Is this a dagger which I see before me,
The handle toward my hand? Come, let me clutch thee.
I have thee not, and yet I see thee still.
Art thou not, fatal vision, sensible
To feeling as to sight? Or art thou but
A dagger of the mind, a false creation,
Proceeding from the heat-oppressed brain?

In other words, di ko uyon sa thread title. Boholano drivers are not the only ones immune to the extreme poverty we experience in the Philippines. And then began revealing to both drivers "Unya karon pari pa jod inyong giilad!!!"
Believe it or not, puros na guilty ang duha morag naigog kilat. They even tried to help me find my way (kay wa na tawon ko katuod sa balay nga akong gipangita after so many years of not visiting), nagpasinguwan intawon tong usag pangutana kada eskina nga among pangutan-an. But in the end, I paid them what we have agreed (P500) maski niingon ang driver "Ikaw na lay bahala, dre!"

On my part, aware man ko nga makog pinangayuan ang mga tricycles sa atoa - labaw god pod tang maru sa ato sa atong panahon plus sa kadaghang drivers sa akong mga barkada, silingan ug mga ig-agaw - but I'm almost willing (without being asked) to double or triple the fare (acknowledging to myself that I'm truly blessed by God finanacially compared to many back home).

From Alturas to Dampas, tricycle drivers would now demand P50. Lupig pay taxi sa Manila. I hope the city councilors in Tagbilaran City would act on these round-the-clock abuses done to our commuters.

In Tagbilaran, it's not about fair fare. If you pay the minimum P8, mosutoy ug sibat.
Something must be done with these abusive tricycle drivers in Tagbilaran City.

Let others find themselves submerged in health-challenging, dog-eat-dog material pursuits. They will all, sooner or later, need to restore their equilibrium and revitalize their spirits. And we will welcome them with open arms in our fun paradise for that purpose. That’s our nature.
