too little, too late.  the intelligence apparatus of the u.s. is not to be sneezed at.  kun tinuod pa ni, sa una ra, when he first ran as state senator in 1996, disqualified na unta siya.

have we ever thought that this obama bashing could be just a tailender of his being non-white?  is the author of this seemingly (dis)honest article not only a true-blue republican but also someone who happens to be white?
dili puti ang author. he is black like obama. and this is not a dishonest article. dili ma disqualify si obama kay ongoing pa ang kaso. gi pogngan jud ni sa goberno nga dili ma circulate. as what i told you, i have so many sources which you cant access. sort of an underground movement. powerful gud kaajo ang pres. sa states. dinhi ra ko mag gara gara ug sibya  kay di man na sila kasabot ug bisaja. kong masakpan ko, dugay ra kong na preso. keep an open mind islander. there are so many things you dont know about obama...

as we may glean, being pro-choice is not as simple as being pro-abortion per se.  anybody with a law background can understand this very well.  (i try to even if i don't remember a single lesson in my law 1 class.)

my point here is to always try to go beyond a simple yes or no, beyond what we read or know or presume to know.  (not that i don't believe we don't do that at all; that's why we have this forum.)  this is my contribution, thus.  it doesn't mean i don't need further enlightenment...

VERY QUIETLY OBAMA'S CITIZENSHIP CASE REACHES THE SUPREME COURT AP - WASHINGTON D.C.

In a move certain to fuel the debate over Obama's qualifications for the presidency, the group "Americans for Freedom of Information" has Released copies of President Obama's college transcripts from Occidental College ... Released today, the transcript school indicates that Obama, under the name Barry Soetoro, received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia as an undergraduate. The transcript was released by Occidental College in compliance with a court order in a suit brought by the group in the Superior Court of California. The transcript shows that Obama (Soetoro) applied for financial aid and was awarded a fellowship for foreign students from the Fulbright Foundation Scholarship program. To qualify, for the scholarship, a student must claim foreign citizenship.

This document would seem to provide the smoking gun that many of Obama's detractors have been seeking. Along with the evidence that he was first born in Kenya and there is no record of him ever applying for US citizenship, this is looking pretty grim. The news has created a firestorm at the White House as the release casts increasing doubt about Obama's legitimacy and qualification to serve as President article titled, "Obama Eligibility Questioned," leading some to speculate that the story may overshadow economic issues on Obama's first official visit to the U.K. In a related matter, under growing pressure from several groups, Justice Antonin Scalia announced that the Supreme Court agreed on Tuesday to hear arguments concerning Obama's legal eligibility to serve as President in a case brought by Leo Donofrio of New Jersey . This lawsuit claims Obama's dual citizenship disqualified him from serving as president.. Donofrio's case is just one of 18 suits brought by citizens demanding proof of Obama's citizenship or qualification to serve as president.

Gary Kreep of the United States Justice Foundation has released the results of their investigation of Obama's campaign spending. This study estimates that Obama has spent upwards of $950,000 in campaign funds in the past year with eleven law firms in 12 states for legal resources to block disclosure of any of his personal records. Mr. Kreep indicated that the investigation is still ongoing but that the final report will be provided to the U.S. Attorney general, Eric Holder. Mr. Holder has refused to comment on the matter...

LET OTHER FOLKS KNOW THIS NEWS, THE MEDIA WON'T!

Issue of Passport?

While I've little interest in getting in the middle of the Obama birth issue, Paul Hollrah over at FSM did so yesterday and believes the issue can be resolved by Obama answering one simple question: What passport did he use when he was shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi ?

So how did a young man who arrived in New York in early June 1981, without the price of a hotel room in his pocket, suddenly come up with the price of a round-the-world trip just a month later?

And once he was on a plane, shuttling between New York , Jakarta , and Karachi , what passport was he offering when he passed through Customs and Immigration?

The American people not only deserve to have answers to these questions, they must have answers. It makes the debate over Obama's citizenship a rather short and simple one.

Q: Did he travel to Pakistan in 1981, at age 20?
A : Yes, by his own admission.

Q: What passport did he travel under?
A: There are only three possibilities.
1) He traveled with a U.S. ... Passport,
2) He traveled with a British passport, or
3) He traveled with an Indonesia passport.

Q: Is it possible that Obama traveled with a U.S. Passport in 1981?
A: No. It is not possible. Pakistan was on the U.S. .. State Department's "no travel" list in 1981.

Conclusion: When Obama went to Pakistan in 1981 he was traveling either with a British passport or an Indonesian passport.

If he were traveling with a British passport that would provide proof that he was born in Kenya on August 4, 1961, not in Hawaii as he claims.. And if he were traveling with an Indonesian passport that

would tend to prove that he relinquished whatever previous citizenship he held, British or American, prior to being adopted by his Indonesian step-father in 1967.

Whatever the truth of the matter, the American people need to know how he managed to become a "natural born" American citizen between 1981 and 2008.

Given the destructive nature of his plans for America, as illustrated by his speech before Congress and the disastrous spending plan he has presented to Congress, the sooner we learn the truth of all this, the better.

If you Don't care that Your President is not a natural born Citizen and in Violation of the Constitution, then Delete this, and then lower your American Flag to half-staff, because the U.S. Constitution is already on life-support, and won't survive much longer.

If you do care then Forward this to as many patriotic Americans as you can, because our country is being looted and ransacked!

Sudan Rejects U.S. Request to Send Marines to Boost Embassy Security
By Luis Martinez | ABC OTUS News â€" Sat, Sep 15, 2012

Associated Press/Abd Raouf - Sudanese protesters chant slogans during a protest in Khartoum, Sudan, Friday, Sept. 14, 2012, as part of widespread anger across the Muslim world about a film ridiculing Islam's …more
Sudan has rejected a U.S. request to send 50 Marines to that country to help boost security at the American embassy in Khartoum, a U.S. official confirms.
With the Marines en route to Sudan on Friday night, a U.S. official said at the time that it appeared that Sudan might reverse an earlier decision to allow the 50 Marines to enter the country.
Sudan's reversal was made public today when Sudan's Foreign Minister Ali Ahmed Karti told SUNA, the official Sudanese news agency, that "Sudan is able to protect the diplomatic missions in Khartoum and the state is committed to protecting its guests in the diplomatic corps."
A U.S. official said the Marines, "were on their way, but turned back" when Sudan rejected the U.S. request.
In a statement State Department spokeswoman Victoria Nuland said that the Sudanese government "has recommitted itself both publicly and privately to continue to protect our Mission, as it is obligated to do under the Vienna Convention."
She said the United States had requested "precautions as a result of yesterday's damage to our Embassy. We are continuing to monitor the situation closely to ensure we have what we need to protect our people and facility."
Violent protests have raged outside U.S. embassies in various Middle Eastern countries this week to protest a movie posted on the Internet that mocks the Muslim prophet Muhammad.
Sudan was to be the third country this week to receive a platoon of 50 elite Marines known as a Fleet Anti-Terrorism Security Team (FAST). FAST Marines are specially trained to help protect U.S. embassies and citizens that might be under threats overseas. Before the teams can be dispatched, host countries must first approve a U.S. request for Marine reinforcements to enter their country.
A FAST platoon of 50 Marines was sent to Libya Wednesday to help protect the U.S. embassy in there following the deadly attack Tuesday on the American consulate in Benghazi that killed four Americans, including Ambassador Chris Stevens.
Indications are that the attack on the consulate may have been an organized terrorist attack and not a result of any outrage motivated by the movie.
Another FAST platoon was dispatched to Yemen on Thursday after protesters breached the outer security perimeter at the U.S. embassy in Sana'a.

Philippine Business News / OBAMA's Dangerous Weakness
September 16, 2012, 02:40:42 PM
Obama's Dangerous Weakness
Mona Charen's column is released once a week.

President Obama's weakness in foreign policy is a contributor to the events of the last several days in the Middle East. Though he gave the order to take out bin Laden (who wouldn't?), and though he attacks suspected terrorists with drones, this president has nevertheless conveyed to the world that he believes in a diminished world role for the United States.
He believes in a more modest United States â€" remember those bows â€" because he comes from an intellectual tradition that is hostile to American power. His pastor and mentor, the Rev. Jeremiah Wright, expressed a common leftist view when he said after 9/11 that the attacks represented "America's chickens coming home to roost." Mr. Obama's one-time green jobs czar, Van Jones, was of the same school, showing up at a radical leftist rally on September 12, 2001 and, amid the drum circles and curses, heaped on the nation that had just suffered an attack of unprecedented savagery and joined in the denunciations of the victim. "It's the bombs that the government has been dropping around the world that are now blowing up inside the U.S. borders."
As if the U.S. were in the habit of bombing nations just to throw its weight around, or for the sheer joy of dominating and hurting others. In fact, of the last six wars in which the United States was involved (Kuwait, Bosnia, Kosovo, Afghanistan, Iraq and Libya), four were undertaken to rescue Muslims and the other two (Afghanistan and Iraq) had the side benefit of liberating Muslims â€" to what end remains an open question.
President Obama, the so-called fact-checkers' indignant denials notwithstanding, did apologize for the United States. The Washington Free Beacon reminds us that he told a French audience that, instead of "celebrating your dynamic union and seeking to partner with you to meet common challenges, there have been times when America has shown arrogance and been dismissive â€" even derisive." In Turkey, he said that America was still "working through" some of the darker periods in our past.
At the Summit of the Americas, Mr. Obama confessed, "While the United States has done much to promote peace and prosperity in the hemisphere, we have ââ,¬Â¦ at times ââ,¬Â¦ sought to dictate our terms."
Speaking at the National Archives, the president offered that "Unfortunately ââ,¬Â¦ all too often our government made decisions based upon fear rather than foresight, and all too often trimmed facts and evidence to fit ideological predispositions. Instead of strategically applying our power and our principles, too often we set those principles aside as luxuries that we could no longer afford ââ,¬Â¦ In other words, we went off course."
Faced with an anti-American tirade from the little Marxist of Nicaragua, Daniel Ortega, Obama defended himself, not his country, by saying "I'm very grateful that President Ortega didn't blame me for things that happened when I was three months old."
The world has looked to the United States in vain for leadership on Iran's nuclear program. It has found a feckless and incompetent leader, whose delayed sanctions have had zero impact on the regime's pursuit of nuclear weapons. Obama's claims to have "isolated" the Tehran regime are belied by the non-aligned summit held there last month. The Obama Administration couldn't even persuade the U.N. Secretary General to skip the conclave. That's not soft power â€" it's just soft.
President Obama has also signaled to the world his weakness by a willingness to risk "disastrous" (his own Secretary of Defense?s word) reductions in defense spending because his priority is increasing taxes on top earners.
Obama believed that America would be more popular with Himself at the helm. He can polish his Nobel Peace Prize, but the mobs in Egypt, Tunisia and Libya suggest the shallowness of that particular vanity.
Even if the U.S. is better liked in some quarters, we are not respected. Cuba, the communist basket case in our backyard, has been holding an American citizen, Alan Gross, since 2009. Gross was a contractor for the U.S. Agency for International Development, and was distributing computers to members of Cuba's Jewish community when he was arrested and charged with espionage. He has been rotting in a Cuban jail for the entire Obama presidency, while Obama offered an "outstretched hand" to the regime in the form of eased travel restrictions and other blandishments.
Even this week, the president has been weak in his response to the mob violence in Egypt. While promising to bring Ambassador Stevens' murderers to justice, he said not a word about the Muslim Brotherhood government in Cairo failing to protect our embassy.
The mobs, like the contempt shown by Cuba, are Obama's chickens coming home to roost.

it is safe to presume that the laws of man are made based on the laws of god.  ang problema lang, kandaiyag interpretasyon ang tawo sa laws of god, kanyahay ra lainlain ug relihiyon.  por ehemplo, kun tukhion pag-ayo, ang claim sa non-catholic christians kay wa baya sa bible nga ang pari di maminyo.

meaning to say you are in favor of same sex marriage. a simple YES or NO will suffice. no need to go around the bush

Ngano nauso mana MARRIAGE? nga wala man mabutang sa Bible nga gikasal sila Adam ug Eve. So kon walay marriage, walay samok. Marriage makes life complicated because of your contract.  For my own and simple one cent of understanding COMMITMENT is the most important when you enter into a relationship ug dili kontrata.

hihihi. wa man tood kasla si adan ug si eba. from your stand lindy i take it to mean nga dili ka minjo. dalaga diay ka nga ulay. ang lisod lang kong dili ka minjo, wala kay encouragement for commitment kay wa may kontrata. . you go from man to man to another man. and so on ad infinitum... maajo hinoon pod kay ug minjo ka, pol-an ka sa imong bana, mang laki ka, gubot pa sa lokot..

'Obama Admits He Is A Muslim' video is a product of malicious editing

December 7th, 2009

According to FactCheck.org, a widely viewed video seems to show President Obama stating that he is a Muslim is the product of dishonest editing.

Although it is titled "Obama Admits He Is A Muslim," the president in fact has admitted no such thing. The video edits and twists his actual words, sometimes turning what were denials into false confessions. For example, it edits out the words "I’m a Christian" from one quote and "my Christian faith" from another. It shows him quoting from the Quran, but snips out his quotes from the Bible and the Talmud.

Although the video gives no citations and no dates, we have tracked down the full quotes from the various appearances and provides an interesting case study of malicious editing.

President Obama's campaign has issued a response to "2016: Obama's America," the anti-Obama documentary directed by author Dinesh D'Souza and John Sullivan. Obama's camp has dismissed the film as "an insidious attempt to dishonestly smear the president."

"2016: Obama's America" is a documentary based on the 2010 book "The Roots of Obama's Rage," written by D'Souza, which claims Obama's interests lie in an anti-colonial agenda that will ultimately hinder America's growth and progress. The film has been in the headlines since it picked up steam in the box office after a wide release on Aug. 24. To date, it is the No. 2 highest-grossing political documentary behind Michael Moore's "Fahrenheit 9/11," earning $26 million total, according to Deadline.com.

However, despite the notable box office draw, the anti-Obama flick has been blasted by critics.

Variety called it a “cavalcade of conspiracy theories, psycho-politico conjectures and incendiary labeling” and the Los Angeles Times criticized it as “badly disguised and overly long attack ad.”

Last week, President Obama's 2012 campaign came out with its own review posted on BarackObama.com.

"[D'Souza] attempts to hide his lies behind a pseudo-scholarly presentation and glossy production values cannot withstand basic scrutiny," writes the Obama campaign. "The facts show that '2016: Obama’s America' is nothing more than an insidious attempt to dishonestly smear the President by giving intellectual cover to the worst in subterranean conspiracy theories and false, partisan attacks."

The campaign also outlined exactly where the movie muddled the facts, including:

D’Souza falsely claimed that President Obama said he didn’t believe in American exceptionalismâ€"when in fact the President has repeatedly praised America’s exceptional identity and core values.
D’Souza falsely asserted that President Obama funded2 billion in Brazilian oil exploration even though numerous fact checkers and reporters have noted that President Obama had “nothing to do with the loan.”
D’Souza falsely charged that President Obama backed Scotland’s release of the Lockerbie bomber only weeks after the Obama administration had put out a statement opposing Scotland’s decision to return Abdelbaset al-Megrahi to Libya and sent a letter to the Scottish government raising the administration’s strong objection.
D’Souza even claimed that President Obama passed the bank bailouts when the facts clearly show that it was President Bush who signed the Troubled Asset Relief Program into law in October 2008.
D'Souza has defended "2016: Obama's America" which, like his book, draws quotes directly from Obama's own writings, including "The Audacity of Hope" and "Dreams From My Father."

"I was thinking, 'Haven't you guys read Obama's book? He wrote practically 500 pages on this subject,'" D'Souza previously told The Huffington Post's Joe Satran. "And then I noticed that Obama had read his own book in audiobook. I began to listen to it, and I thought, 'It's all here in his own voice! If only I could take some of this stuff, critical points, and make a documentary, it would be very helpful for people.'"

Adding, "This was not intended to be a 'Don't Vote For Obama' film, but rather to be a 'Discover The Real Obama' film. There's no question that I knew there would be intense interest in politics this year and so it made sense to drop the film at a time when Americans care more than usual about politics. But it's not specifically aimed at the election."

It's tough to refute a movie that is based on the president's words. I believe your statements will be credible if you were able to refute at least one point with a contrary fact. Until then your rant is baseless and useless but perhaps therapeutic.

I saw the movie. I enjoyed it, except for the fact that those things are true. I don't know how Obama can say this movie is an attack on him. The information laid out in the movie, namely his desire to see America fail, is obvious from the four years he's been in office. You can't do as poorly as Obama has with the economy, with the divisiveness he's championed, with hurling this country into socialism, unless you are doing it on purpose. The 2016 movie spells it out very logically. I wish every person who plans to vote in November would go see the movie.

Obama campaign blasts D'Souza '2016' film

Comments (142) By BYRON TAU | 9/11/12 6:48 PM EDT
The Obama campaign is firing back at a conservative documentary that accuses President Obama of being an anti-colonialist radical.

In a new blog post on the campaign's Truth Team website, the campaign calls conservative writer Dinesh D'Souza's "2016: Obama's America" an "insidious" smear.

"His writings and film are based on lies should not come as a surprise to anyone given D’Souza’s long history of attempting to add a veneer of intellectual respectability to fringe theories, conspiratorial fear-mongering, and flat-out falsehoods," the campaign argues.

"It should say enough about D’Souza’s credibility that a movie catering to the Tea Party attacks someone for allegedly “anti-colonial” views. His attempts to hide his lies behind a pseudo-scholarly presentation and glossy production values cannot withstand basic scrutiny," the campaign wrote.

"The facts show that '2016: Obama’s America' is nothing more than an insidious attempt to dishonestly smear the President by giving intellectual cover to the worst in subterranean conspiracy theories and false, partisan attacks," the campaign wrote.

The campaign points to four specific falsehoods in the film relating to American exceptionalism, Brazilian oil exploration, the release of a Libyan terrorist and the Troubled Asset Relief Program program.

Further, the campaign accuses D'Souza of holding "offensive and repugnant views" â€" such as blaming the left for 9/11.

The film has exceeded all box office expectations, remaining in the top ten for three weeks straight. It has collected $26.1 million, making it the sixth highest grossing documentary of all time.

islander,

Dinesh D’Souza, who appears frequently and is the principal narrator human  makita nimo ang google sign
obama is the other narrator in this movie mao ni unta ang mabasa nimo after the google sign. . gi censor ni sa google. wa nila ipa copy ni so dili ka maka ingon nga gama gama ni. gi disconnect ko sa google from tubagbohol.com while i was posting that obama is the other narrator. . oopss..this link appears to be broken. mao ni ang mga hitabo dinhi sa america. your every move is watched. they are slowly taking away our freedom. obama is destroying america. obamacare will pay for transgender operation, will pay for abortion. same sex marriage is now allowed here in the states. gi gaba gaba na ang america kay pro choice gud ang democrats. when you abort a fetus, you are killing a human being.

but i am not voting for romney. maguwang lang ug gamay si romney ni obama. my vote goes to RON PAUL
