Another new song that you introduced to me. haha.
Obsessed? No, not obsessed,..

Intrigued, yes. More like it.
And Adored.

Sensually speaking, some of us have partners/lovers that are silent in bed, some are loud, some are in between.

How do you tell your loved one that they are too loud? lol.

"Honey, i love you and all, but you're just too loud sometimes"
*PUNCH to FACE*

"Honey, i was just saying!!!"

*Woman smiles*

LOL
#34809
Sure there should. If both parties are willing, and both cannot cooperate anymore and union is beyond repair and spiritual remedy. Go for it.

Evade abuse.

I will share a secret ha,

I dated a woman who was 39 early last year. In the end, it didn't work out because of the distance, too much distance. For her, it was always a concern and wondering if I was flirting with younger women. She would barrage me with text messages etc. Sure 15 years difference is a big thing, but one thing I realize is that a woman stays physiologically/anatomically same.

Voluptuous body. One of the best partners Ive ever had.
K, you are very good. he he he

Fondly,
Lorens

I received an epiphany.
The stereotype is that medical students will make 'money' after school. ha, really?
Our salaries will be used to pay college loans, and interests.

lol!

Average Medical Student's Loan Debt upon finishing schooling:
~$250-300k.

My name is A. Lorenzo
I graduated from Allegheny College as a Summa-Cum Laude Honors Distinction.
With 2 degrees: bachelors in Biology and History. Class of 2008.

I am a 2nd year medical student (M.D) and working on a dual degree program, (combined M.D - Ph.D)
I am working on my Ph.D on Medical Epidemiology.

In the day I am a full-time student, on the side, I am the Medical T.A Instructor for Medical Anatomy Lab
at the SJSM College of Medicine.

When I am not studying medicine, I am volunteering at the local hospital systems ( i love to volunteer), I am a worship and song coordinator at our local Our Lady of Grace Roman Catholic Church. My hobbies include golf, fishing, testing and trying out different times of whine (i prefer red over white tho; tho chenin blancs touch me inside). I have a soft spot for puppies (german sheppards), I like to go boating with my friends when time allows.
I am a pathetic and hopeless romantic. I am emotional, though it is hidden within my hard surface exterior. I am very blunt, firm, honest, loyal, and swift in decision making.

I am very family oriented. I plan in practicing in the east coast (NJ-NY-PA region), but have plans in opening up a medical clinic/hospital in Bohol in the immediate future.

My favorite

Love Letter: Spring 1797

Josephine,

I love you no longer; on the contrary, I detest you. you are a wretch, truly perverse, truly stupid, a real Cinderella. You never write to me at all, you do not love your husband; you know the pleasure that your letters give him yet you cannot even manage to write him half a dozen lines, dashed off in a moment! What then do you do all day, Madame? What business is so vital that it robs you of the time to write to your faithful lover? What attachment can be stifling and pushing aside the love, the tender and constant love which you promised him? Who can this wonderful new lover be who takes up your every moment, rules your days and prevents you from devoting your attention to your husband?

Beware, Josephine; one fine night the doors will be broken down and there I shall be. In truth, I am worried, my love, to have no news from you; write me a four page letter instantly made up from those delightful words which fill my heart with emotion and joy. I hope to hold you in my arms before long, when I shall lavish upon you a million kisses, burning as the equatorial sun.

[Chorus]
Wha- wha- what did she say?
Mmmm whatcha say,
Mmm that you only meant well?
Well of course you did.
Mmmm whatcha say,
Mmmm that it's all for the best?
Of course it is.

[Verse 1]
I was so wrong for so long
Only tryna please myself (myself)
Girl, I was caught up in her lust
When I don't really want no one else
So, no I know I should've treated you better
But me and you were meant to last forever

[Hook]
So let me in (let me in) give me another chance (another chance)
To really be your man
Cause when the roof caved in and the truth came out
I just didn't know what to do
But when I become a star we'll be living so large
I'll do anything for you
So tell me girl

[Chorus]
Mmmm whatcha say,
Mmm that you only meant well?
Well of course you did
Mmmm whatcha say, (whatcha say)
Mmmm that it's all for the best?
Of course it is
Mmmm whatcha say,
Mmm that you only meant well?
Well of course you did
Mmmm whatcha say, (whatcha say)
Wha- wha- wha- wha- what did she say

[Verse 2]
How, could I live with myself
Knowing that I let our love go (love go)
And ooh, when I do with one chance
I just gotta let you know
I know what I did wasn't clever
But me and you were meant to be together

[Hook]
So let me in (let me in) give me another chance (another chance)
To really be your man
Cause when the roof caved in and the truth came out
I just didn't know what to do
But when I become a star we'll be living so large
I'll do anything for you
So tell me girl

[Chorus]
Mmmm whatcha say,

Well of course you did
Mmmm whatcha say, (whatcha say, whatcha say)
Wha- wha- wha- wha- what did she say

[Verse 3]
Girl, tell me whatcha said (said)
I don't want you to leave me
Though you caught me cheatin'
Tell me, tell me whatcha said (said)
I really need you in my life
Cuz things ain't right, girl
Tell me, tell me whatcha said (said)
I don't want you to leave me
Though you caught me cheatin'
Tell me, tell me whatcha said (said)
I really need you in my life

Better for a man to jump off a cliff or drown himself in the sea than to hurt his own beloved, whom loves him with an enduring heart.

Cherish your love and shower her with all that you can give...so that you are even worthy of her time and presence.

One could even say, the most educated live in quaint comfort but not in exceedingly material wealth.

A friend and close confidant, who is now in his 5th year Ph.D program for Russian History said to me once,
"Wealth is not in finances, wealth is in the comforts of life. You can live in meager finances, but be filled with wealth of family love, abounding friendships, and a wealth of God's Grace."

It hit me hard. And it sank down. Beautiful message.

It humbled me, you bet!

The theme song that was playing in my mind for 10 months after my break up.
For it took me a really long time to get over her.
And when I got over here, I was done with her.

All the letters I had written her, I requested that she burn them.
Or throw them to the river, as the feelings have efervesced into oblivion.
The feelings that were embedded between the lines were no longer in my heart,
as they were ripped from my heart. Betrayed, torn asunder, molested into nothingness,
purity impinged by the brevity of another man's gall to vanguish another man's perfected love.
A las! A Vast!

I don't ever want to feel that again, for it really hurt me.
The only way I got through this, and moved on was through Christ Lord.
Who strengthened me along the way.

And had better and Blessed plans for me.
So, despite this life-affecting experience, I continue in my march in Christ Jesus.
Who is my justification and my strength.
In HIM, I can do all things.

This is the song,
im sure many of you subscribe to the same,

One thing I have learned is this:

Control. Control one's feelings. It is as if I took my own advice, lol.
One time, my love asked me why I was ignoring her, when in fact i did not, and the night prior, we spent it together studying...

She asked me this because I was talking to a colleague at work, and she, being a 1st year medical student and I, a 2nd year medical student--have to go around doing presentations etc.

I had to tell her, "Baby, no one compares to you, don't be jealous of her because she does not even COMPARE to you. Who am I with right now? You or her?"

Then it hit me. Wow, deep.
This is deep.
Ive' never dated a girl this deep before.
So similar to me. That it scares the heck out of me sometimes.
Growing used nalang ko ani. he he he

Carmen, I think this is a good thing that i read your message of wisdom for me.
I salute, lady, for this much-needed message.

I am so very luoran, Carmen.
It takes very little to make me disgusted.
Especially when it comes to relationships, I guess my problem is that I expect alot from my lover/partner.
I give alot and go the extra mile. I love to give, i love to pleasure, I love to comfort her, I love to make her smile,
to see her smile and laugh, and enjoy herself...it fills me with so much satisfaction.

But the thing is, so do I. I expect alot in return. Always have.
I guess my hard experience with my first xgf really affected me in that it led to me building a wall so high,
and expectations so high, that very few women were able to scale it.
And even then, very selective ko in whom I will open my doors to my heart to.

I am like that. With friends, selective. With lovers, all the more selective.

But you know, you are right, sometimes we do meet people who are so like us, and are able to break through that 'wall' that it amazes one truly and completely. he he he he.

I am talking about my current girl friend right now. She is the exact copy of me, well almost (as there can only be one Lorenzo, we are all unique) he he.

But that said, i think that GOD has sent her my way for a reason. She is also very jealous. Much more than me.
-----

In my many relationships, many love partners, I have not met a woman like this one. Not one comes close.
:)

On a personal note;

There is one woman in my life that I choose not to talk to even if she gives me the time of day.
She was my first love, a high school love, and in the early days of my 1st year in undergraduate college.
She was the one whom I gave everything to, my heart, my soul, my body, my mind. Everything.
Emotionally and physically I gave her my all. Loyalty, and jealously gave everything to her.
And to find out that she was the one, the very person whom I least expected, was not being faithful to me.

Now, I, being a jealous lover, could not live with the fact that my own love would talk to another man.

I do not share. Nor do I expect or will allow something to go on underneath my perception and not do anything about it. My judgment was swift and clean.

To the imbecile who had the audacity in talking and making advances with my love, I dealt with him accordingly and respectfully. Man to man. In gentleman-like manner.

To my former love, I was hurt the most. Our last meeting was in the park by Scotland Run Natural Preserve, by the lake. We sat across each other.

My eyes were filled with tears, reddened with tears, asking her repetitively, "Why did you do this? How can you do this to me?" And for an hour or so I sat there looking at her, gazing into her eyes, searching for an answer.

She did not answer me, her eyes pointed down to the ground. In shame.

After some time (hours), as the sun began to set, I tought of the many times we sat to see the sun sets, the hands we used to hold, the kisses i gave her, the sensuality we shared, the love i gave her, and the love she gave to me. And the love that she threw away.

I took a deep breath, rose from the seat. Bent over to give her a kiss on the cheeks, while my eyes were still filled with tears and whispered to her, "I cannot continue this with you. I cannot forgive you. I wish the best for you, may you find your love of your life, surely, you are not the one for me."

I took off my promise ring. Placed it in her hand. And I walked away.

I was in the 6th grade. We just moved into our new house. My dad woke me up during Christmas, he was so very excited!

I went downstairs with my siblings, and to open our presents. It was then the new game system, Nintendo 64 and 2 new video games and controllers.

That morning, we played video games and our parents sat to see us play.
Love that feeling.

Poems and Poets / "Missing You And You're Not Gone"
November 07, 2009, 10:12:28 PM
Your words hit me,
I cannot help but cry in adoration.
My Love, how can I ever leave you?
How can I ever consider anything and anyone else when you say:-
"Albrando, sweetheart, I want you to know, that I am already missing you. You haven't even left the campus--and I'm already missing you so badly."

In response to your query and your statement,
I am really, really puzzled, shocked, amazed, satisfied, longing, enticed, wanting, enduring, cherishing.
All in one.
All these emotions act in unison. In symbiotic eloquence.

My love, yes, you are indeed my love,
Do not worry if I may be gone.
I may be miles away in rotations,
but my heart--my heart of hearts,--belongs to you.
And to YOU ALONE.

For I have given it to you.
To you and ONLY to you.
My letters written in pen express my devotion for thee,
express my longing to taste thy enraptured lips,
which conforms to my own, in testament to our purity of longing,
which by grace of the MOST HIGH LORD GOD,
bequethed that we be tested in our struggles for medicine.

Love, my sweet, my adored rose,
the one whom I would picked the nectarines of old for,
the one whom my total affection bequethes,
I am happy.

I am happy that you do miss me.
I rejoice in knowing this,
that the feeling I have for you,
is as deep as what you feel for me.
I rejoice in love,
I rejoice in our passionate parallelism.

My Love,
sweetheart of my bosom,
Wait for me.
Live in Me
And I in You.

I shall wait for you,
if you shall wait for me.

I shall cross the oceans for you,
if you cross the oceans for me.

I shall be your only one,
if you but be my only one.

Miss me, baby.
For I, too, am already missing you so crazily.

Baby, baby, baby, baby...
I can't get enough of you.

In Passion,
In Love,
Your Lover.

Poems and Poets / Write Me A Letter
November 07, 2009, 06:53:45 AM
Write to me a letter
etched by Sunday morning
sunlight,
centered in a room where
returning robins sing
of the sea-swung
palms and beaches of
Florida. Your chosen words
will glint beyond
their stony use and point
to the history we sense in night, that lore
drunk on nocturnal
breezes (the polyphony of sleep)
when cricket chords mesmerize
wall shadows stretched
tight from your feet
until they forget to be faithful to your body.
When your letter arrives,
I will memorize your words, rendering
your syntax so finely all will be forgotten except
your dancing beyond the ink-stains,
a game of pretend really,
as if you were always
in this room.

Ma init ang lawas kai mo vasodilate man atong blood vessels and mo emit of eosinophils ug mast cells. Kining mast cells, bro, mo release ni sila ug histamine. Ang role of histamine is to increae temperature, and pro-inflammatory effects.

To relieve this we give the patient anti-histamine or histaminase. Benedril, for example, can do just that.

"What does the Bible say about jealousy?"

Answer: When we use the word “jealous,” we use it in a sense of being envious of someone who has something we do not have. This kind of jealousy is a sin and is not characteristic of a Christian; rather, it shows that we are still being controlled by our own desires (1 Corinthians 3:3). Galatians 5:26 says, “Let us not become conceited, provoking and envying each other.”

The Bible tells us that we are to have the perfect kind of love that God has for us. “Love is patient, love is kind. It does not envy, it does not boast, it is not proud. It is not rude, it is not self-seeking, it is not easily angered, it keeps no record of wrongs.” (1 Corinthians 13:4-5). The more we focus on ourselves and our own desires, the less we are able to focus on God. When we harden our hearts to the truth, we cannot turn to Jesus and allow Him to heal us (Matthew 13:15). But when we allow the Holy Spirit to control us, He will produce in us the fruit of our salvation, which is love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness, faithfulness, gentleness, and self-control (Galatians 5:22-23).

Being jealous indicates that we are not satisfied with what God has given us. The Bible tells us to be content with what we have, for God will never fail or forsake us (Hebrews 13:5). In order to combat jealousy, we need to become more like Jesus and less like ourselves. We can get to know Him through Bible study, prayer, and fellowship with mature believers. As we learn how to serve others instead of ourselves, our hearts will begin to change. “Do not conform any longer to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God's will isâ€"his good, pleasing and perfect will” (Romans 12:2).

Vince,

do you have the fever, bro? It sounds like you are having symptoms of fever: inflammation, muscle cramps and headaches and temp increase.

For your sore throat, bro, drink ginger tea or any hot tea.
For your fever, take tylenol to reduce  your temperature and to relieve your headache.
Or if you can, take paracetamol (same as tylenol, i think paracetamol man ang brand dinha sa pinas).

Do take alot of vitamin C daily.
1000 mg at least every day. Eat oranges, lemonsitos, lemon, lime, etc.

Sleep regularly, and drink alot of fluids. Water, to be exact.
And maintain a good appetite.

I thought about this today, Ma'am Lee, as a person came up to me this week, this person is also a classmate.

This person, God bless her, said to me, "Al, why is it that you always end up getting leadership roles in our practical lab rotations?" I proceeded to try to uplift her by words of encouragement, but she said, "I don't want to hear it, dude. Why is it that students like you and the rest are so smart and don't really have to study hard. But students like myself have to work hard to just get by? "

I was really shocked in hearing this. Because in my time, I did not really think i am smart, in fact, i think i am just average. Her comment got me thinking.

I ended the conversation with encouraging words, and offered to help her study and reviewing with her if she needed help. But she looked on.

My word of encouragment to her was:
"D, don't worry on what i get or what others get, but worry about yourself. If you live your life comparing yourself to others, you will only focus on the negative situations. Don't put emphasis on the negative, but on the possibilities. The positive outlook."

----

Don't be jealous. Be glad what you have and what you will have through hard work in JESUS LORD.

Darling,

In the night i came to visit,
in the night you allowed me entry.

Thou didst prepare for me my favorite:
a cup of ginger honey tea.
With coconut cookies.

My favorite!

Not too sweet, not too hot, not too hard.
Just right.

With cup finished,
spirit lifted,
i prepared to leave.

Then you say, "Don't leave me yet."
I stop.
Turn to look,
and see your smile.
And stay.

So you have me hooked.
So I ask, "Can i have another cup?"

Why are some people “provoked unto jealousy”?

I suppose a catch-all answer, for what most people think of as jealousy, would be “because they have fear in their hearts.”

But then we must ask, "Fear of what?"

Perhaps fear of themselves: that they are not as good as someone else whom they, in turn, fear as being able to entice something or someone away from them; or that someone they supposedly love would look to that other person instead of to them.

Perhaps it's that they fear that others have more than they have, either in possessions or abilities; and thus they consider themselves inferior in some way.

Perhaps they are basically dishonest, and fear exposure by others who act righteously or with integrity.

And with this last thought, we enter the realm of another type of jealousy: that of being jealous for the righteousness of God.

This is the case with Joseph and his brothers, for they were provoked into jealousy by him, or because of him, as we shall see as we look at Genesis 37.

Let's begin by looking at the first four verses:

1. Now Jacob lived in the land where his father had sojourned, in the land of Canaan.

2. These are the records of the generations of Jacob.
Joseph, when seventeen years of age, was pasturing the flock with his brothers while he was still a youth, along with the sons of Bilhah and the sons of Zilpah, his father's wives. And Joseph brought back a bad report about them to their father.

Here we see the first instance of being provoked unto jealousy. Joseph wanted to do what was right before God and his father. He, in essence, was jealous for what was right and honorable, and he did what was expected of him at all times.

His brothers, on the other hand, knowing that their father was back at home and couldn't see them, probably did as little as they could, or did things contrary to the wishes of their father.

Thus, Joseph reported to his father these things that were happening behind his back.

3. Now Israel [Jacob] loved Joseph more than all his sons, because he was the son of his old age; and he made him a varicolored tunic.

Here we have the seed of another cause to provoke others unto jealousy: Jacob made a tunic only for Joseph, and not for his brothers, and he loved Joseph more than them.

Joseph may have deserved this tunic because his actions were unlike the actions of his brothers; but Jacob gave Joseph this tunic for another reason.

In either case, for the one who is unrighteous and fearful, the seeds of jealousy have been planted.

4. And his brothers saw that their father loved him more then all his brothers; and so they hated him and could not speak to him on friendly terms.

In other words, they were jealous of him.

Now we could speculate on how and why Joseph turned out one way, and how and why his brothers developed the character they had, but that isn't the point of this morning's discussion.

What we are looking at are the things that cause people to be “provoked unto jealousy.”

At the same time, we should try to put ourselves in the time and place of our study, and consider our own work ethic and whether we are like Joseph or like one of his brothers; or perhaps like Jacob, or even like all of them at various times in our own lives.

We also should consider how we would feel and behave in similar circumstances.

It is obvious from the Scriptures that God wants us to relate to Joseph; but we must also be honest with ourselves, as to who we really are, for God indeed sees us as we are, and we cannot fake being like someone else before Him.

And because Joseph was zealous, or jealous for the things of God, the Lord gave him two dreams, or visions of the future, that would comfort him during future events.

But the Lord, knowing that Joseph would relate these dreams to his family, encouraged Joseph's unrighteous brothers unto even greater jealousy, and thus hastened the fulfillment of the dream.

Let's take a look at the first of these dreams and the results, as recorded in Genesis 37:5 8.

5. Then Joseph had a dream, and when he told it to his brothers, they hated him even more.

6. And he said to them, "Please listen to this dream which I have had;

7. for behold, we were binding sheaves in the field, and lo, my sheaf rose up and also stood erect; and behold, your sheaves gathered around and bowed down to my sheaf."

8. Then his brothers said to him, "Are you actually going to reign over us? Or are you really going to rule over us?" So they hated him even more for his dreams and for his words.

If we look ahead in our Bibles to Genesis 42:6, we see that Joseph's brothers actually did bow down before him:

6. Now Joseph was the ruler over the land; he was the one who sold to all the people of the land. And Joseph’s brothers came and bowed down to him with their faces to the ground.

They were jealous of the wrong things, and so it came down upon their own heads, as does any unrighteous jealousy. It always back fires.

But now let's look at Joseph's next dream from the Lord (Genesis 37:9-11):

9. Now he had still another dream, and related it to his brothers, and said, "Lo, I have had still another dream; and behold, the sun and the moon and eleven stars were bowing down to me."

10. And he related it to his father and to his brothers; and his father rebuked him and said to him, "What is this dream that you have had? Shall I and your mother and your brothers actually come to bow ourselves down before you to the ground?"

11. And his brothers were jealous of him, but his father kept the saying in mind.

The Lord is still “provoking unto jealousy” by repeating the first dream in a different form, but this time including Joseph's parents.

Perhaps that is why Jacob kept all this in mind, for he knew that Joseph had a different character from that of his brothers, and that Joseph's dream could indeed have been from the Lord.

This is why it is so important for us to read and study the Bible, for it gives us a view of things as God sees them, from beginning to end.

We can look at all of the aspects of a situation, such as the case before us, and understand how God provokes and directs and uses the circumstances for His pleasure and in our best interest.

Let's jump ahead to verses 18-22, and see what this jealousy did to Joseph's brothers.

18. When they saw him [Joseph] from a distance and before he came close to them, they plotted against him to put him to death.

19. And they said to one another, "Here comes this dreamer!

20. "Now then, come and let us kill him and throw him into one of the pits; and we will say, 'A wild beast devoured him.' Then let us see what will become of his dreams!"

That's quite a drastic way to resolve jealousy, isn't it?

Yet, this is why half of the murders occur today.

In the midst of all of this jealousy, Reuben has a partial change of heart and realizes that his brothers have gone too far, as we are told in the next two verses:

21. But Reuben heard this and rescued him out of their hands and said, "Let us not take his life."

22. Reuben further said to them, "Shed no blood. Throw him into this pit that is in the wilderness, but do not lay hands on him" â€" that he might rescue him out of their hands, to restore him to his father.

Out of respect for their older brother, they listened to him; but as soon as he was gone, their jealousy and greed came to the surface again, and they sold Joseph to some Midianite traders, who in turn sold him into Egypt. (Genesis 37:26-28)

26. And Judah said to his brothers, “What profit is it for us to kill our brother and cover up his blood?

27. “Come and let us sell him to the Ishmaelites and not lay our hands on him; for he is our brother, our own flesh.” And his brothers listened to him.

28. Then some Midianite traders passed by, so they pulled him up and lifted Joseph out of the pit, and sold him to the Ishmaelites for twenty shekels of silver. Thus they brought Joseph into Egypt.

We don't have enough time to go into everything that happened to Joseph in Egypt, but let us realize that the Lord was with him through it all; and because Joseph was jealous for the Lord's righteousness, he eventually became the prime minister of Egypt.

It was in these circumstances that Joseph's brothers came to him to purchase food, and also when they fulfilled the prophecy of Joseph's dream by bowing down to him.

Joseph prospered because he was zealous for the Lord. His brothers didn't prosper, so that they would learn to humble themselves before God, and to recognize that the hand of God was present through all that happened.

In Genesis 50:18-21, following the death of Jacob their father, Joseph's brothers come before him in fear for their lives, because of what they have done; fear brought about by their unrighteous jealousy.

But note carefully how Joseph answers them, and consider in your heart if you would have answered them as does Joseph, if they had done to you what they did to Joseph.

18. Then his brothers also came and fell down before him and said, "Behold, we are your servants."

19. But Joseph said to them, "Do not be afraid, for am I in God's place?

Do we hear what Joseph is saying?

Condemnation is the responsibility of God, and not of men. If he takes revenge on them, he places himself in the position of playing God.

What Joseph does do, however, is to act in the Spirit of God, by loving his enemies and his brothers, who in this case, happen to be one and the same.

20. [And Joseph said,] "And as for you, you meant evil against me, but God meant it for good in order to bring about this present result, to preserve many people alive.

21. "So therefore, do not be afraid; I will provide for you and your little ones." So he comforted them and spoke kindly to them.

So, as for each of us gathered here today, let us go forth from here, looking at our own lives, as the Lord has allowed us to look at the lives of Joseph and his brothers; and consider for ourselves for whom are we jealous.

If we are jealous of others, or envious or covetous, we do not fully love, and we will not find any joy.

But if we are jealous for the Lord and His righteousness, then we should be filled with his love and have joy in our hearts, even through tough times, knowing with absolute certainty that the Lord has all good things planned for us in the future.

Live for the Lord, and don't worry about worldly situations.

God is indeed in control!

Amen.

Sigi lang ta hisgut ug  Jesus is the way to heaven pero daghan japun tag gihapitan, gikapyutan, giludhan ug uban pa.

There is a verse in the Book of Philippians, Chapter 2 that answers and addresses your concern, Dabinsi.

:Shining as Stars

12Therefore, my dear friends, as you have always obeyedâ€"not only in my presence, but now much more in my absenceâ€"continue to work out your salvation with fear and trembling, 13for it is God who works in you to will and to act according to his good purpose.
14Do everything without complaining or arguing, 15so that you may become blameless and pure, children of God without fault in a crooked and depraved generation, in which you shine like stars in the universe 16as you hold out[c] the word of lifeâ€"in order that I may boast on the day of Christ that I did not run or labor for nothing. 17But even if I am being poured out like a drink offering on the sacrifice and service coming from your faith, I am glad and rejoice with all of you. 18So you too should be glad and rejoice with me.
(Philippians 2:1-18)

With fear and trembling we must work out our own salvation. We must labor for it. Labor for it.
Nothing in life comes easy, its hard work as what Paul addresses us. And even if there are rocky roads and pebbles that come our ways, we must, MUST, continue toward the goal in Jesus Christ. Must and Always.

Realize, though, that living for Christ doesn't just mean that you say a prayer, get out of going to hell, and live the same life you always have. Salvation is an ongoing and life-long process. It is the daily pursuit of Jesus and a real relationship with him. It is dying to your own desires and living for God's desires. And the more your life is changed by the word of God, the more you will realize the goodness his ways bring to you and how unfulfilling the ways of the flesh are.

Beautiful. Beautiful.

To all who are called, if it is in accordance to HIS WILL, answer the call, if your heart responds in totality, then TRUST in HIS Guiding Hand.

------

Will you come and follow me if I but call your name?
Will you go where you don't know and never be the same?
Will you let my love be shown? Will you let my name be known,
will you let my life be grown in you and you in me?

Will you leave yourself behind if I but call your name?
Will you care for cruel and kind and never be the same?
Will you risk the hostile stare should your life attract or scare?
Will you let me answer prayer in you and you in me?

Will you let the blinded see if I but call your name?
Will you set the prisoners free and never be the same?
Will you kiss the leper clean and do such as this unseen,
and admit to what I mean in you and you in me?

Will you love the "you" you hide if I but call your name?
Will you quell the fear inside and never be the same?
Will you use the faith you've found to reshape the world around,
through my sight and touch and sound in you and you in me?

Lord your summons echoes true when you but call my name.
Let me turn and follow you and never be the same.
In Your company I'll go where Your love and footsteps show.

This is one of my favorite Catholic Hymnals to sing in Mass.

One of my favorites.

Perhaps some of you have heard it, sang it, rejoiced in the LORD with it.
Or perhaps this will be your first time hearing it.

Powerful song.

Enjoy!

A Beautiful and Classic Roman Catholic Hymnal, based on Psalm 23.

Shepherd me, O God,
beyond my wants,
beyond my fears,
from death into life.

1. God is my shepherd,
so nothing shall I want,
I rest in the meadows
of faithfulness and love,
I walk by the quiet waters of peace.

2. Gently you raise me
and heal my weary soul,
you lead me by pathways
of righteousness and truth,
my spirit shall sing
the music of your Name.

3. Though I should wander
the valley of death,
I fear no evil,
for you are at my side,
your rod and your staff,
my comfort and my hope.

4. You have set me a banquet of love
in the face of hatred,
crowning me with love
beyond my powr to hold.

5. Surely your kindness and mercy
follow me all the days of my life;
I will dwell in the house of my God
forevermore.

Priests are humans they have their sexuality, but they are priests since they are chosen and they undergo schooling on this matter plus they are spiritually guided. People also pray pray for them for added strength,
they should/must  walk the line.

Amen, Manay Tess.
I-ampohon nalang ni nato sa Ginoo.

God Bless all of us.

LORD, LORD, JESUS CHRIST, EMANUEL (GOD AMONG US), LORD JESUS CHRIST BE WITH US.
LORD do not abandon us.
In life, be with us,
In dying, call us to your heart of compassion.

Debt in the financial sense of the word is something that we should try to avoid if at all possible. There is no such thing as good debt. Sometimes it may be unavoidable but it is far better for us to try and live with the things we have and the things we can afford than to burden ourselves with ever-growing debt responsibilities. There are aspects of the economy of a nation and the world over which we as individuals have little control of. Let us try to avoid placing ourselves at the mercy of such forces.

Romans 13:8-10
8 Brothers and sisters: Owe nothing to anyone, except to love one another; for the one who loves another has fulfilled the law. 9 The commandments, “You shall not commit adultery; you shall not kill; you shall not steal; you shall not covet,” and whatever other commandment there may be, are summed up in this saying, namely “You shall love your neighbor as yourself.” 10 Love does no evil to the neighbor; hence, love is the fulfillment of the law.

Psalm 112:1b-2. 4-5. 9
R: Blessed the man who is gracious and lends to those in need.
1 Blessed the man who fears the LORD, who greatly delights in his commands. 2 His posterity shall be mighty upon the earth; the upright generation shall be blessed. (R) 4 He dawns through the darkness, a light for the upright; he is gracious and merciful and just. 5 Well for the man who is gracious and lends, who conducts his affairs with justice. (R) 9 Lavishly he gives to the poor; his generosity shall endure forever; his horn shall be exalted in glory. (R)

G O S P E L

When it comes to the bottom line, God asks us to give up everything for Him. Jesus clearly tells us in the Gospel that we must be prepared to do this or we cannot hope to be His disciple. Lucky for us that God does not abandon us if are unwilling to give up all for Him. He works with us until the time that we are willing to give all. This is when we become saints. If it takes death to forcibly remove the ‘things’ from our lives that stop us from following God fully, then so be it. However, the sooner we can let go of the world, the sooner we will find our lives under the full blessing of God.

Luke 14:25-33
25 Great crowds were traveling with Jesus, and he turned and addressed them, 26 “If any one comes to me without hating his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, and even his own life, he cannot be my disciple. 27 Whoever does not carry his own cross and come after me cannot be my disciple. 28 Which of you wishing to construct a tower does not first sit down and calculate the cost to see if there is enough for its completion? 29 Otherwise, after laying the foundation and finding himself unable to finish the work the onlookers should laugh at him 30 and say, ‘This one began to build but did not have the resources to finish.’ 31 Or what king marching into battle would not first sit down and decide whether with ten thousand troops he can successfully oppose another king advancing upon him with twenty thousand troops? 32 But if not, while he is still far away, he will send a delegation to ask for peace terms. 33 In the same way, everyone of you who does not renounce all his possessions cannot be my disciple.”

AMEN!

I shall not fear for my heart trusts in THE LORD.

I shall not fear for my faith is in the LORD

The LORD is my light and my salvation!
Whom shall I fear?

The LORD is my rock and my foundation, in HIS HANDS, I am protected and sheltered,
whom shall I be afraid?

The LORD provides for me day and night!
Whom shall I have to fear?

The LORD is the basket of my refreshment
The LORD is the protector, the ground in whom I stand.
The LORD is my staff in whom I lean on in times of trouble.
Ye, I may have troubles but the LORD shall deliver me.
For He is my LORD and my GOD.

In whom ALL GOOD THINGS come.

May the LORD grant me victory through all obstacles.
For I am encouraged and JUSTIFIED IN FAITH and SAVED in JESUS CHRIST WHO IS MY LORD AND SAVIOR.

I declare VICTORY!
Victory in Jesus Christ!
Victory in Jesus!
I stamp my foot on my enemies and the devil!
For I have VICTORY in Jesus Christ who is LORD!

2-5 % is a small minority compared to the 95-98% that are innocent of these crimes.

That 2-5% who have allowed their sins to take the best of them do not and will not represent the Roman Catholic Church. The minority does not represent the majority.

The Roman Catholic Church reprimands the priests that have committed such transgressions. So that it will not impede in ministering the Word of God to the faithful.
---

I think the recommendations and stance of the Tagbilaran Diocese is quite respectable, and stands in compliance with the Roman Catholic Church Dioceses around the world.

I stand with our priests.
God Bless them. May their tribes increase.
