What sickens me the most, Glacier, is when people make accusations on their brothers with the INTENT to publicize it and the intent to destroy that person.

It is unfathomable.

There is NO NEED to spread things.

Walay batasan ang mga tao nga think like that!

Sick pood ilang dughan! Dili sila ma luuy? Private material is private material.

Ngano man mo sud-sud man pood ang uban? Nga dili man sila involved? Ug sila galing--dili man sila gusto i pa touched kai gusto sila sa ilang privacy.

Pero QUICK ra kaayo sila mo condemn sa others and destroy their character!!

LORD GOD HAVE MERCY ON THEM!

MAY THE LORD GOD HAVE MERCY ON YOUR SOUL!

HYPOCRITES!

Romans 3:23 answers everything.
"For all have Sinned and fall short of the GLORY OF GOD."

The temptation to sin and to err is abounding, in this world. This world belongs to the devil. The temptations of sin: in the pride of life, of the lust of the flesh, to incline ear towards false rumors, to spread information in the intent to destroy the character of an individual. To destroy life, to take life, to commit adultery, to steal, to connive, to envy, etc.

All of these are sins. All of these are things that we all will be tempted to commit. And anyone who denies so is not only a liar, but being self righteous. No one is righteous before the LORD GOD--who ALONE is Righteous.

---

The problem comes when individuals incline their ears to sin more than they do to do good, the malice in their hearts, the jealousy in their minds and the wickedness to make  assumptions, and to destroy the character of people.

What is personal SHOULD BE KEPT personal. That is the meaning of TRUST.

Trust is always KEY. In any kind of relationship: Either it be marriage, friendship, parenthood, childhood, etc.

----

Satan only inclines himself when you give ear to his lies and his predelictions.

CHRIST SAVES.
CHRIST HAS ALL THE AUTHORITY.
IN HIM, all seraphims, cherubims, angels, bow.
All Creation Bow.
even satan, may GOD REBUKE him, cowers in fear.

Cheers!

Bible Study / On Vows To God
August 08, 2009, 02:48:46 AM
When vows are made to God, there should be no delay in paying them; God has a right to require payment in full, and to not pay is considered sin before God. It is better not to vow, in which case the person will not be held guilty.

Matt 5:33-37
33 "Again, you have heard that the ancients were told, 'You shall not make false vows, but shall fulfill your vows to the Lord.'
34 "But I say to you, make no oath at all, either by heaven, for it is the throne of God,
35 or by the earth, for it is the footstool of His feet, or by Jerusalem, for it is the city of the great King.
36 "Nor shall you make an oath by your head, for you cannot make one hair white or black.
37 "But let your statement be, 'Yes, yes' {or} 'No, no'; and anything beyond these is of evil.

James 5:12
12 But above all, my brethren, do not swear, either by heaven or by earth or with any other oath; but let your yes be yes, and your no, no; so that you may not fall under judgment.

As the moral climate of our society has been deteriorating, lying and deceit have become major problems. The business world is particularly plagued by this problem-men’s dishonesty with each other, meetings “forgotten”, company theft, promises not kept, contracts broken, etc. Lawyers have increased in numbers over the last decade, mainly because of irresponsibility and broken contracts among men due to lying and deceit.

The Lord has put on my heart the past few weeks a desire to learn more about the subject of lying and deceit. In the brief time I have studied it I have discovered that there have been volumes of material written on the subject of lying, not to mention the ethics and moral issues regarding lying. Therefore, in the time we have tonight, I can only scratch the surface on the subject of lying. What I have to say can no means be construed as the final say on the subject. I am not an expert, but the goal of my instruction tonight is to:

Look at the definition of lying

Determine at least one principle truth about lying which everyone would agree. We will do that by examining Scripture and looking at a couple of illustrations, one secular and one biblical

Show how applying this principle of truth can help us guard against a couple of common mistakes as to what constitutes a lie

Offer a couple of points of application

---

What does the Bible say about lying?

Col 3:9-10
9 Do not lie to one another, since you laid aside the old self with its evil practices,
10 and have put on the new self who is being renewed to a true knowledge according to the image of the One who created him

Lev 19:12
12'And you shall not swear falsely by My name, so as to profane the name of your God; I am the LORD.

Prov 25:18
18 Like a club and a sword and a sharp arrow Is a man who bears false witness against his neighbor.

Zech 8:17
17'Also let none of you devise evil in your heart against another, and do not love perjury; for all these are what I hate,' declares the LORD. "

Prov 14:5
5 A faithful witness will not lie, But a false witness speaks lies.

1 Kings 22:16
16 Then the king said to him, "How many times must I adjure you to speak to me nothing but the truth in the name of the LORD?"

Prov 19:5
5 A false witness will not go unpunished, And he who tells lies will not escape.

Deut 19:17-19
17 then both the men who have the dispute shall stand before the LORD, before the priests and the judges who will be in office in those days.
18 And the judges shall investigate thoroughly; and if the witness is a false witness and he has accused his brother falsely,
19 then you shall do to him just as he had intended to do to his brother. Thus you shall purge the evil from among you.

Rev 21:8
8 "But for the cowardly and unbelieving and abominable and murderers and immoral persons and sorcerers and idolaters and all liars, their part will be in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death."

Prov 19:9
9 A false witness will not go unpunished, And he who tells lies will perish.

Prov 24:28
28 Do not be a witness against your neighbor without cause, And do not deceive with your lips.

Ps 58:3
3 The wicked are estranged from the womb; These who speak lies go astray from birth.

James 3:14
14 But if you have bitter jealousy and selfish ambition in your heart, do not be arrogant and so lie against the truth.

Ex 23:1
1 "You shall not bear a false report; do not join your hand with a wicked man to be a malicious witness.

Prov 12:19
19 Truthful lips will be established forever, But a lying tongue is only for a moment.

A lying tongue is not only something God hates, it is also something that is an abomination to Him.

Prov 6:16-19
16 There are six things which the LORD hates, Yes, seven which are an abomination to Him:
17 Haughty eyes, a lying tongue, And hands that shed innocent blood,
18 A heart that devises wicked plans, Feet that run rapidly to evil,
19 A false witness who utters lies, And one who spreads strife among brothers.

So, if a lying tongue is something that is an abomination to our LORD, then would it not behoove us to understand what constitutes a lie?

Let us first give a definition as to what a lie is according to Webster’s dictionary:

To make a statement that one knows is false, especially with the intent to deceive.

To give a false impression or action or false statement, especially with the intent to deceive.

To make a false statement in order to evade the truth.

The invention of a false story or excuse in order to deceive.

lie2

lie (li) noun

A false statement deliberately presented as being true; a falsehood.

Something meant to deceive or give a wrong impression.

verb
lied, ly·ing (li ing), lies

verb, intransitive

To present false information with the intention of deceiving.

To convey a false image or impression: Appearances often lie.

verb, transitive

To cause to be in a specific condition or affect in a specific way by telling falsehoods: You have lied yourself into trouble.(1)

de·ceive

de·ceive (di-sev) verb
de·ceived, de·ceiv·ing, de·ceives

verb, transitive

To cause to believe what is not true; mislead.

Archaic. To catch by guile; ensnare.

verb, intransitive
To practice deceit.

Love Talk / Re: Single Women, Married Men

This topic is interesting.

As attractive as a woman or man is --if they are married, a single individual should already turn their eyes away.

Once they are married, they do not exist anymore. For they are made ONE with their spouse. Before the eyes of God.

Anyone (single or not) who tries to influence a married man or married woman for sexual (immoral) measures is guilty of adultery.

That is a Mortal Sin. "THOU SHALL NOT COVET A MAN'S WIFE"

One of GOD'S 10 commandments.

Stop! Begone Satan!

Married men tend to be settled, educated, established, secured.
Their bases are 'covered'.

The nest is established.

As a result, a younger woman cannot help but dream of 'nestling' in that nest. And having the older bird fertilize her eggs.

Stability, strength, and provision attracts a woman. Women subconsciously think with their eggs. They look for a successful man, established man, to provide for her needs and the needs of a hypothetical family.

Bible Study / Prayer For Healing
August 07, 2009, 07:44:10 AM
(I ask all of you to join me in this prayer, recite it before you go to sleep, or in your offices as you read it, thanks).

Most gracious and loving JESUS,
Lord, for all the actions that we may have done to others or for the harm others have done and commited on us, give us the grace and the power to forgive ourselves for our actions, words said, as well as the actions and words of others. For our tresspasses and for those who tresspass against us. Love Most Pure, oh Heart of Jesus, who sees through my soul and my heart--look not on me, a PITIFUL SINNER, but on the pure intent of my prayer. Lord I am reminded by your MESSAGE to ME: Whosoever knocks --and the door shall be opened unto you, whosoever seeks shall find, whosoever asks and it shall be GIVEN to him.

Lord, I ask, I seek, and I search for healing power. The power that comes from You and You ALONE.

LORD JESUS, most beloved, heart of all hearts, have mercy on us.

I plead the blood of Christ Jesus on me and my family and friends. To protect me and my family and friends from the crown of my head to the soles of my feet from all the evile and harsh words of others, and vile and wretched curses of others. Lord Jesus protect us with your Saving Grace. Empower us with you Saving Grace. And Motivate us with your Saving Grace.

Lord, Heal us. Jesus Heal us.
Lord, strengthen us. Jesus make me strong.
Lord, forgive us. Jesus clean us.

This I ask and pray in the NAME of my Lord and Saviour JESUS CHRIST.
AMEN.

Life is filled with ups and downs, trials and glorious struggles that define the character of the person.

You are a survivor woman, Ate Raquel. And your son, I am sure, will pick this same trait from his beloved mother, as well as from his beloved father.

My message to baby Jacob Anthony:

Hello Ondoy Jacob!
My little dear one, you are a big baby! And a blessing to your parents who love you, definitely. I am happy to see that you are a big boy, Ondoy Jake. I still remember talking to your mother here when she was only in her 1st and 2nd trimester of pregnancy. And now, here you are, fully formed, and a healthy strong baby boy!
Ondoy Jacob, you are a handsome little man. May you always bring smiles to your family, your friends, and enjoy the full blessings of youth, and life.

My eyes are glad to see you. You are a little darling. :)
May the Lord God always bless you, watch over you and keep you.
May the Lord God watch over your steps, your wakings and your sleepings.
May the Lord God grace your parents to raise you and discipline you towards righteousness. And to Love and Fear the LORD GOD.

You be good. And someday, to love and care for your mother.
To never forget how much she sacrificed for you, cared for you, and loved you.
Be good, little man. :)

Love,

Quote from: Gener on August 05, 2009, 06:23:54 PM
The best mathematical equation I have ever seen:
1 cross + 3 nails= 4 given.

We were called to be witnesses, not lawyers or judges. Instead, don't put a question mark where God put a period. God Himself does not propose to judge a man until he is dead. So why should we? None among us is rightheous, not even one.

For people of other faith maligning others of their faith as sinners, we should all remember that it is easier to preach ten sermons than it is to live one.

Brother Gener,

Your message reminded me of the sermon on hypocrites and Pharisees that the LORD JESUS CHRIST preached about.

It reminded me of the would be stoners of Mary of Magdalene.

"Those of you who have not sinned, MAY cast the first stone."

All the stones dropped. For none were born without sin.

CHRIST JESUS! AMEN!

:)

Instead of condemning others, we should share with them Scriptural Truths (even if the truths and message does hurt them, but Truth is Truth. Christ will Preserve Us despite the protest).

Remember lang. Nothing in life is easy.
Living a Virtuous Life is nevery easy.
Abiding by The WORD is never easy.
For Sin and the devil will always try to injur us. May GOD rebuke him.
But it is up to us to be not only hearer of the WORD but to be DOERS as well.
Even if it is hard, we should be pro-active.
Its not easy, but we have to. Hear and Do.
Do and Hear.

Christ will Preserve Us.
No matter what the obstacle.
And pick us up even if we falter.

Reminds me too of the verse when Jesus was walking on water.
Peter went to the waters as well--and walked on the waters.
But when his faith was tempted by the waters and the storms (referring to the sins of life) his faith was faltered. And he begun to sink.

Here merely said, "LORD SAVE ME!"

Jesus picked him up with HIS hand, and raised him from the waters.

----

So when you are having a hard time...
be like PETER
"LORD SAVE ME!"

:)
#36626
We may be tempted by sin and the grievance to sin.
Satan may push us with one hand,
BUT REMEMBER!

Christ Jesus is holding us with BOTH hands, the very hands that he was nailed to the cross. OUT OF LOVE OF YOU AND I.

No LOVE can compare to JESUS' CHRIST LOVE.
His LOVE is LOVE SUPREME.
HIS LOVE CALLS US TO HIM.

#36627
Absolutely!

No one should condemn. No one should say we are better than the othe.
However, we should try to remind when some things are sins if the Spirit declares you to expound on it. Remember that Scripture is used as a tool to teach and preach, and a tool ot use to build faith and to correct one another. For love of one another.

Most of all, we should always pray for ONE ANOTHER.
That is the best way. For prayer can pierce through the soul.

----

Remember guys, even if we are INNATE SINNERS, we must and should always hunger and thirst after RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Christ Preserve US!

Bible Study / Re: Unsa ang indulhensya?
August 05, 2009, 06:34:36 PM
Coming to the proof of this doctrine, we find, in the first place, that it is an integral part of the great general truth which we name the communion of saints. This truth is the counterpart in the supernatural order of the natural law of human solidarity. Men are not isolated units in the life of grace, any more than in domestic and civil life. As children in Christ's Kingdom they are as one family under the loving Fatherhood of God; as members of Christ's mystical body they are incorporated not only with Him, their common Head, but with one another, and this not merely by visible social bonds and external co-operation, but by the invisible bonds of mutual love and sympathy, and by effective co-operation in the inner life of grace. Each is in some degree the beneficiary of the spiritual activities of the others, of their prayers and good works, their merits and satisfactions; nor is this degree to be wholly measured by those indirect ways in which the law of solidarity works out in other cases, nor by the conscious and explicit altruistic intentions of individual agents. It is wider than this, and extends to the bounds of the mysterious. Now, as between the living, no Christian can deny the reality of this far-reaching spiritual communion; and since death, for those who die in faith and grace, does not sever the bonds of this communion, why should it interrupt its efficacy in the case of the dead, and shut them out from benefits of which they are capable and may be in need? Of very few can it be hoped that they have attained perfect holiness at death; and none but the perfectly holy are admitted to the vision of God. Of few, on the other hand, will they at least who love them admit the despairing thought that they are beyond the pale of grace and mercy, and condemned to eternal separation from God and from all who hope to be with God. On this ground alone it has been truly said that purgatory is a postulate of the Christian reason; and, granting the existence of the purgatorial state, it is equally a postulate of the Christian reason in the communion of saints, or, in other words, be helped by the prayers of their brethren on earth and in heaven. Christ is King in purgatory as well as in heaven and on earth, and He cannot be deaf to our prayers for our loved ones in that part of His Kingdom, whom he also loves while He chastises them. For our own consolation as well as for theirs we want to believe in this living intercourse of charity with our dead. We would believe it without explicit warrant of Revelation, on the strength of what is otherwise revealed and in obedience to the promptings of reason and natural affection. Indeed, it is largely for this reason that Protestants in growing numbers are giving up today the joy-killing doctrine of the Reformers, and reviving Catholic teaching and practice. As we shall presently see, there is no clear and explicit warrant for prayers for the dead in the Scriptures recognized by Protestants as canonical, while they do not admit the Divine authority of extra-Scriptural traditions. Catholics are in a better position.

Reference to Prayeres for the Dead: (to answer Angie's question)

---
Passing over the well-known passage, 1 Corinthians 3:14 sq., on which an argument for purgatory may be based, attention may be called to another curious text in the same Epistle (15:29), where St. Paul argues thus in favour of the resurrection: "Otherwise what shall they do that are baptized for the dead, if the dead rise not again at all? Why are they then baptized form them?" Even assuming that the practice here referred to was superstitious, and that St. Paul merely uses it as the basis of an argumentum ad hominem, the passage at least furnishes historical evidence of the prevalence at the time of belief in the efficacy of works for the dead; and the Apostle's reserve in not reprobating this particular practice is more readily intelligible if we suppose him to have recognized the truth of the principle of which it was merely an abuse. But it is probable that the practice in question was something in itself legitimate, and to which the Apostle gives his tacit approbation. In his Second Epistle to Timothy (1:16-18; 4:19) St. Paul speaks of Onesiphorus in a way that seems obviously to imply that the latter was already dead: "The Lord give mercy to the house of Onesiphorus" -- as to a family in need of consolation. Then, after mention of loyal services rendered by him to the imprisoned Apostle at Rome, comes the prayer for Onesiphorus himself, "The Lord grant unto him to find mercy of the Lord in that day" (the day of judgment); finally, in the salutation, "the household of Onesiphorus" is mentioned once more, without mention of the man himself. The question is, what had become of him? Was he dead, as one would naturally infer from what St. Paul writes? Or had he for any other cause become separated permanently from his family, so that prayer for them should take account of present needs while prayers for him looked forward to the day of judgment? Or could it be that he was still at Rome when the Apostle wrote, or gone elsewhere for a prolonged absence from home? The first is by far the easiest and most natural hypothesis; and if it be admitted, we have here an instance of prayer by the Apostle for the soul of a deceased benefactor.

I have read that the confession as a sacrament gives us the chance to reconcile with God, but we still have the burden for committing sins, here come indulgence in view.  Indulgence compensate for the consequence of our erring. This saves us from purgatory partly or full. ako sang pangitaon ang complete text to share it with you.
God is love for He always gives us the grace to stay near Him, and if we stray we are still welcome in His fold.

The Sacraments are necessary. And they help in the building of a Greater and Wider view of one's faith. It is necessary for faithful relationship with God. And most of all--for the Salvation of the Eternal Soul.

The Eternal Human Soul.

Yes, that is covered in the Doctrine of: Communion of Saints.

We are reminded always to pray for each other: the living and the dead.
For prayers are sent to the Throne of Grace. This is COMPLETELY covered in the Doctrine of Communion of Saints.

Council of Trent (Sess. XXV), "that purgatory exists, and that the souls detained therein are helped by the suffrages of the faithful, but especially by the acceptable sacrifice of the altar", is merely a restatement in brief of the traditional teaching which had already been embodied in more than one authoritative formula -- as in the creed prescribed for converted Waldenses by Innocent III in 1210

hehe, no one is righteous. We are all sinners~ Romans 3:23 "For all have Sinned and Fallen Short of the GLORY OF GOD."

Tho we may be sinners, we are innately drawn to Righteousness ofGOD.
(God is the only one who is RIGHTEOUS)
We are drawn to HIS RIGHTEOUSNESS.

That is why we must hunger and thirst after RIGHTEOUSNESS. :)
hehehe! JESUS AMEN!

:)

Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled.
--Matthew 5:6

What does it mean?
To thirst after righteousness is to desire the testimony of the Holy Ghost. As we read the words of the Holy Scriptures we let our hunger lead us to the meal of righteousness. But our hunger should not be appeased by this. Filled with the facts from the Scriptures we should thirst after the wonderful confirmation of the Spirit. Not until the Holy Spirit testifies to the soul of man is he truly filled by all he has read and felt, and the promise of Jesus is fulfilled.

So when there are some condemnatory Christians (as i would call them hypocrites), that come to you--referring to the Roman Catholics in here--and say that we do not read the Bible and that the RCC is not 'bible based'. You can easily refute that weak defamatory and LIE.

It was the Holy Roman Catholic Church that compiled and organized the Holy Bible.
The very bible was written by Early Church Fathers. eg, Matthew, Mark, Luke, John.

The authority that comes to the Church. The Holy Roman Catholic Church.
The very Church that compiled the bibles---when writing it in hand was the only way and method of replicating the works. Thanks to the works of the monastic monks and scholar monks.

That is why the CATHOLIC BIBLE is the FULL BIBLE. Its contents have not changed since the day The Catholic Church compiled it in 5th Century AD.
The Protestant Bibles, on the other hand, have been stripped of some old books in the OT (old testament) and the wordings have changed.

The Complete Bible = The Catholic Bible.

The beauty of it all, is that if you go to the Vatican Libraries, you will see all the written texts that have preached and worded the same message that the CHURCH today reiterates. 2000 years ago to today. Still the same.

Some will say the Catholic Church is 'too conservative' for today, 'it must change.'
NO!
It preaches the very same message it it preached since Pentecost.
Christ came to this earth not to preach what is 'good to hear'. Christ came to this world for the Salvation of Souls. And TRUTH will never be popular.
Lies are popular. Satan makes sure of that. May the LORD GOD rebuke him!

Its simple. really. Its all about faith.
Faith in TRUTH.

God Bless.

Protestant arguments is weak and nullified in regards to Catholica Apostolicum Ecclesiasticum.

The notion of Sola Scriptura as basis to refute: SACRAMENTUM POENITENTIA is absolutely weak and is nullified.

Sola scriptural (protestant ideal) is in itself flawed. Flawed in that it opens the reader to make personal and even sometimes heretical interpretations of Scripture. Scripture was written by the Church Fathers to lead and believe in a certain way--which is APOSTOLIC--if you analyze SCRIPTURE completely and not w/ a personal notion.

Scripture, was written and compiled to complement and reinforce CHURCH TRADITION.
The Two are INSEPARABLE.
To even try to argue with the HOLY ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH on scripture is nonesensical.
ROMANUM CATHOLICUM ECCLESIASTICUM was the one that wrote the Holy Bible. And Compiled it. We observe this in the Communion in Trent and in later meetings.

The source and foundation of THE BLESSED WORD
was given to the ROMAN CATHOLIC CHURCH--which has Spiritual and Divine Authority.
Given to The Church by CHRIST Himself.
The POWER TO BIND and to LOOSE.
What is bound is bound. What is lost will be lost.

I hope that answered you question, Manay H.

Indulgence:

This is the remission of sins after receiving and partaking of: Sacramentum poenitentia (Sacrament of Penance).

Indulgence is required after committing sin. Remember that there are 2 types:
1. Mortal Sin (grave and requires purification)
2. Venial Sin (sin that is overall)

We are reminded by the Doctrine: (Communion of Saints)
-that sin, either it be Mortal or Venial must be confessed.
It must. For the remission of your sin, you must confess this to a priest, and recieve and partake of penance.
-However, in Doctrinal Authority of Communimum Sanctrix; each and everyone of us is united in Christian Communion and Christ is the Head of the Patriarchal Table.
We must pray for one another, forgiving one another, and at the same time, seek indulgence for the remission of sin.

This Sacrament has been in existance for over 2,000 years.
And has been kept in practice, as it has been an essence of Catholic Doctrinal Christianity. It was part of the Church Tradition and Teaching--that affirms in Scripture since the days of the Early Church Fathers. A tradition that existed 4 centuries before the Catholic Church compiled and wrote the Holy Bible.
Do note that the Catholic Church compiled the bible as a means to complement Church Tradition.

There is no ifs/ands/ or buts about it.

Anonymous Diary Blog / Re: Blowing Some Steam
August 05, 2009, 03:57:48 PM
Dear Blog Diary,

Today was an especially hard day at work and at school. Dealing with all this stress has been definately multifaceted and two-edged. 1) Understanding the perplexities of work and the infinite possibilities given to us in the medical profession. Stress incarnate. :)
2) Accepting and totally getting used to the beautiful struggles of life.

One thing, blog, that I have come to terms and acceptance throughout the duration of my medical studies is this:
1. YOU CAN'T LEARN EVERYTHING.
    a) as much as I have put into the learning and understanding of the materials included: anatomy, physiology, histology, embryology, medical legal ethics, human genetics, clonal morphism, pharmacology, pathology, pathoimmunology, micro-immunology, pathophysiology, Psychiatric Medical Science, Neurology, Clinical Neurosurgery, etc.----there can never be a way to know everything.
I accept that now. There are times when earning a 85% on an examination or even a 90%+ is acceptable. There is no way we can always achieve that 100%.
Perhaps in college--yes, but in medical school---where I am amongst very learned and accomplished colleagues, I must admit that I pale in comparison. Normal amongst these learned individuals.

   b) GOD IS EVERYTHING.
b1) Studies and stress and the tests that have come to challenge my resolve and my understanding has ONLY strengthened my faith. To know that MY LORD JESUS CHRIST is above all things. The writer and creator of this study: MEDICINE.
He is the eternal physician. The healer of all things. Spiritual and bodily.

    c) I AM NOTHING but DUST.
c1) I accept the fact that I am nothing; nothing before the site of MY GOD. I am and will always be dust. Dust like all of us. But am justified, tho I am dust and ash, by MY LORD JESUS CHRIST to do what must be done, to finish what must be finished, to study what must be studied, to heal what must be healed, to infer what must be inferred upon, to correct what must be corrected--in this life that HE has given me. To use the MIND AND BODY that HE has GIVEN me.

   D) GLORIFY THE LORD GOD
and so I end this promt contemplation of these events in my life.
That so long as I have a breath in my body, so long as I am awakened every day by the rising of the sun and promted to sleep by the setting of the sun---I will give--and will always give GLORY and SHOUT OF THANKS to my LORD JESUS CHRIST.
Who is my COMPLETE and TOTAL justification in Life.
In pains, I give to Jesus.
In success, I thank Jesus,
In accomplishment, I sacrifice it all to Jesus.
In sadness, I seak HIS face
In testing times, I abide by HIS WORD
In times of greatness, I give everything, and all to JESUS.

I am nothing, but Dust.
But because my LORD loves me, I am a dust that recognizes my own sin and recognizes the POWER AND HONOR of my LORD JESUS CHRIST. GLORIFY HIM! LORD! AMEN be to YOUR GLORIOUS NAME!

A dust in CHRIST,
Bran Lorenzo

How could you do this to us?
To me?

Very much, indeed, I am in pain to know that you were involved in this situation, and I still am having a hard time trying to fathom that you could do something like this. I love you very much, lady, you know who you are.

I care so much about you, worried so much about you, and to know that you were involved in this situation, I cannot come to terms with this. Though I have to.

I could be beaten by a stranger, be stabbed by muggers, or be spit upon by antagonists and enemies. All of those I would rather choose than be back-stabbed by one who I hold close to my own heart. Who I love. And I do love you. For you to spread or aid in spreading these lies--to hurt my good friend Mike, is unbelievable for me. Unbelievable.

Christ Jesus strengthens us and tests our resolve, but to be betrayed and to hear that something so deceitful and so melodramatic could come from you? How could you do this.

First of all, you know that I hate chissmiss. I hate it. I have no tolerance for it, nor do I have much respect for those who spread false and negative chissmiss about others---at the expense of the character and feelings of the other party.

You have sinned. You have erred. You have hurt me, and most of all, our family in here.

But I will not give up on you. No. i will not complete close my doors to you. Because I do love you. And I do care for you, lady.

I forgive you, most of all, I pray for you. I cannot stay angry at you---but I want you to know--that the hurt that you have caused me, though I want to forget it, I don't think i will be able to forget this. I hope you can have the strength to ask for forgiveness to those whom you have hurt.

I do pray for you. Please know that I have forgiven you and those involved.

But we must deal with consequences for our actions. Remember that.

Firmly,
Bran Lorenzo

Think about it lang, brothers and sisters in Christ.

Throughout the 2 thousand years of Christendom, it is the Holy Roman Catholic Church that has spearheaded the Christian Faith to the world. No one can argue that Roman Catholicism was and is Christianity until the Schism between Orthodoxy and Catholicum. And in later ages, the Protestant Split.

Despite our challenges, despite the severance, the Roman Catholic Church remains strong. In firmament to what it has taught since the rising of Our Lord in Pentecost.
Our Church grows and numbers over 1 billion. For the salvation of Souls.

We defend Life, the living and the unborn. We defend peace, we defend colaboration and communion between our Protestant Brothers, who also share the adoration of the Blessed Word of God, and in the faith in Jesus Christ.

Ecclesiasticum Catholicum maintains constant dialogue with the United Methodist Church, Anglicans, Orthodoxy and other Christian Churches in an effort to abridge and folster common bond and brotherly adoration of the Blessed Word.

What makes me smile is the fact that even now, as we speak, there is a growing dialogue between Christian Orthodoxy and Roman Catholicism--in an effort to unite the Orthodoxy with The Holy Mother the Church.

Remember lang, when in dialogue with others who condemn you, merely pray for them. Establish dialogue, and read Scripture. For those who use scripture and Selectively pick and choose for the basis of condemnation can be refuted.

Be confident in the BLESSED WORD.
As Catholics, know that the Catholic Bible is the COMPLETE Bible.
It is the Holy Roman Catholic Church that compiled the bible,
It had and still has the authority--it had the authority to compile the WORD OF GOD,
as it has the authority to voice out its concern for the matters of Christian Virtue--and the Sanctity if Marriage and Human Life.
The very authority we, brothers and sisters, have come from CHRIST HIMSELF.
Amen!

So be confident in THE WORD.
Read Scripture.
Search Scripture.

The Holy Bible should be read daily.
And is there to complement Church Mass.

Read, Read, Read.
Discern.

Yours In Christ,

Brother Tigbao,

No matter what people say, they can never destroy the Ecclasticum Catholica.
There is no other church who bears such solid and legtimimized authority as that of the Roman Catholic Church. Whose very authority comes from the Very Keys that are signatured into the Pontifical Symbol, the banner of the Church.

The very Seat of Blessed Peter remains occupied, since the 1st century A.D.
The very basilica of St. Peter holds the remains of the 1st Apostle of Jesus Christ.
The very man whom Christ specifically asked 3 times to feed the Sheep.
The very man whom Christ Himself gave the Authority to be the foundation of the Church. What is bound is bound, what is lost is lost.

As it was given to us in the early Scriptures there were many who worked in the name of the devil to devise and divide. False ministries that work in the name of apostacy, and false authority. Whose main goal is leading the sheep into the wrong direction, promising salvation yet at the same time condoning actions that are DETESTABLE before the Eyes of GOD.

May the LORD GOD rebuke them!
For there are thousands upon thousands of heresies committed before the sight of the LORD GOD everyday. Thousands of them! Souls led astray! Salvation nullified.

It is now, in these times, that WE must take the sword of faith, and the breast plate and armour of GOD and preach and spread the TRUTH that was given to us, instilled to us by teachings and by Spiritual Conviction which comes to us as the Evangelization of of the WORD by the Holy Spirit.

We, as Catholics, are expected to spread the Word. Talk about it. And resound the very Truth that we hear in mass. For there is no other salvation but through Christ Jesus.

We speak not because we do so according to our own agenda, but we do so because we are convicted to do so by the Holy Spirit. Who lives within us, so long as we are willing to open our hearts and our minds to His presence and to His Word.

We cannot condemn, but we can only educate, we can provide a better and fuller answer. We can most of all, pray for ourselves and our brothers and sisters that are hungry and thirsting Righteousness of the WORD.

Better to suffer for and In the Name of the Lord,
than it is to garnish wealth and money and fame at the detestation of the LORD GOD'S Eyes.

Because I know this: There is a Last day of Judgment.
And the LORD will judge according to our words as well as deeds.
And HE has promised to sift the weed from the grain.

God Bless Us.
Hold Strong to Your Faith, brothers and sisters.
Especially in these trying times.

Lord Jesus,

today we think and contemplate on the Blessed Eucharist, the Holy Presence, and in adoration and supplication, we give our obeisance to thee, Lord.

Lord, who art Lord of Life.
Lord, who art the Author of Creation
Lord, who art the Center of All that is Good
And Justifier and Judge of all Things.

Lord who are the defender of the weak, and innocent.

Continue to provide within our soul and in our hearts the strength to find in the FAITH.
To continue to see not with our human eyes, but with the heart and through the soul.

For yours is the Power, the Kingdom, and Honor are yours. Almighty Father.

Be gentle and be kind to our sister, Raquel.
Lord,

Lord,
We ask you Father to bless this baby boy that will soon join us---in this Family of Humanity. To bless him, guide him, shower him with your graces, LORD.
Lord,
You who formed this little one inside his mother's womb--you who whispered in his ears to move, to kick, to jump in joy at the coming of his birth. The same kind of birth you yourself went through --at the womb of our Blessed Lady, The Virgin Mary--Mother of God.
Lord,
You who are creator of All Things, and are the eternal center of all that is Good,
grant peace and strength to Raquel to have safe and effective labor.
Bless her, Lord.
Bless her husband, Lord.
Bless her young ones , Lord.
Bless her entire family , Lord.
Most of all, Lord, Bless the little boy that will soon join us.

We lift up our prayers to the Throne of The Eternal Living God.

I LOVE this SONG!

Todos necesitan,
amor que nunca falla,
Tu gracia y compasión,
Todos necesitan,
perdón y esperanza,
de un Dios que salva

Cristo, puede mover montes,
Solo Dios puede salvar,
Mi Dios puede salvar,
Por siempre, autor de salvación,
Jesús la muerte venció,
Él la muerte venció

Aun con mis temores,
Sé que me aceptas,
Una y otra vez,
Mi vida entera ofrezco,
Para seguir tus pasos,
A ti me rindo… (a ti me rindo)
En la tierra,
tu luz brillará, Cantamos,
por la gloria,
De tu majestad, Jesús

Charity, it is the ability to act on Grace. Grace made manifest.

Giving to the Lord back with what you made through the bounties and harvest that HE has provided for you, by HIS Good Graces. Praise to God!

Lord, you who give us our daily bread!
Thank You Lord!

Lord, you who strengthen us in our trials,
and give us reassurance unassailable.

For who can be against us when the LORD GOD is with us?
No One.

Charity~ act on it. So that you youself will be given charity by the LORD GOD IN HEAVEN.

Bible Study / A Letter from Fr. John A. Hardon, S.J

The Real Presence Eucharistic Education and Adoration Association is a gift of Divine Providence. I heartily approve the goal of this association. It perfectly reflects the mind of Pope John Paul II in promoting devotion to Our Lord in the Blessed Sacrament of the altar.

This association is putting into practice what our Holy Father has so strongly urged on the Catholic faithful in our country. The Holy Father states, "The year 2000 will be intensely Eucharistic: in the Sacrament of the Eucharist the Savior, who took flesh in Mary’s womb twenty centuries ago, continues to offer himself to humanity as the source of divine life." With the Archdiocese of Chicago as its center, this Eucharistic apostolate will spread, not only throughout the United States, but please God, throughout the world.

There was never a time in Christian history when the world needed to be educated in, faith in Christ, belief in the Real Presence in the Eucharist, more than today. It is the same Jesus who worked miracles in first century Palestine. He is ready to perform miracles of conversion in our day, provided we believe that He is here with us in the Blessed Sacrament.

The Real Presence Eucharistic Education and Adoration Association has a most promising future. It all depends on the depth of our faith.

In our Eucharistic Lord,
John A. Hardon, S.J

Think of the Blessed Eucharist. The Living Presence, The Holy Presence of the Eternal Savior Jesus Christ.

He is the TRUE Bread given to God from heaven. Not the manna that was given to the Israelites by God after the crossing of the Jordan.

Christ is the True Bread. And His true and real presence lives in the Eucharist.
He is there, waiting for you, for us, for all of us--sinners alike.

Ready for us to recieve Him. Recieve HIM today, open your soul to Christ.
Reveive HIM, brothers and sisters.

Pray with me.

O saving Victim, open wide
The gate of heaven to us below.
Our foes press on from every side;
Your aid supply, your strength bestow.

To your great name be endless praise,
Immortal Godhead, One in Three;
O grant us endless length of days
In our true native land to be. Amen

Plus, I was very honored to read his article and know that he was one of the Directors of the Medical Mission.

What an honor for anyone to read.

I am proud to know that there are great Doctors out there that hold true to the Hippocratic Oath of the Physician: To Help and Bring Health to the Ill Man.

He, Dr. Tiongco, is a living example of what a True Physician should be and aim to be.

Dr. Tiongo, I am so proud of you, sir! And for you, I am also proud of being a Boholano, and one who is walking in your footsteps!

God blessed Bohol with your presence!

God Blessed the Medical Field and the Pillars of Medicine for reminding us (doctors and medical students) of how a physician is supposed to act like, and think like.

You, sir, Doctor Tiongco, are a great Physician and Scholar. Just from my readings about you. :)

God Bless You, Doctor Tiongco!!
May you continue to heal more men!
God Bless the Tiongco Family!
#36669
He is a living example of a true Physician/Scholar !

A man who saves lives, and one who changes lives with his writings, which are inspirations to all of us, especially us who are unworthy medical students. :)

He is similar to that of my grand uncle (Papa Hans), Dr. Hermogines Ebuenga, M.D, who was the First Anesthesiologist in the entire Province of Bohol.

My Papa Hans was a humble man, pero mas bright kaayo.
Mao to an example of a bright Anesthesiologist/Scholar.

To which Dr. Tiongco is part of :)

hehehe. Go go go Doctors!

Hand Salute ko ni Dr. Tiongco!

Powerful article, and powerful message, Doctor!

Dont talk about others if you yourself don't want to be talked about.

I hate chissmiss, I hate it when people spread chissmiss.

One of the greatest warnings that Our Lord tells us and reminds us is talking about other people, and spreading false heresays.

How dare some people take light and entertainment on such issues, which are false. There is no room for it. There is no reason for it.

So for those who like their identity, and their privacy, also have the decency to respect others.

And for those who lie, please know that the LORD GOD rereserves the right to repay all your harm and wrongdoing.

God Bless all of you guys, all of us.
Be respectful and kind to one another.
Pray for one another.

And remember, that lies are lies. The father of lies is Satan.
So don't follow it.

Lest you burn in eternal perdition.

Christ Save All of us.

I give respect to Aquino. Her presidency was rivetted with multiple coup attempts.

Behind the facade of a weak widow-president in her nostalgic and iconic yellow dress, was the mind and will of an iron woman. Who garnished respect by even her political rivals.

In the end, she proved to be an able president, despite her inexperience in politics.
She, ultimately, walked the murky waters of the political puzzle, and did bring some kind of stability to the Philippines, from which future presidents could build upon.

I have much respect for Marcos, as well as Aquino. The struggle for law and order, and the necessity in maintaining democracy in that search for law and order. In a developing Asiatic State.

Ladies and gentlemn,

There is over 2,800 views in this thread.

Let us discuss about this!

This is a published article in the Allegheny College Journal on History, btw.

Shall we discuss?

I'd love to hear other's points of views on the matter. And on Filipino/Philippine National Discourse.

A reminder to all of you, all of you.

Keep these words to heart and to your soul. For theirs are the Word of God.

All the Glory, Honor and Praise belong to The Eternal Living God.

Brothers and Sisters,
Be Good.
Don't Lie.

----

Proverbs 6:16-19, "These six things doth the LORD hate: yea, seven are an abomination unto him: A proud look, a lying tongue, and hands that shed innocent blood, An heart that deviseth wicked imaginations, feet that be swift in running to mischief, A false witness that speaketh lies, and he that soweth discord among brethren."

Isaiah 59:12-13, "For our transgressions are multiplied before thee, and our sins testify against us: for our transgressions are with us; and as for our iniquities, we know them; In transgressing and lying against the LORD, and departing away from our God, speaking oppression and revolt, conceiving and uttering from the heart words of falsehood."

Jeremiah 9:3, "And they bend their tongues like their bow for lies: but they are not valiant for the truth upon the earth; for they proceed from evil to evil, and they know not me, saith the LORD."

Jeremiah 9:5, "And they will deceive every one his neighbour, and will not speak the truth: they have taught their tongue to speak lies, and weary themselves to commit iniquity."

Amen, rest in peace Madam President.

Her soul, am sure, has risen to the Gates of Heaven.
Where St. Peter will greet her and allow her entrance to Heaven.

She passed away in peace, and will be given a full Catholic Burial.

May her soul rest in peace, in union with Christ Jesus.
May she sing VICTORY EVERLASTING with all the angels and saints in Heaven.

I will not deny, President Barack Obama, The President and Symbol of State of the United States of America, the World's Hyper Power, literally the Strongest Man in The World, is a great orator.

He is a great speaker, very firm, and confident man.

I am a Republican, politically. But I have high respect and regards for Obama. I even voted for Obama, as I agreed with much of his policies. I do agree that this Great Nation deserves a Nationalized Health Care. :) To provide total coverage.

Obama's Presidency, I hope, will bring great honor and good graces to the Philippines.
I want a greater Manila-Washington cooperation.
More financial aid to the Philippines.
More economic relations with the Philippines.

Arroyo's good impression on Obama---can effectively increase medical importation from the Philippines :)

A single word from Obama, could influence the Department of Health and Security of the United States to increase importation of Filipino nurses, doctors, pts, ots etc~
To re-open the doors of the Filipino Medical Machine. :) hehehe

America, has alot to offer to the Philippines.
And at that, The Philippines has ALOT to offer the United States.

GOD BLESS THE AMERICAN AND PHILIPPINE EAGLES!
To Our Continued Eternal Alliance and Brotherhood!

The movie in itself was a fictious work of art. The same with :Angels and Demons.

The one solidifying factor: That even with protestantism, and other christian denominations, they still look towards the views of the Ecclasisticum Apolisticum Angelicum Catholica Dictum.

Catholic Doctrinal Authority.

The authority that wrote and compiled the HOLY BIBLE.
The authority that has the power to purge out demons,
The authority to provide and DOES provide the Body of Christ and Blood of Christ on daily basis. For Salvation of Souls.

The authority GIVEN BY GOD! to baptize in the name of God, in the spirit, in the word, and in the faith!

The authority that BEARS legitimacy by the very KEYS! That was given to Blessed Peter the Apostle. Et Primum Pontificex Maximus. THE FIRST POPE. Of the Eternal Holy Mother The Church: The Holy Roman Catholic Church.

The ORIGINAL and ONLY.

Hebrews 11:1
And what is faith? Faith gives substance to our hopes, and makes us certain of realities we do not see.

#36695
Prayer is not magic. Prayer is the manifestation of faith. Faith, in itself, does not require visualization, it is the communion between sinful man and GOD.

The umbilical cord of the soul to The Creator of All Things. FATHER GOD.

Prayer is a necessity. It builds faith, strengthens it, justifies it. The path of salvation.

Magic, does not exist. Liars and conjurers.

boang ra man siguro way prolema or maski boang naa sad problema mao na sila naboang ay nabuang nako hahaha

correct!

Psychotic symptoms include that landmark: Perfection, over-perfection.

We see this in OCD patients (obsessive compulsive disorder). Its a psychotic tendency due to increased dopaminergic activity in the brain, due to the inhibition of the inhibitor pathway, the COMT and MAO mechanisms in the neurological system.

The design of the human body is PERFECT, of course, as GOD THE FATHER, designed it himself, however, environmental factors, congenital defects and genetic predisposition has already predisposed each and everyone of us, human beings, to a certain deficiency. The degree of diciency and specificity varies from one another. But that general rule is guaranteed. It is called : Multi-faceted.

No one is perfect, the human body was designed to be finite. It cannot last, due to the natural process of decay and aging. As it was designed by GOD.

One cannot fully reverse aging, as the process includes: dementia, and psychotic disorders that follows the natural process of aging.

By that right, that physiological and anatomic LAW, no one is perfect.

None. But GOD.

:)

Find The Strength To Forgive

Sometimes, there are things and words that people say that hurt us, sometimes, the pain is unbearable to bear, and some of us are unable to forgive, or hold on to that deep hurt. It profits you nothing to hold on to the grudge, nor the pain, nor the pain of such actions. Let it go. Yes, let it go. Go now, go to the Tabernacle, and kneel before the Eucharist and ask for forgiveness and ask for solemn strength to move on. Give it all to Jesus. :)

Yes, Yes! To Jesus!
