A co badminton player died in thje middle of our games.

badminton is known to be the fastest racquet sports especially if naa na sa open class or class A levels.

his first set game was intense since ka-level jud sila sa iya opponent. and it was tie on 2nd set.
3rd set was decided to be continued after 30minutes kay silang duha grabe na ang kapoy.
so in that span of time he decided to fetch his kids from home cause (I think) he wanted them to watch his game.
So he hurriedly drove back and forth to our gym, then started 3rd set again.
Then, at the middle of the game, he stopped playing naghuot na iya heart, tapos gidala siya dayun sa hospital. DOA. heart attack pud.

A ninang's father died pud on the spot after his tennis game kay nag drink ug cold Royal.


OT QUEstion: I do gym, threadmill. crossover or cardio exercises. Is it okay to take a hot shower while sweating pa?

Sad Escalator Stories.

Andrea Albright's head got caught between the escalator's handrail and the adjacent wall as she rode the escalator from the first to the second floor on June 15, 2002, a Saturday, while she was at work in the J.C. Penney store at the Mall in Columbia.. she died
her parent's filed a case against the establishement, they won.


From roommate - a three year old boy lost his foot because his shoe got stuck in the escalator, They were not able to pull it out na,
                        My friend heard the cries of the boy and his mom.  This one happened at Robinson's Place Cebu.
                       

- the incident happened at SM Cebu Northwing last August 06, 2008. A boy suddenly shouted because his hand got stuck sa elevator kuyog iya papa. A split second lang jud nga wala nabantayan sa dad. Good thing, na kuha nila ang hand. but there is no update yet if the boy was able to keep his hand or not. I  have pictures . Heads up everyone! Please, keep this circulating...

You walk across the parking lot, unlock your car and get inside.
You
start the engine and shift into Reverse.

When you look into the rearview mirror
to back out of your parking space, you notice a piece of paper stuck to the
middle of the rear window. So, you shift into Park, unlock your doors, and
jump out of your car to remove that paper (or whatever it is) that is
obstructing your view.
When you reach the back of your car, that is when the car jackers
appear out of nowhere, jump into your car and take off.


They practically mow you down as they speed off in your
car.  And guess what, ladies? I bet your purse is still in the car.
So now the car jacker has your car, your home address, your money, and your keys. Your home
and your whole identity are now compromised!

BEWARE OF THIS NEW SCHEME THAT IS NOW BEING USED....

If you see a piece of paper
stuck to your back window, just drive away. Remove the

Cebu-based American basketball player Daryl Smith died the other day of heart attack. He was 53.

The 6-foot-9 Smith, a former PBA import, was playing hoops in Liloan on Tuesday night where he suited up for Team Consolacion in an exhibition match against the Liloan-based Designer of coach Edcel Vallena.

Sources at the Mandaue City Hospital where Smith was pronounced dead on arrival did not categorically state the cause of death, but confirmed it was a heart failure due to over fatigue.

Smith just came from Bohol that day where he played as import for some local teams and then proceeded to Liloan that night.

Vallena, whose team won, 82-76, said that during the game, Smith went out of the gym with five minutes left in the third period. He said Smith played briefly in the final quarter but did not return until the end of the game and was just sitting on the bench.

Upon going home to Consolacion, Smith complained of chest pains so his teammates Gilbert Demape and Arturo Pepito Jr. rubbed him with a pain reliever, which somehow soothed Smith.

After a shortwhile, they went out for hot noodle soup and it was on that instance that Smith collapsed. While some of his teammates were scared, Pepito picked up Smith and brought him by the ambulance to the Mandaue City Hospital, but efforts of reviving him failed.

Smith played a key role in various championships of the M. Lhuillier Jewelers in the commercial derby.

His passion for basketball continues that he earned a living by playing as import in provincial tournaments especially in Mindanao. (GGM)

    It happens in Singapore - Waterloo Street . A 10 year old boy, had eaten pineapple about 15 days back, and fell sick, from the day he had eaten. Later when he had his Health check done... doctors diagnosed that he had AIDS. His parents couldn't believe it...Then the entire family under went a checkup... none of them suffered from Aids. So the doctors checked again with the boy if he had eaten out...The boy said 'yes'. He had pineapple that evening.

    Immediately a group from the hospital went to the pineapple vendor to check. They found the pineapple seller had a cut on his finger while cutting the pineapple; his blood had spread into the fruit.

    When they had his blood checked...the guy was suffering from AIDS...but he himself was NOT aware. Unfortunately the boy is suffering from it now. Please take care while u eat on the road side.
