Yes dear Asianfairy in my virgin days but I was more confused as I did understand about some phrases and citations. (si Slao ahong pares - who knows him patay na tawon, the owner of Slao Art sa eskina sa Tamblot). We had that popular and LUDABI group (Lunsay'g Drama nga Binisaya - where we presented dramas in Baclayon, Tagbilaran, K of C fiestas)  I have one photo here on that time where I played as Princesa of Bohol island before the Spaniards came. Palamout but memorable one. Sayang lang....there were not too much photos produced on that time and video taking was still out of place.  The part of that scene was a parade of the students from different schools and the Bohol Prov'l. capitol office personnel who were also our audience before not like now that it is more political and commercial views.  It has nothing more to do with the history.  Ja...ja old nice days.

Roxas schlorarship, 1 of the top ten in Nursing, graduated in Law but she did not take the Bar though my ex-Chief in PFO b4 was 100% that she will get it being her Law  Prof. as he told me (Atty Ucat from Valencia), she is Chemical Engr. license holder, she graduated BSE and at present  she is a Chief of 30 PNPs all men, she was assigned in Cotabato, long service in Bohol and Region !V, at present assigned somewhere in Leyte...she has that rank third from the highest). And she is too religious and a bit conservative but I love and respected her brillant ideas for she meant it good for me.  She is a strong POST IN THE WHOLE FAMILY. To make it short, on that time of my life crisis, she oftentimes mailed a very thick letters with "biblical long verses/ citations" for she was 100% that I had sinned, have sin committing "adultery". I had answered her in diplomatic way: "Pamisahi na lang ko diha kay dako mog gasto sa bayad sa mail" usahay abot god ug almost 1000 Pesos kay mora naman ug little package.  Pare....to tell you the truth it did takes for my Family to accept that  for then a big "tragedy" and now they are happy for me knowing that I deserved having my loving young husband. They all like and love him!  But for them...my first one remains as the original according to God's law.  I have a good friendly relationship with my Ex and his Family.  Their doors are still wide open for me anytime. And for this....I thank God for his blessings, given me this kind of life: God is good at all and even sinners are under his custodial care, isn't?

Congratulations to the Spanish team for winning the "European Soccer Championship 2008". They had played much more better than the loser German team. I don't think so.  Did we show interest to the  sellers?  Maybe.  We did show interest alright but was that enough for the seller to be assured of sure cash?  We ourselves know that it was sure but the seller didn't know that for sure.  Again, let me remind us that when we were super duper excited already, we categorically told Tita Lee and Gelyan not to show so much interest kay basin tas-an ang prisyo and if I remember it right, they both said na they were just cool.  Dapat ba gi ask pa sa seller silang Tita Lee ug Gelyan kon mopalit ba jud ta before gibaligya sa lain? I think so, morally. Dapat respetar na lang tawon unta sa kahago nilang Tita Lee ug Gelyan. Dapat kita as represented by Tita Lee and Gelyan should have the "right of first refusal".  I dunno if I can use that term though technically but I think you guys know my drift.

We have no right to be angry or feel distress of that unrealized lot (TBV) transaction for we don't have even a "DEED OF ABSOLUTE SALE OF A PORTION OF A PARCEL OF LAND" on hand executed between our legal representative (Mr. Junayag ) and the lot owner of that 40,000 sq meters lot offered. Everything was still a virtual plans.  We must have to consider that  Ms. simplylee and Ms. Gelyan had visited that property for sale to view and  for verification purposes in our behalf (TB interested parties). And we are thankful of their efforts. We  don't have  given to them a Special Power of Attorney to negotiate any business transactions in behalf of TB for the other party's belief showing our full interest, right?  There is non  (TB members ) advance payment tendered for the assurance of the lot owner and they have the right to sale their property to anyone in first come/first serve/first pay services...this is a business policy. Buying a parcel of land in our place is not like "fish buying in the market"....stop, look, touch,smell, pay and cook, di ba? I had this experienced....you need a  50% of the amount for the offered property for sale for advance payment and the rest to be paid upon transfer of the title in your name and or a forward processing , a  100% confidence to a person of your choice (the best is a lawyer) to represent you in different document processing and some other necessary extras.  On the other side, I understand the owner of the lot too. I must have also do this method....trust is good but control is better. We are strangers to the owner and the other interested party who bought that land has the emergency needed COH. And money is power and that is what and always a business target.

So, the first try ended into a broken dreams.....tomorrow is another day, another chance and who knows?
