A 96-year-old dad claims that he is the world's oldest father, according to an October 17 report from ABC News. The farmer from India believes he is the world's oldest dad for the second time.

The 96-year-old dad is Ramjit Raghav. He and his wife, Shakuntala Devi, who is 52, live in Haryana. Their youngest child is named Ranjeet, and he was born on October 5. Can you believe that this elderly man and this woman were able to have a child at their advanced ages? Two years ago, the couple had another baby together, so this is the second time they've been able to have a baby.

Ramjit Raghav said,

“"I didn't take any performance enhancers … I just prayed to go to complete my family, either a boy or a girl. . . With God's grace, our wish has been fulfilled."

It looks like the man got his prayers answered. Do you think he'll have more children? Could he end up being a dad at 100 or older? That would be astonishing.

The head of France 2 television apologised on Tuesday to Japan after a presenter's gag showed the Japanese national football team's goalkeeper with four arms and linking that to the "Fukushima effect".

After Eiji Kawashima helped Japan to a 1-0 victory over France in a friendly last week, a variety programme screened by France 2 showed a mock-up of the keeper with four arms, apparently in praise for him having kept a clean sheet.

But host Laurent Ruquier quipped that the extra limbs were due to "the Fukushima effect", a reference to the radiation leaks that spewed from the tsunami-crippled nuclear power station in March 2011.

The incident prompted an official complaint from Tokyo, with Chief Cabinet Secretary Osamu Fujimura describing it as "inappropriate" and saying it "hurt the feelings of survivors and hampers efforts toward reconstruction".

On Tuesday, France 2 director Jean Reveillon sent his apologies to the Japanese embassy and to Japanese Foreign Minister Koichiro Gemba, who was in Paris on Tuesday for an official visit.

"We are deeply sorry for having hurt your fellow citizens. Laurent Ruquier did not want to be disrespectful to Japan and the Fukushima victims," he said in a statement.

"In this humorous or satirical programme, our presenter was mostly trying to mock the French football team. In any case, given the emotions that this has sparked, France 2 presents its regrets and reaffirms our friendship to the Japanese people," said Reveillon.

In Denmark, one of the smallest countries in the world, size clearly matters: a website has invited men to send in photos of their private parts and the man with the smallest penis wins an iPhone.

The erotica site, Singlesex.dk owned by Morten Fabricius, 45, recently held a competition for the most beautiful penis, and now the time has come for the smallest member.

"The smallest is the extreme," Fabricius told AFP. "It's a competition which is weird and funny and almost too much."

"It's a competition which is at the core of manhood, the most important thing for a man. There are so many unhappy men out there, who think you have to have a giant penis, but it's not normal to have a huge one."

Fabricius said he hoped the funny and quirky aspect of the competition would enable people to poke a little fun at a sensitive subject, and give them enough courage to post images anonymously.

The rules are simple: send in a photo to the website with your erection and a measuring tape next to it.

The man with the smallest organ will win, but women will also crown a winner based on votes from the site's female members.

Those two will win an iPhone, and second and third prizes are an iPad 3, Fabricius said. The competition runs until January 31, 2013.

"So far we have received six to seven images which are posted, but we have more trickling in, which we are vetting to make sure they are not stolen from the web," he said.

"Everything has to be bigger, and bigger, and bigger," he said. "It's incredible how the media has frightened people from showing themselves as they are," he said, in part referring to the porn industry.

Sexologist Vivi Hollaender said she gets a lot of inquiries from men who think their organs are too small.
