Bathroom troubles
Three old men are sitting on the porch of a retirement home. The first says, 'Fellas, I got real problems. I'm seventy years old. Every morning at seven o'clock I get up and I try to urinate. All day long I try to urinate. They give me all kinds of medicine but nothing helps.' The second old man says, 'You think you have problems. I'm eighty years old. Every morning at 8:00 I get up and try to move my bowels. I try all day long. They give me all kinds of stuff but nothing helps.' Finally the third old man speaks up, 'Fellas: I'm ninety years old. Every morning at 7:00 sharp I urinate. Every morning at 8:00 I move my bowels. Every morning at 9:00 sharp I wake up.'

Old Lady:
I am 94 years old.
Defense Attorney:
Will you tell us, in your own words, what happened the night of April 1st?
Old Lady:
There I was, sitting there in my swing on my front porch on a warm spring evening,
when a young man comes creeping up on the porch and sat down beside me.
Defense Attorney:
Did you know him?
Old Lady:
No, but he sure was friendly.
Defense Attorney:
What happened after he sat down?
Old Lady:
He started to rub my thigh.
Defense Attorney:
Did you stop him?
Old Lady:
No, I didn't stop him.
Defense Attorney:
Why not?
Little Old Lady:
It felt good. Nobody had done that since my Albert died some 30 years ago.
Defense Attorney:
What happened next?
Old Lady:
He began to rub all over of my body.
Defense Attorney:
Did you stop him then?
Old Lady:
No, I did not stop him.
Defense Attorney:
Why not?
Old Lady:
His rubbing made me feel all alive and excited. I haven't felt that good in years!
Defense Attorney:
What happened next?
Old Lady:
Well, by then, I was feeling so 'spicy' that I just laid down and told him
'Take me, young man. Take me now!'
Defense Attorney:
Did he take you?
Old Lady:
Hell, no! He just yelled, ' April Fool!' And that's when I shot him, the little bastard!
JOKE, JOKE JOKE.....

Niay joke nga pampauli sa buot sa womenfolk, Bay Bugs:
A fellow was telling his buddy, "I don't know what to get my wife for her birthday. She has everything, and besides, she can afford to buy anything she wants, so I'm stumped."
His buddy said, "I have an idea. Why don't you make up a certificate saying she can have 60 minutes of great sex, any way that she wants it. She'll probably be thrilled."
So the fellow did.
The next day his buddy asked, "Well? Did you take my suggestion?"
"Yes, I did," said the fellow.
"...And did she like it?" His buddy asked.
"Oh yes! She jumped up, thanked me, kissed me on the forehead and ran out the door yelling, "I'll be back in an hour!!!"

Just now gabasa ani nga poem:
DO NOT JUDGE
I was shocked, confused, bewildered
As I entered Heaven's door,
Not by the beauty of it all,
Nor the lights or its decor.
But it was the folks in Heaven
Who made me sputter and gasp -
The thieves, the liars, the sinners,
The alcoholics and the trash.
There stood the kid from seventh grade
Who swiped my lunch money twice.
Next to him was my old neighbor
Who never said anything nice.
Herb, who I always thought
Was rotting away in hell
Was sitting pretty on cloud nine,
Looking incredibly well.
I nudged Jesus, 'What's the deal?
I would love to hear Your take.
How'd all these sinners get up here?
God must've made a mistake.
‘And why is everyone so quiet,
So somber - give me a clue.'
'Hush, child,' He said, 'they're all in shock.
No one thought they'd be seeing you.'
JUDGE NOT!
Remember just going to church doesn't make you a Christian
any more than standing in your garage makes you a car.
Every saint has a PAST
But every sinner has a future, too.

Quote from: lgbluer on March 08, 2010, 04:20:04 PM
Reason #1: The "Pleasure Principle"
Men, and women, generally want to FEEL GOOD in
their lives.
And they want to have the people around them be
a source of pleasure and comfort and support.
Yourself included.
When you are constantly freaking out on a man
for what it is about him that freaks you out, you
quickly turn into one of the people that it
DOESN'T FEEL GOOD to be around.
And this has a huge impact on whether or not he
wants to invest more time, effort, and energy in
you and your relationship.
Or if he will decide to give up on trying to
fix what's going on with you so you can both feel
good together.
Reason #2: Emotional Experience And The Future
For a man in a relationship, the ways a woman
acts in the "little" situations become indicators
of how she's going to respond when things really
are tough and in the future.
So if a woman is consistently negative and
emotional... and can't get herself together even
when a man tries to explain things and comfort
her... then a man isn't going to think that things
could be any better in the future together.
Reason #3: Lost Feelings Of Attraction
Love can be important to a man.
But just like a woman, if he doesn't also keep
experiencing the exciting and addictive feelings
of CONNECTION and ATTRACTION with the woman he
loves... then eventually EVERYTHING ELSE starts to
not matter.
When a man doesn't FEEL that deep level of
connection with a woman, at least every so often
to remind him of why he's with her, then he'll
forget why... and the relationship will become
just a whole bunch of "work" to him.
Whenever he thinks of his girlfriend, he'll
think of all the problems, frustrations, and
negative emotions and experiences... and he'll see
a future and a commitment as something that will
make him LESS SATISFIED in his life.
Often times when women are feeling distance or
trouble in a relationship, they'll try to "talk"
to a man and work on "the relationship."
Big mistake if you want to turn things around.
For a man, he wants to do things together (not
talk) to know his relationship is working.
Creating a deep level of connection and sharing
the attraction you have is one of the most
powerful and important keys to giving a man his
own reason for wanting to be with you, no matter
what.
If you want to learn the secrets to easily
creating or recapturing the intense attraction
that will have a man asking you for more
attention, then check out my "Natural & Lasting
Attraction" CD/DVD program.
It will show you exactly how to get back to
sharing intense Physical and Emotional Attraction,
and give you the 6 keys to the kind of deep
lasting attraction that will keep your
relationship moving forward and strong.
Reason #4: The "Neediness" of Co-dependence
A man wants to be with a woman that brings
something better to his life, not take away his
time, energy, and emotional "stability."
So when a woman doesn't have much going on for
herself in her own life a few things happen.
First, she focuses on her relationship too much
as her source of happiness or unhappiness.
You can tell when you've done this in your
relationships in the past when you've said things
like:
"I can't believe how I hardly ever saw any of
my friends while we were together."
...or
"I can't believe I let him control me that
way."
...or
"I feel so stupid for wasting so much of my
time on our relationship, when I could have been
doing things for me and my life."
The reality is that no man and no relationship
is capable of being everything to a woman.
And no relationship requires that you sacrifice
all your time, life, and energy for it... no
matter how much it seems that way.
But our relationships can "trick" us into
believing that they need all of our time and
attention just to survive.
Not true.
In fact, the way this works is completely
COUNTERINTUITIVE.
Often times men leave a woman because they see
that she depends too much on him and has lost her
own sources of happiness... and this not only
looks and feels "needy" to a man, but it keeps the
woman from having much to bring into the
relationship and add to their lives together.
Reason #5: "She's Trying To Fix Me..."
Every few weeks or months I come across someone
who says or alludes to the idea that "people don't
change."
Wrong.
People often change their state of mind in an
instant.
Especially from happy to sad.
Of course, changing perspectives, opinions, or
beliefs can take a bit longer... but these change
quickly, too.
A man can and will "change" and compromise for
a woman.
It's a fact.
I see it all the time where men let go of their
"bachelor lifestyles" for one special woman, and
change a ton about their social lives.
But this only happens when a man has HIS OWN
REASONS to change.
It NEVER works, or lasts, if a man simply tries
to change for a woman, or for the sake of the
relationship.
There's a rule I like to use in my life
whenever I come to a situation where I'm trying to
align my own desires or goals with someone else's:
"All motivation is self-interest."
In other words, if you're trying to create a
great situation with a man, you're going to need
to understand what HIS REASONS are going to be for
doing the work on his end to make it happen.
But lots of women try and get a man to change
by showing a man how it affects THEM, not him.
This is the exact opposite of understanding
that people are motivated by the things that THEY
WANT, and not what others feel and want.
It takes some maturity to accept that other
people (men) have their own unique way of seeing
things and wanting what they want (to stay and
work things out, or not).
But once you learn to accept these things and
start to work with them instead of against them,
life gets a whole lot easier.
And a whole lot more fun. So those are 5 of
the most common reasons and situations about why
men leave women and relationships.
One of the most important things underlying all
these 5 reasons is the EMOTIONAL EXPERIENCE that
you create with a man.
I think of the emotional experience that you
share with a man in your relationship as the door
through which your relationship will either open
up and move forward...
Or on the other hand, as the barrier that
causes a relationship to stay shut and go nowhere.
And I look at COMMITMENT as a man and a woman
agreeing to open the door together and walk
through it.
But the truth is that men don't COMMIT for the
same reasons most women do.
They don't think about, talk about, or want to
walk through the door the same way most women do.
That's why the "process" by which most men
commit is different.
For most women, there's often a kind of tension
and resistance built into moving forward in a
relationship with a man.
And I'm not just talking about the spoken words
of that make a commitment... but about the
"emotional commitment" a man has inside with you.
If a man is deeply committed to you and your
relationship on an emotional level, then any
"issues" you run into are just going to be "bumps
in the road" to him. And he'll be confident,
comfortable, open, and secure with you in working
them out.
But if a man ISN'T "emotionally committed" to
you, then each and every little problem is going
to cause him to get irritated, frustrated, and
have him wanting to blame you and withdraw.
n the road" to him. And he'll be confident,
comfortable, open, and secure with you in working
them out.

Dear God,
Please make of our relationship a great and holy adventure.
May our joining be a sacred space.
May the two of us find rest here, a haven for our souls.
Remove from us any temptation to judge one another or to direct one another.
We surrender to You our conflicts and our burdens.
We know You are our answer and our rock.
Help us to not forget.
Bring us together in heart and mind as well as body.
Remove from us the temptation to criticize or be cruel.
May we not be tempted by fantasies and projections.
But guide us in the ways of holiness.
Save us from darkness.
May this relationship be a burst of light.
May it be a fount of love and wisdom for us, for our family, for our community, for our world.
May this bond be a channel for Your love and healing, a vehicle of Your grace and power.
As lessons come and challenges grow, let us not be tempted to forsake each other.
Let us always remember that in each other we have the most beautiful woman, the most beautiful man,
The strongest one,
The sacred one in whose arms we are repaired.
May be remain young in this relationship.
Bring us what You desire for us,
And show us how You would have us be.
Thank You, dear God,
You who are the cement between us.
Thank You for this love.
Amen.

1. Boost your energy: stand up and pace while you talk on the phone or, even better, take a brisk ten-minute walk outside. Research shows that when people move faster, their metabolism speeds up, and the activity and sunlight are good for your focus, your mood, and the retention of information. Plus, because of “emotional contagion,†if you act energetic, you’ll help the people around you feel energetic, too.
2. Reach out to friends: make a lunch date or send an email to a friend you haven’t seen in a while. Having warm, close bonds with other people is one of the keys to happiness, so take the time to stay in touch. Somewhat surprisingly, it turns out that socializing boosts the moods not only of extroverts, but also of introverts.
3. Rid yourself of a nagging task: answer a difficult email, purchase something you need, or call to make that dentist’s appointment. Crossing an irksome chore off your to-do list will give you a big rush of energy and cheer, and you’ll be surprised that you procrastinated for so long.
4. Create a calmer environment: clear some physical and mental space around your desk by sorting papers, pitching junk, stowing supplies, sending out quick responses, filing, or even just making your piles neater. A large stack of little tasks can feel overwhelming, but often just a few minutes of work can make a sizeable dent. Try to get in the habit of using the “one minute ruleâ€â€"i.e., never postpone any task that can be completed in less than one minute. An uncluttered environment will contribute to a more serene mood.
5. Lay the groundwork for some future fun: order a book you’ve been wanting to read (not something you think you should read) or plan a weekend excursion to a museum, hiking trail, sporting event, gardening store, movie theaterâ€"whatever sounds like fun. Studies show that having fun on a regular basis is a pillar of happiness, and anticipation is an important part of that pleasure. Try to involve friends or family, as well; people enjoy almost all activities more when they’re with other people than when they’re alone.
6. Do a good deed: make an email introduction of two people who could help each other, or set up a blind date, or shoot someone a piece of useful information or gratifying praise. Do good, feel goodâ€"this really works. Also, although we often believe that we act because of the way we feel, in fact, we often feel because of the way we act. When you act in a friendly way, you’ll strengthen your feelings of friendliness for other people.
7. Act happy: put a smile on your face right now, and keep smiling. Research shows that even an artificially induced smile has a positive influence on your emotionsâ€"turns out that just going through the motion of happiness brightens your mood. And if you’re smiling, other people will perceive you as being friendlier and more approachable.
Some people worry that wanting to be happier is a selfish goal. To the contrary. Studies show that happier people are more sociable, likeable, healthy, and productiveâ€"and they’re more inclined to help other people. So in working to boost your own happiness, you’re benefiting others as well. (happiness-project.com)

A woman was stabbed repeatedly by her ex-lover after he saw a picture of her with her new boyfriend on Facebook.
Paul Bristol, 25, was found guilty at the Old Bailey of murdering Camille Mathurasingh, 27, at her east London home in April 2009.
The IT technician, who lived in Trinidad and Tobago, flew to London within two weeks of seeing the picture and killed the accountant.
Bristol, who denied murder, is expected to be sentenced later this month.
The court heard he could not accept "it was over" and had come to "win" his girlfriend back.
Bristol, who worked for the Trinidad and Tobago Ministry of Administration, and Miss Mathurasingh met during the three years she worked for PricewaterhouseCoopers in Port of Spain, Trinidad. - BBC

that's scary, ms. mdb. nalipay ko nga wa ka mapugos to "do the same". mahimo baja maglabandera o magpa-helper o maninda ug ginagmay. mabuhi na baja ta sa ato ani. kadaghanan, ang mo-enter aning prostitution kadtong mga ambisyosa ug ang mga apurado nga makakuha ug material comforts. opkors, nagtangag pod silag sad stories, which by themselves are as old as time, like prostitution. but no sad story can defend an immoral act, or what's religion for? we need not cast the first stone, but even without stones cast, the act of prostitution was and will never be elevated to a moral ground.

Jobert Sucaldito hospitalized after accident with cucumber
Showbiz talk show host Jobert Sucaldito is recovering at the Capitol Medical Center in Quezon City after a successful emergency surgery to remove a large piece of cucumber that got stuck in his rectum, according to reports.
Sucaldito, one of the hosts of ABS-CBN’s “The Buzz,†reportedly met with the accident Sunday night and was rushed to the hospital after complaining of “extreme pain†in his bottom.
X-rays subsequently revealed that a broken piece of cucumber, about five inches in length, had gotten lodged into the lower end of his large intestine.
It was not immediately clear how the cucumber got there.
The surgeons who operated on Sucaldito were tight-lipped and refused to discuss his case with media, citing doctor-patient confidentiality. Oddly enough, they all looked like they were trying vainly to keep from laughing and refused to look reporters in the eye.
Members of Sucaldito’s household who declined to be named said they recovered the other half of the cucumber, also five inches in length, in Sucaldito’s bedroom.
They said it had “bite marks†and was in a “soggy†state.
Besides the cucumber, they said they also found “a bottle of Johnson’s baby oil, pictures of scantily clad men, and lots of tissue paper.â€
Reached by phone, Sucaldito said he is fine and will be discharged from hospital soon. He explained that it was all an accident.
“Gumagawa kasi ako ng salad. Napaupo ako dun sa chair e meron palang pipino dun na patayo ang pusisyon. Basta, mabilis kasi ang mga pangyayari (I was making a salad. I sat on a chair but there was a cucumber there in an upright position. Everything just happened so fast)†he said.
In a related development, a group of vegan Filipinos is reportedly thinking of filing an abuse complaint against Sucaldito for allegedly molesting a harmless and defenseless vegetable.
