Way back when he was running for the election, his slogan was "Erap sa mga mahirap"
After winning in the election, it's a complete turned around.

I greatly appreciate your  concern and encouragement to pray, just to let you know that I printed a copy to share with our preacher to remind  the people  that  this nation is in dire need of the Lord.

Before we lose hope, we need to remember that our elected President
does not have a mandate to rule and America is still a Christian nation - though not as  vibrantly Christian as it once was.

There are a couple of things that are primary.
Above all, I want to encourage you all to put your faith in Jesus Christ as our Lord
                     and Savior.
The alignment of current events  with the word of God is very persuasive
and demonstrates  that the Bible is indeed the very Word of God.

Furthermore,  the people must be active in a good, Bible-believing local church.
There is nothing like a steady diet of God's Word to open eyes and ears to the evil that
is found in society and to empower people to voice their legitimate concerns.

Please pray for our nation and our leaders.

     Without virtue America cannot stand.
"Therefore the children of Israel could not stand before their enemies,
but turned their backs" (Joshua 7:12)

ha ha ha ha ha ha ha!

You sound like a very sweet and funny person to know statesville!

Let me share with you something funny that occurred last 4th with one of my patients.
I went to check this particular patient, 63 years old white American lady, she was in bed watching the news about Michael Jackson.

As I was checking her 3 lumen central line inserted through her right jugular vein, so I can infuse her next dose of IV antibiotic, she looked at me and say, "Can I ask you a question?"

I said, "Sure, go ahead" I was thinking maybe it's a medical question as I'm used to that though.

She said, "What will Elvis Presley say to Michale Jackson, his son-in-law, when they meet?"
I was dumb-founded for a while, I did not expect her to ask me that question.

Then I said, "I really don't know, possibly, Elvis still holds unto his title as King of rock and roll while Jackson will stick to his title as King of Pop, they might as well have a showdown"
My patient just cracked up laughing. hahahaha

When I sworn in to become a naturalized U.S. citizen, tears rolls down on my cheeks, tears of joy, unexplainable mixed emotions had shaken my innermost being; thank you U.S.A, this country has been so good to me.
But to all filipinos just to let you know, my heart still belong to Pilipinas, the land of my birth.
I never get tired of going to the Philippines  to visit,  the neighborhood, relatives and the food of course.
The last time I visited; I was sweeping the front of the house using a coconut broom and the neighbors said ; may bag-o sila nga maid dinha?..hahahhaha
Last 4th, I was working though 12 hours shift; busy but I love my job at least all my patients were  all right.
Many times I was asked by the patient or family; where you came from?, I answered proudly, "from the Philippines" sometimes I even asked in return, "how do you like my tan? it's natural, I was born with it"  hahahaha,

150K what business would I invest?
Hmmmm, I think ATM

           Automatic
           Tubig
           Machine
You can place it in front of your house, that is  if the location is conducive
and accessible to the passersby, place the cup below the  faucet and drop a peso, then voila, tubig drip into the cup to satisfy your thirst.

Actually, I saw this machine the last time I visited Cebu. It was right in the corner where the jeepneys stop. and people are helping themselves, it really sells like hotcake.
Its abbreviation ATM had  cracked me up, it's really funny though, pero business is good.

Sad to know these two young men, did not pay attention to the warning signs of rain up ahead.
The heavy rain had accumulated into the tributaries; creeks, brooks and into the river, the raging torrents into the waterfall below.
From  serene, gentle flow of water in a flash had turned into  a raging monster of flood, mercilessly claiming the lives of these two young men.
   It's a very heart-breaking tragedy.

    Life is so fragile,
    Handle it with care
Let the Lord run your life
    Just enjoy the ride.

Try making avocado smoothie, it's very simple and the taste is great
Put avocado in a blender,  put scoops of vanilla ice cream, pour
some 2% milk and blend.
     enjoy!
    but any fruit will do
Labi na summer na karon, pabugnaw usa didto.

Picai bisan may nahibaw-an pa ko, dili maayo ipost diri, kay naay mga spy nagpahipi lang ug uban  gani  klaro kaayo that they give themselves out, so for now lie low lang usa ang family  sa victim, while getting ready for  what's next, but just to let you all know, they are not giving up.
#3309
ug teacher iya wife gwapa, also maguwang siya nakog edad.
At least may sugilanon siya nga kataw-anan, maybe he keep it to

Absolutely, kaila kaayo ko aning tawhana, dako kaayo
akong pahiyom igkakita nako niya, bawos sad
  siyag pahiyom
Pero actually, gusto kong mobahakhak ug katawa,
ako lang gipugngan kay makabantay unya nga
   gipanabi siya sa iyang cousin.
;D  ;D  ;D
#3312
I remember a story told by our neighbor way back then
Mao to gitambagan sa iyang tatay nga magpatuli

ug tambal kon sakitan siyag ulo
   index finge.
Hugasan, then pabukalan ug tubig dayon isulod sa tasa
It works all the time, tulog dayon siya human inom

her pregnancy causes her to have  mood swing due to hormonal shift.
Picai, you are a real and true  friend to the victim, that's really nice of you.

"Doctor inhaled gas to feel floaty"

I don't get it
Maybe the news mean that the doctor
had the patient inhaled  gas used to slightly sedate the patient
or was it a laughing gas?
Na  mao na, hubog man kaha siya, He learned his lesson the hard way

Gone but will never be forgotten
Our hearts still crying of pain
Your best friend and her cohorts
Cut abruptly your life short

Though you had gone home
Your name is written in stone
Many viewed and sigh
So young and wasted life

The wicked one had you slew
Someday they  will pay their due
In hell, they will be burning
In their excrement wallowing

The midst of the unquenchable fire
Lucifer sits with a big mocking smile
With open arms welcome the murderers
To suffer and  endure their torture forever.

More skeletons in the closet  being exposed,
I'm pretty sure there's more out there who's doing the same,
but still hiding and doing it in secret of course
I'm not saying this to play the game of "holier than thou",
for I'm also a sinner but saved by grace,
The grace of the Lord Jesus Christ who died for my sins
and for the sins of the whole world
Every person is responsible and accountable for his/her
     own actions.

"Hell is not made for the people,
it is the people who choose to go there"

Knowing of where I'm going to spend eternity,
that is as a saved by grace Christian,
practicing of what I believe and have that
blessed assurance that the Lord  has forgiven me
and someday I will be with the Lord in heaven
walking in the streets of gold,
     a mansion prepared  for me
no sorrows, no pain, what a glorious place to be,
This  is what I consider as my
     ultimate success in my life.
The success in my profession,  a job, my family and
all the provisions that the Lord has given me
are just part of His blessings in which I'm so
    grateful for it.

John 14:2 KJV , the Lord Jesus Christ said,
    "In my Father's house are many mansions;
if it were not so, I would have told you,
I go to prepare a place for you."

When you are sick and dependent  at the health care staff, you can only hope that they don't have a bad day or else they will use you as a dumping object to ventilate their  frustrations or much worst if you are being taken care of an incompetent staff and uncaring personnel.
Like that old man, I just hope you keep a good disposition towards the patients and co-workers and those subordinates working with you, until you reach your goal of being licensed to practice.
Many times I have seen it, most physicians started really good not only showing their competency but good attitudes towards their co-workers and of course towards the patients, but after a while ; they develop 2 faces; one towards their co-workers and another face to the patients.
Hypocrisy plain and simple, those lucre got hold of their heads and make them think they are untouchables, but wait a second, just like everybody else, one day they became patients too.
And the worst patients are doctors and of course some nurses too, I can talked about this issue because I'm a witness to these scenarios as a registered nurse all these years.
Colossians 3:17 KJV said "And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him"

Thanks for the update, I could hardly wait to hear the end of this nga ma lechon  na ang mga suspects.
  You reap what you sow.
You shed blood then you have to pay the same

The Bible said, which is the word of God, " The sins of the fathers will visit you
even to the third and fourth generations"
Meaning if you can get away with it now or get convicted still your children and
your grandchildren and great grandchildren, are going to pay for
              the consequences of your sins.

You don't believe it? wait and see, I did not write the Bible
The Lord himself  gave the scripture to the apostles during their reign here on Earth
and through the inspiration of the Holy Spirit
It was translated by the scholars into different languages so the
entire mankind will know their maker and get saved.

The righteous have their rewards  in heaven but
the wicked, rebellious and murderers as the
Lord said, "they cannot enter the kingdom of God"
You will find out, who have the last laugh.

If Bohol had adopted him, then where is his ligitimate place of residency or birth?
It never change;  If you are rich and famous,
everybody wants to be your friends and
                               claimed you as their relatives
                                     but on the other hand
If you are  poor, nobody cares nor
drop you a morsel of bread nor
                                   a glass of water.
I am so glad the Lord is not prejudice.

           Our Bodies Are Like Cars

When we are born, we are given this vehicle
called our body, to travel in all our life
     Our eyes are the headlights
     Our arms are the doors
     Our feet are the tires
     Our hips are the fenders
Our veins and arteries are the wiring
Our stomach is the fuel pump
     Our skin is the upholstery

When we are born, we start down the road of life
The bumps and the curves do not do lasting damage
when we are young; but as times passes, the wear
    and tear causes lasting damage
Bent fenders equal broken hips
Engine malfunctions are heart attacks
Many different illnesses and injuries come as a
result of the dangers on life's road.

We have to listen to God's voice as we travel
for He will keep us safe
But because He gave us the ability to choose
our own path, that unless we ask
He cannot help

Live your life for God
When time comes for you to go,
       it's a long road home
You cannot take anything with you
       on this journey
Trust in the Lord Jesus Christ and
He will lead you safely.

Here's a message to the murderers and their accomplices
who spread their skirts to cover the blood of the victim.
The Lord said, "Ye are of your father  the devil
and the lusts of your father
                              ye will do.
He was a murderer  from the beginning,
and abode not in the truth
because there is no truth in him.
                         When he speaketh a lie,
                            he speaketh of his own;
                            for he is a liar,
                            and the father of it"
                             (John 8:44 King James Version)

Bible Study / Re: Funny is it not?
June 20, 2009, 05:40:03 AM
Could be funny while you enjoy good health and prosperity,
while you are young and easy-go-lucky,
while your feet have strength to take you far away
while your mouth are full of teeth and witty
while your hair are thick and no gray
Then, one day  you look at the mirror and see an old face,
you wonder  and ask who is that in disgrace
you see a wrinkled , feeble person seems useless
At the judgment , the Lord will say,
"All thy years were wasted in foolishness,
                         days passed with your ungratefulness
Is it really hard for you to remember me?
What had you done for me?
Then, it won't be funny anymore, it's a very sad day for another soul to go to hell,

" Hell is not made for the people
It is for the people who choose to go there"

"Island in the stream
That is what we are
No one in between
How can we be wrong
Sail away with me
To another world
And we rely on each other, ah-ha
You're my only love, ah-ha"
:D ;D

I give you my choice through the lyrics of a song, but I address this  song to my dearest hubby though  :D

Salamat kaayo sa imong info, all this time wala ko kahibawo nga ang prutas nga one of my favorites is also a potent cancer  cells killer, wow!.
Growing up years ago, sa uma sa akong Tatay may daghang punoan ani, I helped in harvesting it  then my mother and I sell it in the market, but I always take one for me, sitting on one of the branches while munching a ripe guyabano (guanavana in Spanish)
I love my job though it's pitiful to see them suffer specially the  cancer patients who are hopelessly clinging to whatever  the Pharmaceutical companies  have available to help them which is no cure at all.  Igbisita diay nako  sa pinas adto ko sa market mamalit ug guyabano or guanavana, miss it though.

My_Lovely_Fiance, it's not a good idea to take matters into your own hands, though the justice system in  the Philippines moves as slow as molasses sometimes barely moved and inch, still all we can do for now is wait though it seems like eternity.
The law of sowing and reaping, nobody can rebuttal that for it came from the Lord's mouth.
As of now the suspect is already reaping  of what she sowed, she is reaping anger, hatred, restlessness, her conscience is attacking her  every seconds, the scorning grimace from those who despise her, her soul is already listed in hell.
The suspect who is still a detainee for now but it might take years for   the slug system (so-called justice system pinoy style) to have the verdict, minus 5 months while she is incarcerated plus 99 years before she can be released.

I second in motion, welcome and thank you for signing the petition, we need as much support as we can get.
#3335
Good employees are the employers treasure, as you'd stated Lynn Vi was  a hard-working person..smart and beautiful, in summary brain and beauty....I bet her co workers missed her a lot..except for that wicked one..Jonnelle...the ugly witch...
#3337
My_Lovely_Fiance, I hope your intuition is correct, for now as if we are all left hanging on a vine not knowing when it will end.
Do you know why the Lord give the people conscience?.."it's a feeling of shame when you do something immoral", it's a tickler like a time bomb inside  the person, like the heartbeat, it's within you 24 hours a day....tick, tack, ...asking "Why did you do such terrible crime, shedding an innocent blood?"..the hell just gaped wide open to have more reservations...just like the recruiter did when they make reservation at the hotel to carry on their murderous attack towards Lynn Vi....
Jonnelle, Evelyn and their recruits the "Bludgeon gang"..the Lord had seen it all, all your bloody hands....
Judas Escariot sold the Lord Jesus Christ for 30 pieces of silver, how much did Jonnelle sold Lynn Vi for?
#3338
My response above refers to ihatekillers, ...the honest support as shown in keeping this thread alive for the sake of Lynn Vi.
I don't hate anybody, why should I?...envy and jealousy are both anti-God. I rather be on God's side than to be with the devil......to be alive and breathing is a tremendous blessing and more :)
I still want some kalamay sa bohol special..maybe someday, I'll get a chance to visit this beautiful island....maybe..provided Jonnelle and Evelyn won't be there chopping some heads off...whew!!
#3339
I hate, thanks for your sincere support and standing by in regards to Bai's case. I noticed that some responders are not on Bai's side but on the other side of the fence, yep, you could be right, this/these people could be one of the murderers.
I just wait for any update, if you have any.....for now I'll just take a break..I don't care much for caramel but I sure miss the Pinoy version of it..the famous kalamay sa bohol the special kind..I wish I can have some...... :(
#3340
Whats a  dollar to ya?is it paper painted green or the  root to all evil?
Wherever you got this phrase, I never heard of this, anyway....let me make this clear....dollar or pesos or any monetary system..is not and never is the root of all evil...
Here is the right quotation: 1Timothy 6:10 "For the love of money  is the root of all evil; which while some coveted after, they have erred from the faith, and pierced themselves through with many sorrows"
It is the love of money...that causes it..

#3341
Update?..well as far as I know, they are waiting for the second trial...I just keep my fingers crossed that the judge will keep Enfectana in jail without bond while the trial is ongoing...or else she will be hiding in somebody's skirt otherwise......
Remember Genesis 4:10 "..the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground" this happened when Cain murdered Abel because of envy and jealousy......
The same thing with Lynn Vi, the Lord heard her cry for justice....there are people out there with bloody hands...directly and indirectly willing participants of this heinous, cold-blooded murder..
#3342
Opps!..sorry kaayo, I mean..to My_lovely_Fiance...not to I love my fiance...please forgive me..
#3343
As far as I know, no she did not play with anybody's emotion, the only mistake that Lynn Vi did was she trusted Jonnelle so much and treated her like her own sister...Jonnelle betrayed her trust..
Much even worst, Jonnelle's mother committed an obstruction of justice by telling her to shut up!!!..remember? at the beginning when her conscience started bothering her, Jonnelle started singing like the canary, about the crime..
In a way, her mother covered the crime that her daughter had committed...then the godmother came and spread her skirt much further....they all participated in hiding Lynn Vi's blood, they got bloody hands in the eyes of the Lord....
Jonnelle was shown carrying a Bible, well, she needs to read the book of Genesis chapter 4 verses 1-15, Cain killed Abel because of jealousy...verse 10 the Lord  said to Cain, "What hast thou done? the voice of thy brother's blood crieth unto me from the ground"
verse 12 the Lord said, "...a fugitive and a vagabond shalt thou be on the earth"
Exodus 20:13, stated," thou shalt not kill"..Jonnelle does not even know nor practice what's in that Bible that she carried...
She/they can deceive  the people but not the Lord........makalikay sila sa silot dinhi sa kalibotan pero dili ngadto sa judgment seat of the Lord....there's no political connection up there..
well, I- love- my- fiance..I hope this answers your inquiry
#3344
Sorry ya'll guys, I was not able to excuse myself when for the first time I tried to chip into your thread, but since the beginning of this crime,   I was trailing it all the way, but keep myself invisible and stay quiet.
I am deeply touch about this case, until now no justice has been done...since I live far..the internet is my only means of checking for any updates..but  it seems to me that the fiery police force suddenly  tucked their tails between their legs after a politician from Tacloban had intervened. What's up?
#3345
It's really sad to think that Lynn Vi Ebarita was killed by her best friend Jonelle. Think again, down the road, Ebarita's son will grow up and have only the memories of his mother by watching the photos she left behind and her grave; while Jonelle's daughter still able to see her mother lock up in jail for life ( I hope so, if justice will be done accordingly) so never again she will take another life, as she is a threat to society.
