For the first time in a while, the market closed down for the week. After hitting a high of 13,647.10 on 9/21 and a low of 13,406 yesterday - it closed at 13,413. Despite the rally, we have operated with our guard completely up ahead of the November election and that certainly paid off this week. Feedback has been very positive for selling stock in parts on the way up and that worked out well with SBUX and GPS this week. Our strategy will continue to balance low risk opportunities that present high rewards. More Below ...

HNZ - *Paid .515 dividend on 9/13/12*

Began The Week: 56.38
Low For The Week: 55.68
High For The Week: 56.75
9/26/12 Closing Price: 55.85
Earnings: 11/28/12

1 of 3 Long Term Plays.

HNZ traded down this week but continues to remain above the level of support at 55.

New members can add 1/4 of a full position between 55.75 and 56.10.

VZ -

Began The Week: 45.00
Low For The Week: 44.98
High For The Week: 45.61
9/26/12 Closing Price: 45.59
Earnings: 10/18/12

2 of 3 Long Term Plays.

Nice to see this hold the 45 support and back to being a standout performer.

Traded up this week.

New members can add 1/4 of a full position between 45.50 and 45.80.

GPS -

Began The Week: 35.82
Low For The Week: 34.95
High For The Week: 36.73
9/26/12 Closing Price: 35.27
Earnings: 11/15/12

We entered this stock four weeks ago at 35.50, 1/3 was sold at 35.95 for a .45 cent profit.

For the remaining position, we maintained a 34.40 stop and moved the upside target sell to 36.50 for 1/2 the remaining position and 37.40 for the other half.

The 36.50 target upside sell was hit for a 1.00 profit.

For the remaining position, maintain a 34.40 stop and upside target sell at 37.40.

We could get stuck in it but then we'll be in line for a dividend.

WYNN -

Began The Week: 114.52
Low For The Week: 111.90
High For The Week: 116.47
9/26/12 Closing Price: 113.71
Earnings: 10/17/12

We entered two weeks ago at 107 and sold 1/3 at 110 for a 3 point profit.

For the remaining position, we placed the stop at 113.70 and the upside target sell for 1/2 the remaining position at 117.25 and 1/2 at 125.

The 113.70 stop was hit for a profit of 6.70 and we are now FLAT (but will revisit this stock below).

JPM -

Began The Week: 40.96
Low For The Week: 39.70
High For The Week: 41.70
9/26/12 Closing Price: 40.24
Earnings: 10/12/12

We entered this stock two weeks ago at 40.20 and 1/3 was sold at 41 for an .80 cent profit.

For the remaining position, the stop remained at 39.40 and the upside target sells were placed at 42 for 1/2 and 43.75 for the other 1/2.

For the week ahead, we are keeping the stop at 39.40 and moving the upside target sells to 1/2 at 41.50 and 1/2 at 43.50.

SBUX -

Began The Week: 49.81
Low For The Week: 49.65
High For The Week: 51.65
9/26/12 Closing Price: 50.10
Earnings: 10/1/12

What We Said: We are targeting entry for 1/3 of a full position between 50.20 and 50.50 with a 49.10 stop and upside target sells for 1/3 at 51.40, 1/3 at 52.75 and 1/3 at 53.90.

Assuming entry at 50.20, 1/3 was sold at 51.40 for a 1.20 profit.

For the remaining position, maintain a 49.`0 stop and move the upside target sells to 1/2 at 51.40 and 1/2 at 53.25.

IMAX -

Began The Week: 20.80
Low For The Week: 18.85
High For The Week: 20.86
9/26/12 Closing Price: 19.21
Earnings: 10/25/12

What We Said: We are targeting entry for 1/4 of a full position between 20.70 and 21.10 with a 19.90 stop and upside target sells for 1/3 at 21.50, 1/3 at 22.40 and 1/3 at 23.50.

Assuming entry at 20.80, we were stopped out of the position at 19.90 with a .90 cent loss.

We are now FLAT.

With the Dow now below 13,500, this will be a challenging week. There are a lot of stocks that got pulled up with this rally and not all of them belong there. With that in mind, we want to find the stocks that not only belong but will continue to outperform. Or if there's a week stock we can nail on the way down, then we'll point out that short as well. We continue to outperform which makes us very popular amongst day traders, hedge fund traders and investors! Let's look for more of the same as we move on to this week's picks ...

DNKN - 52 Week Range: 23.24 - 37.02

Avg. Volume: 1,969,750

Currently, trading at 29.69.

Earnings: 10/25/12

We are going with our famous "if-then" strategy with this one. We only like this trade with the Dow above 13,500 and we think if that happens then this stock should be above 30. If it's not then something is wrong and we want to stay away any how.

*So make sure you pay attention to the minimum entry point and set an alert. (if you need help setting alert email christian@yolopub.com)

We are targeting entry for 1/4 of a full position between 30.15 and 30.45 with a 29.70 stop and upside target sells for 1/3 at 31.20, 1/3 at 32.75 and 1/3 at 34.

WYNN - 52 Week Range: 90.11 - 142.97

Avg. Volume: 1,883,890

Currently, trading at 113.71.

Earnings: 10/17/12

We just traded this stock well and now we are looking to take more profits from this casino stock.

With this trade, we have 2 trigger points, 1 higher and 1 lower.

With nothing on our radar right now, we want to position you to trade one of our "love 'em" plays when it comes into it's zones.

Option 1: The stock drops down below 111 and holds the 110. We are targeting entry for 1/5 of a full position (it's expensive) between 110 and 11 with a 106.40 stop and upside target sells for 1/3 at 113, 1/3 at 116 and 1/3 at 120.

Option 2; The stock comes back above 115. We are targeting entry for 1/5 of a full position between 115 and 116 with a 112.70 stop and upside target sells for 1/3 at 118, 1/3 at 121 and 1/3 at 124.

** If you get stopped out at 115, you can try the 110 scenario but if you get stopped out at the 110 scenario you can only try that again when it comes back into play. Don't chase to the next level. Any questions, email us!

Let's do this!

FULL POSITION = Whatever you are comfortable with as normal position size and can afford to do while allowing for 4-7 other positions too. If FULL is 300 then half is 150 and 1/3 is 100. Protect yourself on the downside and have a profitable week. ** If your buying power is low and you can not buy at least 100 shares, your target sell should be between the 1st and 2nd upside target sell and your stop should remain as stated.

Love Talk / Re: $65 million to marry daughter
September 27, 2012, 08:25:40 PM
The Telegraph reports that 76-year-old real estate mogul Chao made the public offer for a husband after a report stating his 33-year-old daughter Gigi entered a civil partnership with her longtime girlfriend in France was leaked.
He talked about the man that he wants to woo his daughter to the South China Morning Post saying, "I don't mind whether he is rich or poor. The important thing is that he is generous and kind-hearted."

Gigi apparently has a great sense of humour as well, stating she found her father’s plan “entertaining.”

According to Gigi's Facebook page, she has an architecture degree from the University of Manchester and is an executive director at her father’s company

Chao, who has been described as "Hong Kong's pre-eminent playboy tycoon," told the BBC that Gigi Chao was single and needed a "good husband." Chao has never married himself, and he once claimed to have slept with 10,000 women.

An Easy Way to Earn Big Returns â€" Penny Stocks

You may have noticed a lot of buzz lately about Penny Stocks.

Penny stocks are the common stocks of smaller public companies that trade for less than a dollar per share.  Like other stocks, they are regulated by the SEC, but instead of trading on the major markets like the NYSE, they trade on “over-the-counter” markets, which are very accessible to the public.

Today, penny stocks are offering smaller investors a great opportunity to earn significant up-side on their investments, with relatively little risk.

This is occurring for two reasons:

It doesn’t take a lot of money to invest in penny stocks. For the price of just one share in large companies such as Apple or Google, you could buy thousands of shares in most penny stock companies.
Penny stocks have the potential for huge returns.  Because the price per share is so low, they can experience huge price increases â€" sometimes even doubling or tripling in just one day.  Price jumps like this are simply unheard of in larger companies, but much more common with penny stocks.
Another great thing about penny stocks is that they trade in exactly the same way as shares of larger companies. You can easily track price movements and buy and sell online, or through a traditional broker.

While there is always some risk in owning shares of publicly traded companies, the amount people tend to invest in penny stocks is relatively small, so if the price of the stock drops, investors do not lose significant amounts of money.

But, with thousands of different penny stocks to choose from, how should you go about finding the right ones to invest in?

One website that is exclusively devoted to tracking and recommending penny stocks is PennyStocks.com.  Their team carefully tracks the market for these high potential companies, and then alerts their subscribers with their latest picks.

In fact, their track record is nothing short of outstanding. Every single pick they alerted in 2011 rose shortly after their alert, with their most recent pick skyrocketing from 10 cents to 1.20 in just two weeks. That’s an increase of 1,100 percent! Their members have also seen gains of over 2,500 percent in the past, a number rarely seen in regular stocks.

Best of all, you can subscribe to PennyStocks.com’s penny stock newsletter 100 percent free. All you need is an email address.

Their newsletter is gathering an increasingly devoted following, and for obvious reasons: Since the newsletter is completely free, it’s very simple to subscribe, take a look around, and track what happens to the stocks they recommend. Once you see how successful their picks are, you will surely decide to jump in on the action yourself. You will never be asked to pay, and if you don’t like the service for any reason, you can unsubscribe at any time you wish.

$65 million to marry daughter

Thanks to billionaire Hong Kong property developer Cecil Chao Sze-tsung, every heterosexual male of the world (within reason) now has a chance to become $65 million richerâ€"and gain a beautiful bride in the bargain.

Apparently disconcerted that his 33-year-old daughter, Gigi Chao, ran off to France in April and become the wife of her girlfriend of seven years, Sean Eav, Mr. Chao Sze-tsung has offered a $65 million bounty to any straight man who is able to seduce Gigi and win her heart.

As a concerned father, Cecil Chao Sze-tsung insists on some basic qualifications for candidates seeking his daughter’s, to avoid a more explicit term, hand: “I don’t mind whether he is rich or poor. The important thing is that he is generous and kind-hearted.”

Chao Sze-tsung’s proffered jackpot may seem distasteful, as if it were a form of pimping out his daughter’s reproductive rights, but objections to the businessman’s ploy pale in comparison to the outrage elicited by courtship rituals around the world.

Arranged child marriages, for instance, are enough of a global norm, especially in Africa and southern Asia, that Mr. Chao Sze-tsung’s $65 million would be far more well spent in financing groups working toward eradicating the practice.

Mimvi (MIMV.OB)

Mimvi has been called the "Google of mobile search platforms." It's search engine has become the leading platform for providing search services for Mobile Apps, Mobile Content and Mobile Products across all platforms including iPhone, Android, Blackberry and Windows devices. Mimvi also offers Amazon-like recommendations under each search result it presents. Mimvi plans to generates revenue with its search results similar to the way Google generates revenue with its search results, including a product offered by Mimvi, called MimviLink, which provides a way for consumers to access mobile apps related to the content they are viewing on the web. Thus MimviLink will allow any company with a mobile app to gain greater exposure for that app, by having it matched and displayed next to pertinent web content. Mimvi's main competitors have been commanding quite a bit of attention lately. Earlier this year Chomp was taken over by Apple and in June, Quixley raised $24 million, including an investment from Google chairman Eric Schmidt's firm, Innovation Endeavors. The mobile search environment remains hot as the revenue opportunity for mobile based search and recommendation is enormous. Mimvi has become a strong takeover target, especially as it has succeeded in recruiting several top executives from Google.

I think MIMV will go up. But it is better to take a small gain rather than suffer a big loss. Because this is the nature of the stock market. Share prices will rise and fall. The market is not stagnant. This is how we can make money. Through the volatility of the market. Mas maajo nang senegoro ba. Sa nag sugod pa lang ko ug duwa sa stock market, sigi lang kong ka arkanse kay wa may nag tudlo naho. I learned everything on my own. OIDO ba. Pero karon nga kahibaw na ko mo duwa, mora lang ug nanginhas ka sa imong yoter. This is true. You can make as much money as you want from the stock market when you know how to play the stock market

Cloud Computing Market

..Leading me to my next pick...

"Registered Express Corp" Ticker symbol: RGTX

Do I need to remind you my last pick just Doubled in price? (silly me...)

Registered Express Corporation has developed and deployed a registered system for the secure and verifiable delivery of electronic documents.

Could RTXG's technology become the FedEx or UPS of the booming global digital document delivery industry!

Imagine being able to part of a company with this much potential at just 2 cents which is where RGTX is trading right now!

Independent research firm Forrester Research expects the global cloud computing market to reach $241 billion in 2020 compared to $40.7 in 2010, according to a new Forrester report called “Sizing the Cloud”.

I would not be surprised if this stock is the Biggest (Gainer) on Wall Street Today! (Wanna test me?)

You're going to keep reading, and as you dig in, you'll notice why I picked this stock to profile

kong gusto jud mo maka sapi sa stock market, play penny stocks not blue chips. i play sub penny stocks. the most dangerous game to play. kay bisan usa pa ka sako ang imong kwarta nga pohonan kong dili ka ma antigo aning duwa-a, wagtang dajon ang imong kwarta. you will surely lose. i am speaking from experience kay pila na ka tuig kong ga invest sa stock market. i invest on blue chips but my bread and butter is penny stocks. anhi ka maka kita ug kwarta. grabe ni silang klaseha sa stocks. di lang mo doble ang ijang presyo . mo triple or quadruple pa in just minutes. naka dawat ko ug tip karong buntag to play CCPR Caseycorp Enterprises Inc.

Thanks Obama â€" The Terrorists You Used To Topple Regimes In Egypt And Libya Are Now Attacking Our Embassies
SEPTEMBER 14, 2012 9:50 AM COMMENTS (21)    AUTHOR: THE AMERICAN DREAM Share this Article

Many of us tried to warn Barack Obama that using militants from al-Qaeda and other terrorist organizations to overthrow governments in the Middle East would not end well.  The Obama administration has been so determined to get rid of some of these dictators in the Middle East that they have not even really stopped to think about who would be replacing them.  Our leaders assured us that those opposed to Mubarak and Gaddafi were “freedom fighters” that just wanted “liberty” and “democracy” in those countries.  Well, of course it turns out that the folks that took control of both Egypt and Libya bear no resemblance to George Washington whatsoever.  They have simply replaced one form of tyranny with an even worse form of tyranny.  Sadly, the last couple of days have been a huge wake up call for all of us.  Radical Islamic militants stormed the U.S. embassy in Cairo, Egypt and replaced the American flag with the al-Qaeda flag.  In Benghazi, Libya the U.S. consulate was attacked by a crowd equipped with guns, homemade bombs and rocket-propelled grenades.  They torched the consulate, looted it, and killed the U.S. ambassador and three other U.S. officials.  Apparently they are not as grateful for our help in “liberating” their homelands as the Obama administration thought they would be.  Unfortunately, our politicians fundamentally misunderstand what is going on in the Middle East, and this is going to continue to lead to more policy errors.

For years, our politicians told us that “al-Qaeda” was the big enemy in the “War on Terror”.

But then during the “Arab Spring” the U.S. government was openly working with “al-Qaeda” and a bunch of other similar organizations all over the Middle East to overthrow established governments.

To say that our approach to the Middle East has been “inconsistent” would be a massive understatement.

After the protesters stormed the U.S. embassy in Cairo, they made it very clear who they are aligned with.  They tore down the U.S. flag and desecrated it, and they put up a black Islamic flag in its place.

So what did the black flag have on it?  The following is how CNN described the flag….

The black flag, which hangs atop a ladder inside the compound, is adorned with white characters that read, “There is no God but Allah and Mohammad is his messenger,” an emblem often used in al Qaeda propaganda.

This is very reminiscent of what happened in Libya in the days after the toppling of Gaddafi.  At the time, the Daily Mail and other international media organizations posted pictures of the black al-Qaeda flag flying high and proud over the courthouse in Benghazi….

The black flag of Al Qaeda was hoisted in Libya yesterday as Nato formally ended its military campaign.

The standard fluttered from the roof of the courthouse in Benghazi, where the country’s new rulers have imposed sharia law since seizing power.

Today, the new government in Egypt is completely dominated by the Muslim Brotherhood.  They hold 47 percent of the seats in parliament and the new president of Egypt belongs to the organization.

So how are they responding to this incident?

Well, they have issued a half-hearted condemnation of the attacks in English, and they have also announced that new protests against the anti-Islam film that originally sparked the violence will be held in Tahrir Square on Friday.

I’m sure that a new round of mass protests will definitely calm everyone down.

Or not.

Hopefully the U.S. embassy in Egypt will have significantly strengthened security by Friday.

In Libya, the U.S. consulate has been essentially destroyed.

You can see pictures of what the U.S. consulate in Benghazi looks like after the attack right here.

Looters took off with whatever they were able to carry.  Reporters saw some people carrying desks, chairs and even washing machines away from the consulate.

The U.S. ambassador, Chris Stevens, was killed along with three other U.S. officials.

You can see a photo of an unconscious Stevens being carried through the streets after the attack right here.

So who was responsible for the attack?

Once again, it appears to have been Islamic radicals associated with al-Qaeda.  The following is from a Reuters articleabout this incident….

The attack was believed to have been carried out by Ansar al-Sharia, an al Qaeda-style Sunni Islamist group that has been active in Benghazi, a Libyan security official said. Witnesses said the mob also included tribesmen, militia and other gunmen.

Ansar al-Sharia cars arrived at the start of the protest but left once fighting started, Hamam said. “The protesters were running around the compound just looking for Americans, they just wanted to find an American so they could catch one.”

Most Americans thought that it was a good idea for the Obama administration to back “the rebels” that were fighting to overthrow Gaddafi, but perhaps more people should have been asking what those “rebels” actually stand for.

The following is what former CIA officer Bruce Riedel once said about the composition of the fighters that were attempting to overthrow Gaddafi….

“There is no question that al-Qaida’s Libyan franchise, Libyan Islamic Fighting Group, is a part of the opposition. It has always been Gadhafi’s biggest enemy and its stronghold is Benghazi. What is unclear is how much of the opposition is al-Qaida/Libyan Islamic Fighting Group â€" 2 percent or 80 percent.”

The leader of the Libyan rebel forces even admitted that some of the very same militants that were shooting at U.S. troops in Iraq were among those that were seeking to “liberate” Libya.  The following is from a 2011 article in the Telegraph….

Abdel-Hakim al-Hasidi, the Libyan rebel leader, has said jihadists who fought against allied troops in Iraq are on the front lines of the battle against Muammar Gaddafi’s regime.

You can find much more on the link between al-Qaeda and the rebel forces in Libya right here.

So we were shooting at them in Iraq but we supplied them with weapons and gave them air support in Libya?

What kind of nonsense is that?

The truth is that the U.S. government has absolutely no idea what it is doing in the Middle East.

And it looks like more trouble is ahead.

There were other anti-U.S. protests in Sudan, the Gaza Strip and Tunisia on Wednesday.

Sadly, even the top officials in our own government fail to grasp why these militants hate us.  In response to the torching of the consulate in Benghazi, Hillary Clinton asked the following question….

“Today, many Americans are asking, indeed I ask myself … How could this happen in a country we helped liberate in a city we helped save from destruction?”

And of course foreign policy has never been a point of emphasis for Barack Obama.

In fact, it has been reported that he skips more than half of his daily intelligence meetings.

So the blind are leading the blind and we continue to make mistake after mistake in the Middle East.

When will we ever learn?

Airpod concept car that runs on compressed air

Tata Motors has been showing off a new concept car that runs on compressed air and will give you 125 miles per full tank of…well, air.

The three-wheeler is controlled via a joystick rather than a steering wheel and utilises pneumatic motors, which use pressurised air to drive the car’s pistons. Tata Motors says the Airpod concept car can reach a top speed of 50 miles per hour.

But this vehicle is not about speed, it’s about economy. A full tank requires 175 litres of compressed air at a cost of just one euro, which Tata Motors says will provide 125 miles of travel. As for the vehicle itself? That should cost only around 7,000 euros.

The Airpod can carry three people at a time, including the driver, though one will have to sit facing the back window.

Tata Motors hopes to get the vehicles on the road in India, and there’s also been interest from South America.
