the murderer. He was not interested to look and read for himself.

Martin I will repeat again would never ever invite people such as hoodlums to sit with him he was better than that and why is it when I interveiwed the Alleged murderer he described Martin as snobbish before he stabbed him?

But the alleged murderer described Martin as kind and having good conversation while eating and drinking at his table at Bojols?

Could it be this is a story and he was being followed and knew he was alone and went after him after the Mansasa?

The alleged murderer told me in the interveie that Martin invited them down to Mansasa where he had checked in earlier after dropping off his witness at the peir I should have been with Martin at Bojols like I normally was so he could talk to someone descent and not have been set up.

A week prior to his murder I was eating a snack near to Bojol's and two girls and a may minister were also taking a snack at the table beside me. Martin had stopped to give me a bit of news and the two girls sat there silent and listening.

When he went away the girls asked told me they knew him because his wife had let them into the house before in Panglao and the girls said he is a rapist. I asked Martin later about his not recognizing the girls that night and then repeated what they said and he said "You see what I mean it is being consired because they are freinds of my wife not me."

There are cases pending aainst certain persons behind the shooting incident/alldged poisoning attempt both intended at Martins bar last Jan. The prosecutor told me they will still go on with that case even though the man who the hired assination was after is already dead. (mission accomplished) The court has his name already according to the prosecutor here and afidavits are signed.

This is all public knowledge in the court system.

Atty. Lim has called me this morning and informed me that the family of Martin needs to get in touch with him and discuss matters regarding Martin, and that the British consuulate in Manila would like to know about the plans of Martins true family in England.

Lets me realistic about letting Dan Lim know about tips and leads If I treid to talk to Mayor Dan Lim he was shoo me away like a bumble bee regarding this case.
It is just a tell people what they want to hear that he wants to solve this case. By now he knows my reports and my association into being a freind of Martin's,

Why has he not come to me if he is so interested to solve this case?

Why has the wife not gone to the media like most wifes and ask for help as in her side of the story?
She was just too fast to move into the house after it was locked up for sometime because Martin was not compfortable to sat in the house in Panglao after all the attempts on his life and the threats coming into his phone that were all saved coming from no other then his beloved***! Those messages Martin shown to all of us his real freinds who were and still are concerned about him.

Why has the police overlooked this matter?

I hear Martin's wife is related to a Mayor and a cheif of policie here somewhere? could Martins family plse enlighten the readers heremore about that little detail?

Maybe a conspiracy to put up another story to hide the real master mind behind the murder of Martin Williams.

Exactly one week ago at this time Martins life was taken away from him, our times spent together with him were nice ones as he was fun smart educated and had a good head on his shoulders.
He was not a snob about anything just a man who wanted to settle here with his wife. I have heard from reliabe sources including Martin that his life was already uncompfortable before he got it. The baby daughter of Martin and his wife holds a british passport

It happens many times here. We have many unsolved murder cases and robbery cases here.

I have to agree with what was said earlier about the right justice prevailing. I agree for everyones safety sake that we wait for the justice to prevail and one of Martins family should come here and claim what is they'res. and assist in the investigation into Martins killer. The motive as we kknow Martin would not invite hoodlums and young ones to eat and drink with him.

The number on problem is how your law work here that makes it unsafe for people here these days not just foreigners also for natives.

The laws are set easily where a person can become victimized but the poice have no authority to do anything about what it is that they should be doing when acts of crime have been commited against someone.

Bojol gril is a underaged drinking and smoking joiint too many teenagers drinking beer getting roudy, and  coming out of that place getiing on motorbikes racing fast and recklessly and even drag racing up and down the main roads at night putting others into danger here.

Foreigners whether we are tourist or domesticated here as a permanant resident we are in shock when we are a victim of crime but we are the ones to blotter and hire an atty if we want to arrest our suspects?

Yes Hofelinina I pay my taxxes here in my Barangay but what are my services?

That should include publc service and protection just like anywhere else in the world.

"martin was supposed to attend a court hearing last Friday befor the Regional Trial Court, Branch 4, for the hearing of the permanent rotection order filed by his wife.

  However a day before the hearing, Atty. Gertrude Ester Biliran filed a motion to withdraw as counsel with-out any reason given and the wife did not appear also. The following day, after Martin Williams was murdererd , his wife Margie Gamayot entered their house in Panglao, Bohol which has been closed for quite a-time since Martin Williams did not feel secure after the shooting incident at his bar last January 11, 2009 and because he was always threatend through text messages.
An attempt of murder case was filed by Martin Williams against Junrey Polinosa of Pagadian City, the alleged hired killer of Martin William's.

He sould do one more like Bohol 20 years ago and Bohol Now.

It would be more interesting to see how peacefull to very unpeacefull.

What have I been saying the whole time!

Steve emailed me the same email today and called me and he was also here around Xmas time I had met with him and Martin at Dunkin.

The entire family circle and freindship circle of Martin from England has been nothing but thankfull and gracious for my straight up thoughts and work on this case.

I have with me the afidavit signed by Martin and afidavits signed by other attempted victims to go up against Martin in a wrong and dishonest way.

I would like to know why was this case see easy to solve being it invilved an X governors relative when other crimes go unsolved for days, weeks, months years to never being solved.

I am proud of my freind Steve for being a real man with real balls to tellit to you the way i have.

Even what he told me matched exactly to one of martins afidavits because I had met Steve at the mall with Martin on that exact day and time when of the liar girls the one he mentioned had said that was one of the times she was allegedly raped.

I also have the name of the tourist police who is doing the dirty work allegedly.

The family and freinds of Martin tonight I responded to two very lengthy and long emails one from a neice and one from his brother.

I had said things to his family that are private as I had spoke to the 18 year old murderer last night in his jail.

I also seen the girl who is 16 and her mom and her freind wth Atty. Zamora at the fiscals office.

If i am a foreigner and seein how her freind behaives and how they were dressed and how tough they think they are and actted and how they looked was not any cream of the crop for anyone to attempt either descent sex with or rape.

I think if the women did not ask always the foreign guys for money and other items when they put out maybe the guy could find a descent girl who is not always after what she can get because the Filipino man when he sleeps with the Filipina woman is she asking thousnds of pesos or for cell phones, or what ever as an exchange for sex.

Kit the writer of tat story and I was the contributor of the Bohol write up as I was quoted from my write ups in my earlier Bool Standard write up back in Januarary.

Back then I had been the only media to expose the case originally. Kit at this time feels horrible for what has happened.

Even Mike Ligalig was in the office of Atty. lim when I had asked my publisher to go ahead with the write up regarding t the bullets my second write up was in feb, when another person approached the bar employee of Martin with a botle of poison and offering her monies to poison her boss.

Te employees refussed to do the job.

I told all for mymedia freinds write up about my freind Martin, Martin is 43 years old.

He is a great person.

In fact early morning when Kit had been informed about the murder he was in shock!

He was alarmed and thought s***' that is Priscilla's freind the one she has been writing about!

He called me to go me the bad news, I was feeding text and emails to him as he had written the write up!

Now Chronicle is famous in fact he had been my name in the write up as a being the first one Martin had contacted but my name was ommited in the final editing of his editor.

It does not surprize me here at all.

“Hurting Foreigners is Hurting Tourism”



The Bohol International Welcome Association (Biwa), a Bohol-wide alliance of foreigners who have adopted the Province of Bohol as our home, strongly condemns threats and the recent increase of violent crimes involving our foreign friends here in the Province.



The past months, we have witnessed our fellow migrants and tourists being the victims of harassment and brutal crimes that prompted us to comprehensively analyze the situation and how we should band together in an effort to protect ourselves with the help of the government.



Sometime in April 2007, a German national and his wife were murdered by suspected burglars right at their very own home in Barangay Laya, Baclayon. The case remain hanging as some suspects are still at large while those in trial have not been meted the full force of the law due to delays in the Philippine Justice System. Last year, a retired US serviceman was killed in an accident involving a city government vehicle which lost its brakes and slammed into the American who was riding his motorcycle. The victim’s Boholana fiancé was pregnant with the victim’s child however, neither the city government nor the provincial authorities ever lifted a finger to help arrest the government vehicle driver who now remains a free man.



More recently, another retired US serviceman from the Navy, became a victim of intimidation and threats by the nephew of his own wife. He was illegally detained after being held at knife-point in an enclosure of their home by the nephew, whom the retired US Navy treated as his own relative and welcomed to live in his abode. Instead of being arrested, the policemen who came to rescue the navy man was allowed to go scot-free leaving behind a terrified foreigner who came to Bohol barely nine months ago after he fell in love with the place. What is more worse, his wife refuses to give him his passport as he tries to seek safety and wants to fly back to the United States.



Then, the latest vicious attack that claimed the life of a British bar owner who was stabbed to death 14-times. He had been attacked two months ago and was almost killed by an assassin’s bullet. The police could not solve the unnecessary aggression to a foreigner who invested money and provide jobs to the locales. Until now, there is no assurance that the killers of the innocent foreigner will be brought to justice.



It is with steadfast resolution that we, the members of BIWA, representing dozens of other foreign immigrants here in Bohol , stand in solidarity that a serious campaign should be done by the government to protect foreigners living here in the province. Continued violence against us would create a dangerous situation that will unduly affect the Tourism industry of Bohol .



As foreign guests and migrants, we are more susceptible to abuse and harassment ranging from simple violations of our human rights to all sorts of criminality.



As such, we CONDEMN the violence against fellow foreigners and we appeal to the government to protect us under Philippine Laws and we stand in unity condemning the attacks against us.



We do not want to meddle with government affairs but we are just asking for the government’s help in ensuring our safety and rights.

Thank you for blogging and sharing your thoughts about Martin. I am an American freind of Martin for about one year some where in that area.

The security guard at Mansasa where it is that Martin checks in must be either biased or just simply sticking up for his own when he has been telling the investigator on the case that Martin had brought several girls to that same place? (Read-What the ****!).

I was only aware of his witness and him checking into the place to save gas and be on time for their appointments. Martin was with his witness always. Even when we were out talking and eating dinner or snacks together. That girl his witness worked with him for a few months untill he had to close his bar because of all tyhe threats.

I want that security guard to produce real pictures of evidence that Martin checked in with many different girls.

I also want to see matching finger prints of the item that Martin was using to supposedly go after the boy after a confrontation had taken place? This was according to the investigator.

Why did the boy confess to only five stabbings there are 14 total who did the other nine?

Here is the worst part these kids will not be serving any time in jail or prison because there is a juvenile justice law that no matter what crime they commit they do not go to jail or prison. Not sure how it will work in this case.

Marten is about 5'8 and in great shape.

there has been alot of gossip here not good but maybe it is there way to jusity that what they do here is okay.

They want to make Martin look bad wen actually he is just the opposite the total opposit.
So many business people who know Martin are in disbeleive of the crap being said that is so not true.
